Over the course of 10 months, I spoke to Henna regularly where she told me about her planning services, day of coordination, and decor in extreme detail. She was reliable and understood what the vision was that my sister wanted for her wedding. She was quick to respond, transparent with pricing, and very accommodating to our budget. As we started exceeding our budget, Henna came up with multiple ideas to help cut costs and repurpose items to help us remain comfortable with our vision and pricing while also remaining true to the vision we had curated over the year of planning. Henna and her team exceeded our expectations and are so glad we went with her services when deciding on a vendor that we felt comfortable with. We are excited to use her services in the future.

This review is LONG overdue! Have you ever had such an amazing experience working with someone that…read morefinding the right words to express how grateful/ thankful you are seem impossible? Thats how my husband and I have felt since our 5.18.2019 wedding! From the moment I met Amy I knew she was our wedding planner. After talking to almost every wedding planner in the greater chicagoland area I thought Amy is just too good to be true. So in true OCD crazy bride fashion I asked for references and previous brides to talk to about their experience. Amy did not even blink or make me feel totally insane which is a quality every bride should look for in a wedding planner. We thankfully chose the full planning package, because we were planning our Chicago wedding from across the country. Amy responded to every midnight email, every pacific coast phone call and never made us feel like we were alone. She kept us on budget and when we were going over budget she wasn't afraid to bring us back to reality. Amy negotiated all of our vendors and got us the best deals, I cannot stress this enough! Before Amy we were getting quoted 2-3x the costs, and for brides who hate to negotiate she was a God send. Amys wedding day timeline is better than any book or planning binder you can find, she really knows what she's talking about with a month to month breakdown that becomes like your checklist and makes sure to keep your wedding day timeline on track. Leading up to the wedding she was there to lead our rehearsal, take all of our "extra" last minute buys to incorporate into the decor, and she happily took the role of "bad guy" to nix any unwanted suggestions from our adoring family. She brought our dream wedding to life, flawlessly. She is the definition of a fairy wedding planner! If you are even considering her wedding planning service book now, I have no doubt in my mind that she will be the most highly sought after wedding planner. To this day we have family and friends that our wedding was the funnest wedding they have ever attended. We honestly owe those compliments to Amy and her meticulous planning and attention to detail. From one OCD bride to another book now you will be forever grateful that you did. Thank you Amy & team from the bottom of our hearts we will never be able to express how amazing you are! (sorry its taken us over a year to write this we love you tons!)

It's clear Leanne and team can work with anyone and everyone as they are rockstar team players. She drives accountability across all vendors, which is so important for a successful event and a complicated dance to achieve. I might ask Leanne to come to my work to share her knowledge on expectations management. YNIE gets you organized quickly with their easy-to-use portal. You up front understand the details that NO ONE TELLS YOU ABOUT that you'll need to think through with your partner and family. These materials can be distributed to all vendors and really helps you get organized during your wedding planning process. Thank you thank you thank you! Everyone went above and beyond to make our day special and prevent us from stressing about a single thing. When we arrived, I needed some dirt stains taken out of my dress before joining cocktail hour. Molly wasted no time getting us a drink and a tray of delicious hors d'oeuvres while she used club soda and a rag to get the stains out as best she could (and it really worked!). The coordinators communicated flawlessly with our vendors to make sure everything went according to plan. Our guests had a wonderful evening as well. We received compliments on the food and bar service and the beautiful venue. I planned my wedding myself without hiring a coordinator and I have no regrets. The venue coordinator, Molly, helped me with so much throughout the process. She was so organized, always responded to my endless emails quickly, and she paid attention to every detail. I cannot thank her enough for helping my dream wedding a reality! She was even able to bring in one of our favorite local beers from Solemn Oath which was very special for us!

We worked with Aamit, who really did a lot to keep our business. Although we booked the venue a year in advance, it was difficult to encourage classmates to purchase tickets that far in advance so we were limited with how much we could use as a deposit, coming out of our own pockets. As the date neared, we realized we may need to use a smaller room than originally anticipated. We even had some thoughts of canceling entirely. Ultimately, we reserved the venue for 120 people and it was beautiful. A time was had by all and people are still talking about it a week later. We only had one bartender for the night, but I felt that he kept up well with the drinks. The food was surprisingly delicious. We had a chicken option and roast beef option buffet style. The space was nice and when I got there an hour early to finish setting up, the tables were set, waters poured, etc. However, Aamit really deserves a special shout out. I know there were certain upgrades (like the gold chairs) that he gave our group for free. Although it was a bumpy process for us in collecting the funds we needed to have the reunion, Aamit was patient and ensured that we were able to have the awesome reunion we wanted.

We booked the place for 120 guests, while only 114 attended they ran out of food. Food buffet was not monitored and replenished and when we asked to replenish, the staff behavior was totally unprofessional and said they cannot do anything as chef was gone for the day. After seeking help from management there was an attempt to "patch up" by mixing frozen food etc. and by the time food came the guests were not in mood anymore. After the event the hotel management (Mr. Jain) asked for feedback. While the feedback was given, there was no acknowledgement, no apology and no remedy. Totally disappointed with staff behavior and management's attitude. I will not host event here again because of their attitude!
