    Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal

we've had Slim Chickens several times in the past and the experiences were great. However, this time around we received two chicken sandwiches that were pounded down paper thin. Awful! They were tough, like ripping through beef jerky for a bite. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and the fries were unsalted. Might never return after this experience!

Listen, I am new to colorado & wanted to venture out and try something new. I am so thankful I came across slim chickens, it honestly blew cfa & canes out of competition. The flavor & variety of their menu is incredible but just wait till you try it. To top things off the customer service was outstanding, the atmosphere was uplifting and welcoming. Shout out to Nathan for making our experience even better than it already was. He is the true definition of best customer service! This is a must try spot we will def be hooked! I would rate 10 stars if I could!

I found the food was similar to Rasin' Cane's, but a little saltier. Their tea (I want to say it was peach and then raspberry) was great. I got one of their spicy chicken sandwich meals and a mango habanero sauce. Note that the sauce was sweeter than anything, so if you're looking for something spicy then try a different sauce.

I was very impressed with the outside of this restaurant. I expected a small fast food diner, but it's huge and like an actual restaurant. We walked in to the counter where you place your order before sitting down. When we got up to order the guy named Andy was not friendly at all. He made me uncomfortable for being excited to try a new place. I was supposed to get the ranch cayenne sandwich but I think they gave me just a regular chicken. It had no flavor and no ranch on it. The parmesan wings were a good flavor, and the chicken and waffles were super yummy. The toast was dry, not flavor. The fries were very salty as others have mentioned. I'm sure I would have liked it better if the worker was nicer and I was ok with telling them I didn't get the correct sandwich. I did enjoy their dining room, it's clean and the booths are big and comfy.

Similar to Cane chicken, they have similar offerings with slim special sauce. The Chicken strips are very tasty with fresh light coating to make is crunchy.

This location is new and very popular. A long line at the drive thru as expected. I decided to walk in and was greeted right away and ended up getting my food very quickly. Pros: chicken and waffle option. Juicy and tender strips. Cheaper combo meal than the Raising Canes. Fried pickles and mushrooms? Con: no option to order without drinks. Smaller chicken strips. Salty. Very salty. I would be back to try the other unique combos.

Tried this place on a whim and it was okay overall. I got the crispy chicken sandwich combo with an oreo milkshake ($2.29 upcharge) but the meal itself is about $9. The chicken sandwich itself was okay. Kinda on the dry side and smaller than I thought/expected honestly. There was ranch or something that tasted like ranch in the sandwich but it didn't really help with the dryness of the chicken. Also I think some of the crispness came more from the edge of the bun rather than the chicken itself. The oreo milkshake was good though. The fries were a good portion however mine was super salty while my boyfriend seemed to not have any seasoning on his fries. The staff was nice though and we got our order in a good amount of time considering how busy it was for a Saturday afternoon at 4pm. Overall not bad but not the greatest.

First time here after visiting Parker. Not the best chicken sandwich I've had, the chicken is pretty bland and dry if theres no additional sauce to complement it. The fries were a bit too salty but crisp. There were some fries that were salted a bit too much and some were not salted at all. No real consistency in the seasoning. The staff was nice though, the place reminds me of every other chicken sandwhich restaurant I've been to. It's worth a try if youre in the area and feeling a chicken sandwich, but probably isnt worth a long drive if so.

Now this was me and my kiddos first time eating at Black Eye Peas... Once seated I noticed the little sketch pads for the kiddos. I thought it was so cute and neat with the menu on the back. My kiddos were es static about it and enjoyed the fun it bought to the table. Our waiter came over and took our drink orders. Which consisted of sweet tea with lemon, strawberry lemonades, raspberry lemonade, chocolate milk, root beer, Dr Pepper, Sprite and water with lemon. He was very polite, patient and attentive. They bought some rolls and butter for the table. The restaurant was packed with family enjoying Easter dinner and fellowshipping. The ambience was laid back and family oriented. So the vibe was very pleasant. I ordered a grilled chicken breast and loaded baked potato. The kiddos had pizza and fries, cheeseburger and fries, chicken strips and applesauce. My husband had a steak, broccoli, with rice medley. Others had the salmon with veggies, fried catfish with salad, ribs and fries, steak with red beans and rice, sweet potato and pot roast with potatoes and veggies. Everything thing was delicious. Because I orders took so long they gave us some cakes. We had the lemon with raspberry sauce, the chocolate cake and the carrot cake... My apologies for not having pics this time. The family requested a no cell phone policy amongst us at the table. They wanted to talk and enjoy each others company while dining.

First time in one of Jessie's Smokin' NOLA brick and mortar location, but I have had food off their food truck many years ago. Had the taste of NOLA, which comes with jambalaya, red beans and rice, fried shrimp and fried catfish. It's all delicious, well seasoned and flavors that not many other cajun places have. The fried shrimp and seafood are the standouts. No clue how they get the breading to stick on so thin, yet crispy and perfectly cooked. Shrimp was bouncy, not rubbery. The catfish filet was steaming hot when I took my first bite and very moist. One of the complaints I heard from other friends is that service is slow. They probably only had 2 people working when we went there, so maybe they're just running their staff very lean. You go up to the counter to order, but still had to wait a few minutes for the bartender (who was running around delivering food and bussing tables) to get to the register. The food is absolutely worth the wait and will visit for their other dishes when I'm on that side of town.

Seeing Zero on the App wait list, we arrived at 9:30am, with just a few people in the lobby area, we thought we'll be stared soon. They asked us to wait for a table to be ready. Over the next 1/2 hr, the lobby stared to fill up and we watched tables of 2 and 3 go right past us, one after another. By 10:20am, we were standing next to a few newly arrived parties of 5 and 6. Hungry and frustrated, we asked if they could push 2, tables together to seat us, we were promptly told No. But they can separate us. By 10:30, we were hopeful, but a bit 'hangry', then they seated a table of 5 that entered around 10:10... we walked out after an hour of waiting. My wife was upset and crying in the car. We decided to go home to make breakfast. Before the kids leave the next day, we'd try again at a different restaurant. The food and service have always been great here!
