    Vegetarian burrito and potato salad
    Teagan H.

Went about a month ago with my friend that's handicapped. They were very patient and accomodating answering her questions, and waiting for us to figure out the menu. I got a vegetable burrito with potato salad. The potato salad was a little too salty for me personally, but good otherwise. She got fried fish and I forget what side. It's a small little place. You just sit on stools at a table on the exterior walls, that's fine with me though. They have a big menu for how small it is. I think a lot of good vegetarian options too!

This place is amazing. Food is delicious and service was friendly. It's tucked out of the way but worth the search.

We shared the veggie combo and the double shawarma sandwich plate with fries, along with the coconut dessert and mahalabia for a sweet finish. Everything was absolutely delicious--fresh flavors, perfect textures, and generous portions. Excellent service made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back soon!

I'm thoroughly disappointed :(…read more I've been to the this establishment numerous times when it was under the previous management. Today I wanted to give it a try so went around 1:15pm. This used to be a pretty busy time earlier (on a weekday), but today there was nobody there. Even the folks managing it came from the back after I'd been standing there for 3-4 mins.. which isn't a long time, but still. I ordered a beef shawarma sandwich and a small baba ghanoosh... my staple orders from before. The beef sandwich has shrunk in size considerably!! And whatever meat was in there (plenty for me though, as I'm not a big meat eater), it was just that.. pieces of shaven beef!! No vegetables or sauces to speak of. I opened it up and could see 1 measly slice of tomato and maybe 3-4 slivers of onion. I must give them credit that I requested them for a spicy one, they did put chili sauce in there. The rolled up sandwich was lackluster and felt lukewarm even though they got it off the stove in front of me! I'm not sure if the stove was on or not. Anyway, came with a minuscule side of watery garlic sauce. I'd rate it 1/5. Baba ghanoosh was pretty tasteless.. just a white blob. And they have switched out the pita bread to the big thin one, from the soft pillowy one that I prefer. 0.5/5 Overall, I'm very disheartened by the experience. This used to be a good place.. I don't think I'll be going back.

This visit marked our third time at OBC Kitchen, and once again, it did not disappoint. This time we experimented with timing and booked an early reservation at 2:45 pm on a Saturday. We crossed over into the dinner menu and discovered something wonderful: the service and ambiance were even better than the busier evening hours after 6 pm. The staff was exceptionally attentive. Every dish and cocktail option was explained thoughtfully, which I appreciate, especially because I enjoy cocktails that come with a bit of theater. When drinks are presented with care, described well, and executed beautifully, the experience becomes part performance, part craft. Here, they delivered perfectly. The food, as always, was superb. We shared several chef selections including Beef Tallow Fries, Southern Grouper, Bacon in a Glass, and the Cola-Braised Short Ribs. Each dish was rich, flavorful, and confidently executed. Dessert continued the celebration with the Churro Cheesecake, and to our delight we were also gifted the Warm Buttermilk Donuts, which felt like a small act of culinary generosity. In a departure from my usual Manhattan and Old Fashioned flights, I tried a Bloody Mary and The Cure, both excellent and beautifully balanced. At this point I can confidently say OBC Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in the country. The consistency, creativity, and hospitality make every visit memorable. A special thank you to the team who took care of us on Saturday, March 7th, 2026. You elevated an already wonderful experience and made it even better than usual.

It's like eating inside a Ford museum--and somehow it totally works…read more I never thought I'd be dining at a car-themed restaurant, but here we were--my husband and I on another lunch date--and I'm already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes. We both ordered burgers, and wow. Big, meaty, juicy, and seriously satisfying. The fries were just as good: crispy, not overly salty, and not greasy at all. Exactly how fries should be. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive, making small conversation every time she checked on us. The drinks were also on point--the mimosa and bourbon mule were great, and they definitely do not skimp on the bourbon. The atmosphere is fun, casual, and very family-friendly, while still being a great spot for a date. The décor is a whole experience on its own--engines, Ford memorabilia, cars outside, and even a garage-style door that looks like it opens up during warmer months. You could probably walk around and admire the museum-like setup... though lingering too long might feel a little funny . Before you leave, check out the restrooms (trust me) and stop by the small gift shop near the entrance. Overall, it really does feel like dining inside a Ford museum--in the best way possible.
