So far so good!! Good ambience, clean, cool colors/design. Girls having fun and the staff actually looking over the kids. This place its even fun for Adults Definitely coming back!!

    Socks are $5.

Clean facility rn. I understand they're newly opened so staff is still learning. My only real complaint is how strictly they enforced time limits. Our kids were already in line for the launching slide when time ran out & staff made them walk down instead of letting them take one last turn. Considering we paid $35 per kid in our group of 5, it's the least they could've done. It felt unnecessary, it's not that serious. There are bins throughout area where sliding pads are put back and taken as needed. Not a bad concept. However, I'd like to see more hand sanitizer stations. We witnessed a few kids get nosebleeds on the launching slide. They just wiped it off and went about their day while touching hand railes and pad handle. Overall, it has potential but could use a few improvements. Socks are $5 on top of admission.

Overall just a bad experience. I was so excited to have a place like this locally and was really looking forward to this being our new go to play zone, but things definitely fell short. The line to check in overflowed outside the doors. Paid for 90 min tickets online for a start time of 3pm. Got there early and waited in line for about 20 mins. By the time my kids were all checked in with their wristbands it was 2:50 and the attendant went ahead and let them in to start sliding. Great! The kids took a quick break and we grabbed some food at the concessions and were disappointed that the chicken strips were charred! I looked over at another table and saw they also had a full plate of chicken strips that were black and seems like they were thinking the same as us. Dry and just burnt to a crisp. The personal pizza was still cold in the middle. Yikes. At 3:45, they called out my kids color wristbands band along with a few other colors that their time was up. I paid for 90 mins and my kids were kicked out at 45mins. Couldn't get to a staff member reconcile the inconsistency as the line was still out the door by this time. My kids were over it, so we left and don't plan on coming back. I understand they are still new and have some work to do to get things running a bit smoother. But overall just wasn't very impressed with the customer service, they were swamped and it reflected in dropping the ball in several areas. From the beginning to the end the experience was not great. $70 for two kids and $35 in food, only to have their time cut short... bummed and had high hopes. Not worth it.

Kids loved it! We are so excited for it to be open! A couple things though, restrooms need arrows and signs. It's down a long back hallway and is definitely not clear. Also need more shoe storage in the front. Other than that the AC is great, clean and the employees are all over keeping kids safe.

    Pepperoni Pizza a little burnt

The kids had a blast; however, we were unable to order any food. Soda fountain not working. Want to order anything other than pizza, too bad. Not allowed to bring outside food so you end up with hungry kids with short tempers.

The slides are great but the food is very overpriced. Came with older kids (13,14) and they were over it after about 1/2 an hour. They keep it very cold inside so wear something warm if you don't plan to be running around.

The yellow one was the best!

We went the 1st day!! My 4 boys had so much fun! I even went on some slides lol. The staff was sweet and helpful. The place was clean and big! We will totally be coming back!

Kids had a blast at a birthday party. Very cost effective for a large group party. We will be back.

The kids had an absolute blast, and we were so impressed that we even purchased the Summer Slide Package before we left.

It's a shoe-free facility and staff is doing a great job at keeping the facility sanitized and sparkling. So many fun play areas here, and everything is safe and thoughtfully designed. Lots of pretend play rooms--kitchens, doll houses, dress up--but also lots of space for big movement play, like slides and monkey bars. We loved that we could rent out the entire space for two hours. We didn't have to dodge other kids or manage sharing space, so parents got to kick back a bit and enjoy the party too knowing that it was only our familiar group of friends. Parking is easy for guests, plenty of amazing fun areas for littles to explore, and lots of fresh air and light to keep the space feeling good. We look forward to returning for regular play hours, and happy to share this gem with all of our friends.

Our oldest loved the large play structures and the youngest loved the trampoline and block building area. The cafe team was great and served us quickly, and we were impressed by the number of food items available. The coffee was alright - not amazing - but not terrible. One thing to note if you go is that the café is tucked into a corner so not every seat from the café has a line of site to the play area. And if you have drinks, you have to stay in the café. So if you were planning on having a relaxing coffee, while watching your kids from afar, that is not exactly an option. My only note for improvement would be for the staff to do a little more to help manage particularly physical/destructive children, if/when the parents are not doing enough. When we visited, there was one young child who was running around knocking kids over, knocking over blocks, and just generally being really hyper. That is totally understandable for a young kid, but the parents were nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly looks concerned, but didn't really do anything to help mitigate the situation.

My kids had fun, but it definitely wasn't worth the following week (still going) of illness. Tried to work while my kids played. There's one staff member in the play area, who wasn't really monitoring the kids. There also weren't really plugs if you need to charge. I had to rearrange furniture to situate myself next to the plug.
