Having received my initial double doses of Pfizer back in March and April, it was now time to get the booster shot. Speaking of the facility, its clean and kept as such. The waiting room staff are courteous and get you sorted out if you don't understand how to use the tablet device to log in. As a tech this is straightforward to me but there are those who look at the things blankly. After a brief wait based on the time of the day, I was sitting with one of the nurses who went over a few items on the chart to make sure I was indeed good to go and I received my shot. The nurse was friendly and made sure I had no concerns or reservations. Having done the other two and the Flu shot not long ago I am pretty much over having concerns with something like this. The shot didn't hurt at all and after a 15 minute period I headed home. I was happy to have no side effects after the initial doses so am hopeful for this new booster. I was told to stay hydrated and should I develop any fever or headaches that Tylenol would do the trick. When you consider the continuing of variants to this terrible virus, getting this booster or your initial shot should not be a question anymore.
