Hidden gem in Bellingham. Great food, service and reasonable prices. The food is fresh and flavorful. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich with a side salad, it was quite tasty. We also ordered a veggie pizza and a spicy chicken sandwich with delicious french fries. The food portions are decent. Lengthy menu choices and lots of different drinks available. Hopes were high with this new spot in town. Perhaps because we were fresh off a flight from the Bay. Perhaps because we were on the verge of getting "hangry" with two kids under 13. Pizzas were ok, but somewhat pricey for the size. $22 for a 12" pizza? Yeah, inflation, etc. Absolutely, but at the same time, damn. Ordered and rec'd one combo and one creamy garlic combo. Hella similar on taste, somewhat of a challenge to tell who's was who's. Somewhat salty, but a good amount of pepperoni. Causation or correlation? Dunno, bit of both? Is that even possible? Overall rating - 3 stars but read on. On the bright side: I ordered lasagna and it was delicious. On the sad side: I was part of a group of 21 WITH reservatione on a Friday night. It took about an hour-and-twenty minutes to get our food. Meanwhile, a number of 2, 4 and 6 top tables came, were served, ate and left. Here's the point. When you know a large group is coming in on a normally busy night, you plan for it. You staff the kitchen and make you have adequate wait staff. I rate management 1star. The pizzas were ok but the service was really sub par. We were there on a non-busy night and the feeling we got was that we were an inconvenience. They dropped off the food and our drinks and just avoided all contact. I don't need much, but a refill would be nice, which never occurred. Sliced is a great little spot hidden in the shopping center parking lots. The food was great! Our waitress Alicia recommended both the jalapenos poppers and burger and both did not disappoint. It was pretty decent, few issues with my meal the breading on the halibut was too thick and the tarter sauce was too chunky. Pizza seemed pretty spot the red pizza sauce is almost sweet which complimented the spice on the combo we had. Maybe on a regular topping pizza it could be weird. Pretty good on all the flavors all around decent good atmosphere very clean inside. I think they make money on the drinks and the food comes second which from a business stand point probably keeps the doors open. For us non drinkers The soda mixture is a little off needs more carbonation I might go back but nothing really would draw me here. read more

I've had food delivered from here several times now. I'm not typically one to gravitate towards mac and cheese, but that vodka mac and cheese is great. The vast majority of the food I've tried from there is great. The only thing that isn't great is their name. Sliced makes no sense, I expected them to be a pizza place that sold by the slice. read more

I was taken there by a friend and was amazed at the decor when we entered. Judging the book by it's cover I never tried the restaurant before assuming from the name and exterior it was a pizza parlor that sold pizza by the slice. Instead it is a well appointed bar and general seating area. We were there at Happy Hour and the food and cocktails were very good. We enjoyed the caesar salad, wings and pizza. The regular menu is rather too extensive! I would like to recommend something be added to the exterior to let others know you are not the pizza parlor selling slices! I want you to succeed! Went for lunch, both of us ordered their soup and salad off the lunch menu. After about 15 minutes I got the soup and my wife got her salad. The soup had been obviously microwaved. About 10 minutes latter the second soup arrived. We asked for crackers and were told they had no crackers. Heard the waitress telling the two kitchen staff she needed a garden salad. Another 5 minutes the garden salad arrived. It looked like it was picked out of a garbage can. Croutons are old and mushy and have no choices of dressing. Only two other customers in the business. One of the worst experiences and the second time this has happened. A terrible establishment and staff really don't care about poor service and food quality. Sophie was amazing! Very attentive and sweet. She provided some of the best service I've received in a while. The food was amazing we had a mozzarella sticks, jalepenos poppers, custom pizza, hot Cheetos Mac n cheese, spicy chicken sandwich and the pesto Alfredo with gluten free noodles everything came out quick and perfectly cooked. An excellent place to eat. I had the the seafood bisque- a better name is fishy potato soup- but it was delicious and filling. It's OK! You've been to Applebee's or 99 or Chili's or something. You know what this is. Everything is OK and nothing is bad. They seem to prioritize takeout a little more over the people in the restaurant and that makes things take a while but you'll have a fine time. Everything will taste fine. I don't go out to eat much for two reasons. First, the cost. Second, I usually end up feeling disappointed with the food and feeling like I could have cooked the same meal at home but better. We went to Sliced last night and for the first time in a while, I actually wasn't disappointed with the food. Not even slightly disappointed. The opposite actually. My boyfriend and I were both very happy with our food. We shared garlic fries, I had a vegetarian pizza, and he had a calzone. Everything was delicious and the garlic fry appetizer was a very generous portion. Outside of the food, the staff was nice and the atmosphere was fine and the place was clean. Also, I saw that they had a few arcade games for kids or big kids. The cost seemed high to me but it seems like all restaurants are expensive nowadays, along with basically everything. Five stars is too low. These kids don't play. The food we had tonight was next level. Every bite packed with flavor, herbs, spices, seasoning, and most of all love. Food this good doesn't come easy. But, when you find it, you grab ahold and don't let go. Tony, the chef responsible for this menu used to work at Leader Block in Ferndale a couple years ago prior to COVID, when they used to be incredible. Well, now the incredible is located at Sliced at Bellis Fair Mall. Okay enough of the History Channel, tell us about the food for Pete's sake. We started off with garlic fries. Think Kid Valley and you nailed it. Oh, so good - garlic, parsley, and crispy thick fries. They make a siracha Aioli that is just ridiculous. It's just Heaven on earth. And, we're just getting started. I ordered two appetizers as my meal. The first was a Pork Belly Trio. It comes with three extremely different but PHENOMENAL portions of perfectly executed pillows of deliciousness. 1) Pesto, Red Pepper, and Fricco. You bite in and the flavor bursts into your mouth. Obviously marinated pork, seasoned to perfection, pesto that didn't come from a can made in New Jersey. This stuff is fresh, and My Oh My! 2) Mango salsa and Basil. Are you kidding me - so bright and flavorful - your mouth smiles as you take in each bite. It's an automatic thing - just let it go. An appetizer's not supposed to taste like this. 3) Onion jam and pickled apple slaw. Shut up! This is just unbelievable the flavor combination is out of this world. Tony knows how to cook. Sweet Lord - this food is reaching the divine. And, then, just to show off a little, they add a few grilled pieces of pineapple as like a desert for the appetizer. So fresh, so popping with juices, so just ... PERFECT! But, wait there's more ... the Meatball Trio plate. Sweet Mercy, this plate was what they handed Cleopatra or Queen Elizabeth. What's on here isn't for peasants - this is the best stuff they only serve the royalty. First of all tons of beautiful little bite size lovin all around the plate - candied pecans, craisins, strawberries, cheese slices, candy coated coffee beans, raspberries, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, feta filled pepper, and blueberries. The meatballs - so freaking good. Perfectly cooked so that they are crispy on the outside, but bursting with juices as you cut in. Tender, moist, flavorful, and delectable - each in their own delicious sauce. Or, as I like to call them, a bed of joy! Tawny Port Reduction, Cumin Lime Crema, and that perfectly concocted home made pesto. You just don't understand. This is so incredible. This isn't a burger, or blah blah blah. This is exquisite, next level love on a plate. If you haven't gotten the gist yet - GO THERE RIGHT NOW !!!!! Don't wait, don't think about it longer, go ... often. We've found a new regular spot. Why would you eat a burger, or something just to eat it when this food is available at such fantastic prices? This is a complete no brainer! We tried Sliced on Saturday. Let me tell you it was absolutely amazing. I would give it a 9.8 out of 10. The only reason it wasn't a 10 was because we didn't recieve the kids spaghetti we ordered (we ordered to go) but in their defense they were slammed, we weren't mad and understood completely. Even with being as busy as they were they did not lack in customer service and were very attentive. We will definitely be customers again read more

A few bumps in the experience at first; dirty table, lipstick on my wine glass but all was corrected with a genuine positive attitude. I got a glass of Barbera and a Traditional pizza with mods and it was really good. The sauce was very flavorful, the house made sausage was delicious with a nice kick to it. The pizza is STACKED. Lots of toppings and cheese also on top of the toppings which very few places do. Super impressed and I'll be back. I'm so glad this restaurant is just under 2 miles from my house!!
