Upon my consultation, she made sure to note all aspects of my health and past eating habits, and created a delicious customized meal plan based on my preferences, as I am primarily plant based. These plans also integrate meal prep into them, which has reduced my snacking tendencies, as I can just grab my prepped meals from the fridge. I have measured my food, my body, my weight and my self worth for YEARS. Then I started working with Lauren and my life changed. I really committed to the process she was taking me through.
