There are times when someone does something so well that you want to shout it out so someone else can benefit. I had three door companies look at my (older) sliding glass door that was not operational and was told they could not do anything with it. I called Ryan at Sliding Door Solutions and he was able to make the sliding glass door operational and at a very reasonable price. He was efficient, accurate in his communication, expert in what he did, and genuinely kind and caring. How much easier it would be if all contractors could be that way. read more

Ryan was pretty quick at getting back to me & even though the job was small, he didn't turn it away... He came out at the appointment time, determined that the part i needed would need to be ordered. He didn't want to try a standard part that wasn't the same depth as the original. So, he ordered the part & scheduled the repair appointment when the part came in. Didn't get price gouged for the name brand part either! Thanks Ryan! He did a good job & it's guaranteed for a year! Happy to have a working Sliding Door! Now he'll earn more business from me. Yay! read more

Ryan was amazing!! He answered our call right away gave us a very honest bid ( we got 5 bids) . Ryan provided us brand new Milgard doors for a very fair market price ! The workmanship was perfect and he cleaned up very well. We could not be happier with our new doors and windows. Call Ryan for a great product, installation, and service. read more

Called Ryan and explained that my glass slider door was off of my track. He allowed me to send him a picture and called me back. We then scheduled an appointment two days later which is pretty fast. Ryan came to my house a couple days later with all tools and supplies ready and fixed my door within the hour. Note that I called 6 other places and they were trying to charge me over $700 to fix a track and Ryan did this at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend him to fix tracks on heavy glass sliders. I also received a 1-year warranty with this and my slider door now feels light as can be. read more

I got two quotes. The first company came out and acted as if he really didn't care if he got the business or not. (employee of large company). Then Ryan came out and I could tell right away he wanted my business and he would do a great job. Ryan's quote came in below the other guy and that settled the deal for me. Great service, polite and friendly team. Very respectfully of the current situation and my home. The team arrived as scheduled, got straight to work and the results better than promised on three very tired sets of sliding doors. They all glide easily and I can lock the doors too now. Much better value than replacing the doors which was the only other option! read more

Ryan was great. Highly recommend him! his service, response, and prices were very competitive and he provided a high quality service. He was able to work with the challenges of my tenants schedule, tight time schedules of our escrow. This is a number you want to have saved in your phone for glass replacement. I had previously bid the job between some other vendors in town, Ryan was so easy to work with, and his prices are fair and competitive. Great service! read more

Sliding Door Solutions were a real answer for us. Our large arcadia sliding doors were almost impossible to open (in fact there was one that I couldn't open -- my husband had to do it and I am no wimp!) and Ryan assured us that we could open them with one finger when they were repaired as he was so right. I HIGHLY recommend them. Mary Shuart 602-738-8228 read more

I have a 3-piece slider with a very wide, interior screen door held together by string; not surprisingly, it kept failing. It sounded very cool when I ordered it, but it soon proved to be not so great. Called Ryan (who got back to me right away). He came over within a day or two of my call, and we consulted on the correct solution; he even came out a second time when I had more questions, and this was before I placed the order! He couldn't have been nicer or more professional and, importantly, he didn't try to sell me more screen/technology than I really needed. Ryan installed a simple screen door that rolls beautifully and works like a charm. (Other firms tried to sell me spring-loaded screen doors that I didn't like and seemed prone to breaking.) Couldn't be happier with the service, the price and Ryan's great attitude. Recommending to all my friends. read more

After viewing all of the great reviews for Sliding Door Solutions, I've contacted Ryan on October 21st to provide me with a quote for screen sliding doors repair. Once we received a quote and agreed to it, i've been trying to set up an appointment with him since that day. He's been promising to come by and pick up the screens and has yet to show up. To say the least, Sliding Door Solutions' customer service is horrible. He should have the decency not to promise if he can't deliver. I wouldn't recommend Sliding Door Solutions to anyone unless you want to be jerked around. read more

Ryan provides excellent service. Does exactly what he says he will do in a timely and tidy way. Will use again and highly recommend.

Call Ryan at Sliding Door Solutions for patio doors, windows, shower doors, etc. for the best service, price and warranty. I called Ryan in the morning about my patio doors. He finished a job early, called and fixed my problems the same afternoon. He is experienced, skilled, personable and a great value. He also gives a one year warranty. Our 30 yr old sliding door was anything but 'sliding'. We literally had to drag it to open and close it. Called Ryan and he took a look .. turns out we needed to replace both the track and the rollers. Ryan ordered the necessary part and a couple of days later he and his helper spend 3 hours replacing everything. Hallelujah! We can now use the door without being an Olympic weightlifter.... job was done efficiently and correctly. I would highly recommend Ryan ... he did a great job. read more

We just purchased a large house in Palm Springs with LOTS of windows and sliding doors. Ryan and his crew were great...we contacted Sliding Door Solutions and they were right on time, gave us a quote, told us exactly what was wrong with our sliding doors, and within a week, we were in heaven. The doors are all sliding better than brand new. A few weeks later, we noticed we had a seal broken in one of our sliding doors...they came out, assessed the issue, provided a quote and replaced the door within the week. I cannot stress enough how very professional, reasonable and cordial they are. We will always use them for any of our window and door issues. Thanks, Ryan!!! read more

After calling 3 other companies who refused to do anything about our sliding glass door, we found Sliding Door Solutions. The day after I spoke with Ryan, he showed up on time and promptly diagnosed our problem. There was a kink in the track and the rollers were damaged so the track needed to be replaced. Ryan thoroughly explained the problem and gave us an estimate that we found reasonable. Ryan told us he would phone as soon as the track became available and he did, scheduling a date and time for the work to be done. On that day, he called up just prior to arrival. He was on time. The repairs were done in about a couple of hours. The work was clean and solved our problem. Altogether an excellent experience. Ryan's professionalism is highly commendable and it is rare to find a service like his that gets things done thoroughly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Sliding Door Solutions. read more

I've just spent 5 minutes doing nothing but opening and closing my sliding door...with one hand. I really can't believe it. It took Ryan about 1/2 an hour to perform this little miracle. This is a 20 year old door that darn near required a fullback to open and it's like new again. And now it has fancy shmancy SEALED bearings so our beloved desert sand shouldn't be able to infiltrate and gum up the works again. Ryan also replaced three window screens so now we're good to go. Great job Ryan! We just have to remember to open the door GENTLY now lol. read more

We have older heavy glass sliders, and had a broken roller. Called ACME first for repair. It was my understanding the appointment was to repair the doors. Owner showed up alone, perturbed, put out, and clearly didn't want the job. He said oh no, I'm just here to give an estimate. Claimed to be slammed, and gave a quote reflecting the fact he didn't really want the business. I called Sliding Door Solutions, the next day, and received a prompt appointment for the same day. Jeff showed up, prepared to fix the doors. He had his own tool that he created to re-tool wheels to install in cassettes that were out of stock. He was pleasant, and quite competent. Word to the wise, many of the companies in the valley are related and the prices won't fluctuate much. Call Sliding Door Solutions first. , read more

Had several sliders repaired by Ryan and a couple of glass panes replaced. Contacting him and getting a timely response should have detoured me from going forward but he seemed like a nice young guy making a business/career. He did a great job with the slider repairs. When one of his tools was ruined while repairing a window he showed his immaturity by becoming angry and pouty. He then tried to charge me for the tool. I told him that I would not do that as it was a part of him doing business. Rude and not a business man. read more

I called Sliding Door Solutions to see if I could get someone out to fix my screen doors and my big sliding glass door. Ryan called me back within the hour and said he would be here the next day to give me an estimate. I was shocked that he called back so quickly and showed up when he said he would. I have had a heck of a time getting people out to fix things in my home. He gave a me what I thought was a very fair price and we set a time. He came over with a helper and they set to work. The job was done efficiently, cleanly and perfect.1 screen door was replaced, 1 had rollers replaced and the slider was taken out of the frame, repaired and replaced. Did I mention it is a 200 lb. wood slider? I am absolutly thrilled with Ryan's professional presentation and completion of my job. He was clean, polite and smiled. I would call him again in a heartbeat and recommend his company to everyone. Plus the work is gauranteed for 1 year. Can Not do better than Sliding Door Solutions. read more
