Then comes the hard sell and talking about all the celebrities he has helped. I get the treatment in a room behind the reception area. The door was not locked. Anyone could have come in while I had the eye protection on and I wouldn't have been able to see. There was no decontamination of the red light pads. There was only 1 towel in there. I was totally disgusted. Then back to the room where, oh gosh he liked me so much I got a free body composition analysis. Then the final sell. $2500 for 12 sessions and supplements designed just for me.... although we never decided what I really was looking for. He wrote the 3 options on the back of a used sheet of paper. As soon as I could, I hightailed it out of there. He knew there was not going to be a sale and never contacted me again.

Having received my initial double doses of Pfizer back in March and April, it was now time to get the booster shot. Speaking of the facility, its clean and kept as such. The waiting room staff are courteous and get you sorted out if you don't understand how to use the tablet device to log in. As a tech this is straightforward to me but there are those who look at the things blankly. After a brief wait based on the time of the day, I was sitting with one of the nurses who went over a few items on the chart to make sure I was indeed good to go and I received my shot. The nurse was friendly and made sure I had no concerns or reservations. Having done the other two and the Flu shot not long ago I am pretty much over having concerns with something like this. The shot didn't hurt at all and after a 15 minute period I headed home. I was happy to have no side effects after the initial doses so am hopeful for this new booster. I was told to stay hydrated and should I develop any fever or headaches that Tylenol would do the trick. When you consider the continuing of variants to this terrible virus, getting this booster or your initial shot should not be a question anymore. Due to Covid, I was told I didnt have to attend an in-person meeting until Feb 2024 and could continue to attend the weekly virtual meetings, which was. However, the new rule is that members must attend in-person or be charged $25, up from $14.99. The Catch 22 is that centers are being closed all over New York City, making attendance impossible. I called WW and explained that there are NO centers at all anymore in Brooklyn. I asked resolution agent Amanda to grandfather me into the old rules and continue me as a free lifetime member. She snapped, "That's not gonna happen!" She suggested I travel to New Jersey!! There is a charge for the app. Since when are apps not free? So after 33 years, I'm out. I will not rejoin. I resent the lack of respect and honestly shown me. The WW plan works, but is only about money now, not health. RIPOFF.

I really enjoyed the classes and the coaching. Amazingly, I became the Biggest Loser and won money losing weight. I just recently joined another Challenge. The program is very easy to do and am grateful to my coach, David Stolzman, who has always been there for me. I highly recommend this program.
