Sent it back and she got french onion soup which tasted bad as well (how is that possible?). Manager never came around, probably looking for another job. Restaurant was pretty empty and we suspect other customers are looking for something else. Sad to suggest that this restaurant won't be around for long.

What I really love about the chain is their consistency in good, fresh sandwiches and the staff. Walking in to pick up a meal for four reminds me of the Mom and Pop road side stores where you could watch them make your meal. The option of family meal take out makes for a light meal with the girls while out shopping for the holidays. Nobody cooks, nobody cleans and we all walk away with a cookie.
