I started seeing Lorraine last year because I wanted to learn how to eat a properly portioned/nutritious meal. I am an extremely picky eater and don't really care for meat so for me, most meals usually meant 85% carbs. Through my time with Lorraine over the past few months, I have learned a great deal about what makes up a well-balanced meal and in return, I have lost close to 15 pounds....and I'm just getting started! I have been with Lorraine for almost a month now and can safely say that she has completely changed my life and point of view on food.
