Then comes the hard sell and talking about all the celebrities he has helped. I get the treatment in a room behind the reception area. The door was not locked. Anyone could have come in while I had the eye protection on and I wouldn't have been able to see. There was no decontamination of the red light pads. There was only 1 towel in there. I was totally disgusted. Then back to the room where, oh gosh he liked me so much I got a free body composition analysis. Then the final sell. $2500 for 12 sessions and supplements designed just for me.... although we never decided what I really was looking for. He wrote the 3 options on the back of a used sheet of paper. As soon as I could, I hightailed it out of there. He knew there was not going to be a sale and never contacted me again.

Got there 10 minutes earlier, was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes, since it was so difficult to get an answer on the phone, I decided to wait, ended up waiting close to an hour before Cici could start my massage. She was the only person in the spa, she had to answer phones, open the door, and do the spa treatments. It's a new place, they advertise facials for $30 and 60 minute massages for $35, so even without a Groupon, you save, maybe cheaper without Groupon since they charge tax for the Groupon. Cici was good with my massage, but I hated having to wait even after having an appointment. Severely limited English too, hard to communicate if you don't speak Chinese.

On top of waiting at least 2 hours when you do get seen the staff already has an attitude because they want to go home because it's past their time and have been there so called since 7 am. Which is strange because the appointments don't start until 2pm But whatever. How does this office expect to see everyone on one day a week. How is that realistic ? You would have better work moral in this office and less patients with attitudes and complaints if they offered more than one day. I've been coming here for sometime on because I do see results and if I could go to another doctor and get the same results I would run there.

I get to the office and try to open the door and it's locked .. I didn't think anything of it and tried again.. no luck .. I rang the bell, a girl comes fully dressed in scrubs, mask and gloves opens the door just a crack and says to me " DID YOU SIGN IN" I wasn't sure what she was even talking about since i had not been to the office in 4 weeks, she slams the door then proceeds to talk to me through her mask through the door, I tell her I can't Hear her , she opens the door ( just a crack) again , with attitude states " SIGN THE PAD first " slams the door again .. at this point I'm growing very aggravated with her tone and approach to me .. I must add that there were no patients in the clinic or outside I was the only one, it was also chilly and drizzling out side .. fast forward after signing the pad she then looks at my name and says I'll be with you shortly ... slams the door again, after standing outside for 5 minutes I told her to call me when she was ready I would be in my car. Fast forward when I get inside I noticed tumpati isn't even there .. once again the " secretary" neglected to let me know that he would not be present but there was an alternate .. I go to speak to the dr. Available and he tells me that I must consult with him outside of his office in a chair sitting in the hall way next to the bathroom.. after I expressed my level of annoyance with how unprofessional the young lady was to me and the fact that I came all the way from NJ to only be treated like an infected contagious disease the dr then tells me that tumpati has not been to work in 3 weeks and that the measures they are taking are for THEIR safety.. that would have made sense if 1. the woman who slammed the door in my face didn't use the same gloves to open the door, touch the pen, type on the computer with then request to touch me 2. If there were a line of people outside waiting to come in side 3. And finally if I was informed DURING the appointment phase of the new policy in place That would have allowed me to not only be aware but afforded me the right to decided whether I wanted to come or not With all the extremities they have to go through just to see a patient the clinic should be CLOSED! Your patients are the ones who keep your business running . Stop over charging , selling expired medication, over booking. Communication is KEY!
