I have had this place on my "to do" list for a while now and I decided 2026 was the year I was going to go--I recruited my teenage daughter, a guest of her choice, and my boyfriend and we made the long trek (1h, 12 mins) for their "After hours" session from 8p-10p. The drive was long, but not stop and go. Traffic was lighter than I anticipated, but we couldn't use the restroom because we were too early. (I solved that issue by popping over to a local store AND making a purchase--don't come at me lol) Once it was the appropriate time to check in, the process was a little slow to start, but that's why we checked in 15 minutes before our slide time started, right? We got the grippy socks, the mandatory t-shirts for the glow time ($7.99, not bad at all!), and rented a locker ($7 for 3 hours) to keep our valuables safe. Extra clothes went back into the car, but we locked up phones, wallets, etc. I was a little nervous when we arrived because there was a police car practically pulled up to the door and two, I believe, police officers inside the facility. They remained for, I believe, a majority of our slide time, but just walking around and keeping an eye on things. The slides were more intimidating than I anticipated! There was one yellow launch slide that took me a while to work my nerve to go down--it LAUNCHES you! It ended up being over before I could think about it too long. My favorite slide was the nice, slow, green slide entitled "Cowabunga" and the long blue one in the middle of the facility. There was a white one nestled in between a yellow zig zag and a 4 lane racer slide that was called "Avalanche"--the worker asked, "Oh? You're going on this one?" like I was too old or something. His last words to me were "Hold on tight!"--he was right! The facility was clean, the equipment looked well taken care of less the missing zip line--that was a little disappointing. There are a good number of slides--enough that you have a choice, but not too many that you feel overwhelmed. The staff was young, but helpful, and not even too distracted by the football game that was on the arena televisions. (It was a big game for people around here!) The cafe was open for 45 minutes during our 2 hour session, but we just got some ICEEs to combat the warmth and sweat that we felt. I did not use the bathroom so I cannot comment on that. I appreciate them having a water fountain accessible because the stairs to go up and down are comically large. I am, like, 5'8" and I was taking giant steps to go down the slides. I felt safe, entertained, and like I had good value in the ticket price, even with the mandatory, yet, understandable purchase of the grippy socks and the neon shirt for the glow time. I would definitely go back if someone else wanted to experience it or I wanted to work on my thunder thighs without feeling like it's a workout. I wish there was a location closer, because it was nice to have a place that catered to older kids. The little kids have PLENTY of options. read more

Stopped in during spring break. We live about 45 mins away so we left pretty early. Our goal was to beat the rush, but by the time we got there the parking lot was already pretty full. We were there before noon and the snack cafe was out of pretzels, nachos, and funnel cake. I did get 2 icees for roughly $13. Opted for 90 of mins play it was the perfect amount of time. There are 8 slides, 2 basketball courts and 1 dodgeball area. They have a high swing, trapeze swing, and zip line (v popular). They also had a kiddie climbing area. It was $32 with the cost of the socks included. My kiddo had a fun. Was v hot and sweaty, but I was comfortable just hanging out so the temperature is comfortable for standing/walking around but not going hard. They have lockers and small arcade area which we didn't use. My 7 yr olds review- there were more stairs than slides but I would go again. read more

Took my kids to Slick City Action Park in Aurora/North Aurora and it ended up being way more fun than I expected. This isn't a regular playground -- it's basically an indoor slide park with huge fast slides, obstacle courses and open space for kids to run energy OUT (parents too if you're brave lol). The place was really clean, staff actually paid attention and kept things moving, and I liked that they separate areas by size/ability so little kids aren't getting ran over. My kids were sweating within 10 minutes which is exactly what I wanted Good option for cold days, rainy days, or when you just need them tired before bedtime. Seating for parents, easy check-in, and overall organized. Definitely one of the better kid activity spots around Aurora -- we'll be back. read more

Really fun place to take kids on a day off of school. There are tons for them to do and my kids loved all the slides especially. We came on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm and there were about 15 kids here total . The place was very clean and check-in was a quick easy process. I brought my daughter for a "mommy-daughter" day and we went right when it opened at 10am; granted, it was on a *Monday during summer break*. Being early, we were able to experience Slick City at its best. It was clean, the people were friendly, the manager was exceptional, and we genuinely enjoyed ourselves. Most parents watched their kids, which made the experience far more enjoyable as well. We bought a two hour package and albeit a bit pricey, we used those two hours to the fullest. We had an excellent time. My only suggestion for visitors is to go early. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about "kids everywhere" but that's the point of places like this. When you go early, you get far more slide time. AND - as long as parents do their due diligence and ensure their kids are following safety protocols, it is super fun for everyone. read more

This place is so fun! But, I feel like they still need to work out some kinks. The check in process took about 20 minutes. They had 4 people at the desk but it was still very slow. We got there at 10:15 and it was already busy, but by the time we left at noon it was super crowded and a little chaotic. The lines for the slides could definitely be better organized. There's one line leading to 3 different slides. Oftentimes the majority of people are only waiting for one particular slide so you end up waiting in line when if the lines were separate you could have walked right up. The slides are really fun! Kind of like an indoor water park. My kids and I loved all of them except the yellow drop slide. That slide has a bit of a rough landing. My daughter and I both had headaches from landing face first. My kids also enjoyed the swing and trapeze. The park also has basketball and dodge ball, but we were too busy with the slides to try them. Overall, we had a blast! I would definitely return, but maybe once the kinks are worked out. read more

These yelp reviews are overdramatic. Even thought it's busy, it's clean in here. We got here at about 10:15a, my kids went on every slide at least ten times without any line/wait. It's almost noon now, on a Saturday, it's naturally getting busier but the lines are not very long. The older kids seem to be guiding the younger kids to know if there's one entrance for two or three slides/attractions, split the line to allow for each action to go.. the pizza was unexpectedly good! To people complaining about the noise, i don't know why any of you expected it to be quiet?! Delusional. Bring headphones. I hope for growth and expansion in the near future for this action park. My kids and I did wish there was a jungle gym/climb zone for the older age group. This place sucks. They don't limit entry at all so it's shoulder to shoulder with unsupervised kids. They have a slide designed to land people on their faces which, while funny, seems like a bad idea. Also, they schedule the first time to start at 10 but they don't let anyone inside until 10 so everyone there for the first session is crowded around the door and it's lord of the flies time when they open the doors on the other side first. $35 for two hours is ridiculous. read more

For $36.38 a kid, including mandatory socks I broke the bank and took three kids. For an adult to join it's about $40, I opted out. The place is small, we did not need the 120 minutes. We had done everything in 60 minutes and the kids asked me to take them home! They wanted to leave! The food is over priced and gross. They hold you hostage to their food by not allowing you to bring outside food. But the real problem is even though we reserved a start time in advance, the line was out the door and we had to wait in the rain, and when we got in the place was so over crowded it was hard to walk around. You get way more bang for your buck at a Sky Zone-esque place than this. The kids I took were all aged 9 and I can't stress this enough they asked me at the 60 minute mark to please take them home because they were and I quote: "BORED". I do not understand why ticket prices were so high when there seems to be minimal overhead from a business perspective. Tickets should be $10 for this place. We had tickets booked way in advance as a Christmas gift. After traveling an hour to get there, they denied us entry because they stated it was booked for an event. The parking lot was 10% full, tons of staff were just hanging around, and no one was sliding at all. How could it be fully booked for an event? The manager and general manager Kevin weren't willing to help us out and very unsympathetic. My kids, niece and nephew were utterly heartbroken. Boring, small, dangerous (many casualties/injuries), not safe, overpriced I went to this place with my friends. We are teenagers and many of the people there are little kids, so this place is extremely small and boring for us. There were barely any slides, you only get six slides to go on and the fun ones have a long line. Often theres no one to watch over the slides. I went to this blue slide and i was flying mid air at the middle of the slide, it scraped my skin and so did it scrape my friend's skin on a yellow slide (hers was way worse than mine). On the same blue slide that made me fly, my friend's nail came off. Her nails became white and it was BLEEDING BADLY. She did her nails long, but not too long that itd come off on slides. This place is not safe. The manager did help my friend cover her wound, but slides should not have done causalities like that. When i was playing, a section of the slides shut down (three slides). Why did it shut down? ‼ A kids head was bleeding because of the slide ‼A pretty young kid from what i heard. This place is boring, really small, DANGEROUS, and overpriced. My son and wife visited this location today and while he had fun I will not be bringing him back. Incident one: my son was going down the slide and another girl went down the slide right after my son and they were told not to go down together. She went right behind him and almost hit him. The attendant (an old white guy named "Jeff") told my son not to do it again or his parents would be found and he would be put out. He said nothing to the other kid who obviously was in the wrong. Did I mention that my son is black and the little girl was white. Now usually I hate to make things about race but the fact that my son wasn't the one who did anything wrong and the only kid addressed seemed odd to me. And the fact that he said that he would find my son's parents and put him out. Little did he know , my son's step mom was right there but she isn't black so I guess he thought that he could talk to my son any kind of way. Second incident: my son went into a play area and was grabbed by Jeff and told he was too big to be in the area. Video was taken of a little white boy just as big as my son but was playing in the area. First of all why was my son touched at all. Second, the only excuse they gave us is that maybe the other little boy snuck in. How did he sneak in when Jeff was at the front entrance. My son is 9 and I'm highly upset about the whole visit.
