From the very first call to setup and subsequent pickup of the tent, chairs, linens, etc... after the event... Everything was flawless. Chris and his team had it all covered from start to finish. A few things to note since this was being setup in a back yard of a home... -They use barrels of water to secure the tent if spikes are out of the question. This did matter since some competitors use cement blocks that we did NOT want transported over grass for fear of "ruts". As it turns out we did not need weights so it was a moot point but again could have been an issue with competitors. -They will place the order for underground location of utilities (Julie). We jumped the gun and placed the order with JULIE ourselves, but this is part of their standard operating procedure when needed. All equipment was clean and in perfect condition, delivered. and picked up on time. All instructions communicated clearly and concisely. This company is run professionally by good people who really do care about their customers and their guests. Highly recommend heartland. You will not be disappointed.

I chose Airtime Inflatables after researching a few local companies - they had the best reviews, great selection, and you actually got to keep the rental for 24 hours. They lived up to their word! Delivery was on the earlier side of my estimated window, the product (large bouncer with slide) was great and a hit (and my husband said he watched it being sanitized during set-up), and no issues with pick-up the next morning. We will be renting from here again in the future!

The crew was great from set up to take down as well. Especially that someone was able to come out and stake the walls for us.
