However, she then informed me that the ribeye itself had a chili rub, requiring another trip to the kitchen. While they ultimately said it could be prepared without the rub, I was told it would significantly delay the order. When the steak finally arrived, I was disappointed with the amount of fat on it, much more than the typical marbled ribeye. A more direct and customer-friendly approach would have made a big difference.
