Nine years later, I reached out again in Feb 2020 to reset after a couple of years of deprioritizing my health. Seeing Nikki again was like riding a bike - she was as warm, understanding, and supportive as ever. She created a very thorough shopping list with a ton of new brands and delicious recipe options that I wouldn't have known otherwise. Nikki made food shopping and cooking FUN because I could feel and taste the difference of what I was putting in my body. And all super easy to find and make!! Fast forward to COVID-19. I was lucky enough to start doing the work a month before the world changed. By then, I was already used to making better food choices for me and having Nikki by my side. While a lot of people were eating through their anxieties, Nikki's support helped me have the semblance of agency by making the most nourishing and simple meals. While I don't weigh myself, I'm definitely thinner and my clothes fit looser. And I feel amazing all around. More than that, Nikki's guidance is holistic. She not only focuses on the food, but also the mental and emotional. Nikki probes deep to help me get in touch with my feelings and then releasing them. She is the real deal and an amazing cheerleader - during the good and the bad! Now getting down to business. Nikki is super responsive (almost at lightning speed) and she's cost conscious. There's a stigma about eating healthy being expensive, but Nikki finds you options and promo codes galore. Seeing her is an investment in your health, and you learn how to maximize it! Call her. Right now. You'll gain a better appreciation for your health and strength, as well as a true friend and champion.

I wanted to get some lab work done with what type of foods are affecting my body but the first consultation. The information shared was very generic. Anna was very nice though and provided information, however, the information is just something anyone can look up online if they want to research things. It really isn't catered towards an individual's body and their nutrition it sounded more general. We spent a lot of time talking about salads lol healthy foods, sleep, and blue light on your phone. I'm sure she spent about 20 minutes talking about blue light on the phone and how it affects sleep and if we can set a timer to sleep earlier......I thought this was a waste of time (not trying to sound rude) but we all know about blue light. I was really confused throughout the consultation. We did a weigh in at the end and she sent a lot of informational pamphlets over email but I wouldn't be going back. I was hoping this consultation talked more about my goals, what tests we can do, body scan, etc. I will have to keep looking for a different nutritionist who can help.
