The pizza arrived 40 minutes late, it was left on the ground outside my front door & the delivery driver did not ring my doorbell or text me notification of delivery. I wouldn't have even known it had been delivered if I didn't happen to look out my home office window and see the driver pulling out. I opened the box and the pizza was cold & cheese was hard. I took 1 bite & threw away my $20 pizza incl the $2 "free delivery" charge! I had a $5 tip ready for the driver. He saved me $5 by dumping the cold, hard, stale pizza on my porch & driving off.
