    Cauliflower Bites
    Smrithi S.

We had dinner at Sliced on our recent stop at Bellingham. We found the place on Yelp and decided to try it. Great location, very close to the freeway. The server was friendly and helpful. We got Cauliflower Bites, Curry Cavatappi with both Salmon and Shrimp, Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with side mac & cheese, a small Honey UR Hot, and a small Creamy Garlic Chicken. Cauliflower Bites and Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with side mac & cheese were good, Curry Cavatappi was great with both Salmon and Shrimp. We loved both the pizza's we got, Honey UR Hot is one of the best pizza's I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back when in Bellingham.

One of the coolest bars for a primarily pizza family friendly restaurant I have ever seen. Service was great and food was delicious. Half price apps on Monday, pork belly sliders a must.

I guess they have an arcade. Good pizza here!

We've been coming here for years. This is a great spot our 5, 3, and 1.5 year old. They have an arcade the kids explore, good seating and a solid menu. Pretty broad menus with all sorts of options. We will definitely keep coming back, especially for their free kids meal on Wednesday nights.

Pizza Pocket I chose to have made with meatballs and jalapenos

I had an occasion to visit Bellingham and decided to try out Sliced for lunch. I must have caught them on a slow day, or maybe just a slow time of day. Either way I was the only customer! I read the menu and decided to have Ace Pineapple Cider, Calamari Diavalo, and a Pocket Pizza made with meatballs and jalapenos, Everything was delicious. In fact my only, minor, complaint was that the Calamari Diavolo was not spicy like the menu stated that it would be. The Pocket Pizza was nice and crispy on top and pleasantly chewy on the bottom. The ingredients, meatballs and jalapenos, were chopped making it very easy to take a bite. The server was very pleasant to talk with and professional. I was seated in the bar area, at my request, and sat at a high table watching 6 different tvs. An architectural oddity was there was a door to the restrooms, but when I walked through the door I noticed an open doorway on the same wall 6 inches from the door I went through. I had a little chuckle when I noticed.

    Bruschetta.. so good

The atmosphere here is great. And my bartender/server Selah (hope I spelled that correctly) was super nice, smiling all the time.. and helpful with my menu choices. The Bruschetta was great.. with a little bit of strawberry to add some sweetness... the bread was crunchy on the outside, but still had softness in middle .. perfect.. sooooo goood. The food presentation was impressive. Served on a slab of slate I believe. The restaurant is slightly hidden outside of mall by itself. I can't believe I have never tried it.

We were in Bellingham for a family Event and decided to eat at Sliced one night. There were six of us on a Friday night. It was not busy so we sat in a nice big booth right away. Izzy was our server, she was very personable and efficient. Food came out quickly! We ordered the Jalapeño Popper app- it was OK. Wings-Standard. That'll Do Pig Pizza-Delicious! Strawberry Salad-Good but Panera Breads' is better. Butterflied Shrimp-To die for! All in all we had a great experience and would recommend and eat here again!

This place has gone down hill FAST! The quality of the food is DISMAL at best...mark my words, this place won't be in business much longer...and clearly many have figured that out already as it's otherwise EMPTY on a Thursday evening @630pm. Server was kind and friendly and did her best to accommodate, which is to say discounting food we had no intention of eating/finishing.

Perfect steak sandwich with melty havarti, grilled peppers/ onions/ mushrooms and perfect fresh fries... And ice-cold beer.

I ordered the chilled sweet and sour potato and was very disappointed. $17 for what I got was insane. It was just a few slivers of potato and carrot on top of cold vermicelli. I loved the decor and atmosphere, but it was a very underwhelming experience for me. I'll definitely give it another try and give something else a try. Both seating options were nice and allowed us to be around people while still being able to hear our dining companions. Extensive cocktail menu of well crafted and interesting cocktails. A mocktail menu of equally well crafted cocktails is also available upon request. We tried a variety of flavorful dishes. The hot noodles are particularly delicious - a comfort food like dish that is spicy and satisfying and plentiful. The crispy salt and pepper tofu is also delicious - a satisfying crunch and a soft inside. We also tried the crispy eggplant bao which I probably wouldn't get again, but it was definitely pretty and hardy. I'd definitely go by again next time I'm in Bellingham!

We walked by Amendment 21 and saw the jazz brunch menu and honestly it was perfect, didn't have to go out in the rain, thank god. The place wasn't busy which was nice, and it's got this cool old-timey vibe, like a classy prohibition bar but still comfy. There was a guy playing guitar live which totally fit the mood. Our waiter was great, super friendly and happy to go find answers for us when we asked questions. You could tell he actually cared. Hubby got the corned beef scramble and an orange juice and I got a coffee cocktail that was AMAZING. The best part was watching our server train the other staff on how to make my drink, so I got to lowkey eavesdrop on the whole process. Kinda fun! I also ordered a side of fruit and it was shockingly fresh, dragon fruit, orange, blueberries, like not sad hotel fruit at all. After my cocktail I wanted just a regular coffee and the server was awesome, he brought out coffee and fresh whipped cream and topped me off. Seriously such a small but amazing touch. Everything about it was just chill and cozy. Great service, fun vibe, and being able to charge it to the room was the cherry on top. We didn't even have to go outside in the rain. Total win.

Orion gave us menus and let us chill for a minute with our decisions - - but we still had questions... and got answers. DRINKS Great warm you up drinks and a comfy couch. This is what you want after a long drive up to Bellingham. Amendment 21 & Orion didn't disappoint! FOOD Apparently there's food here too? But it's Bellhingham. And why do I keep putting an extra "H" in Bellingham. Frick. There are some tasty spots around here to check out. LOCATION This is inside the lobby of a hotel. The hotel isn't remarkable from the street, but come in past a pair of elevators and into the dark hotel bar up the stairs. There are a few high tables and stools at the bar, but the key spots are the deep couches in the middle of the room. I completely forgot to look at the historic photos covering the walls of the bar. Apparently, there's a tour/escape-roomish thing that goes on in the hotel as well? Have fun.

Bellingham was chilly that day, my friends, but the ambiance and service at the Admiralty were as warm and welcoming as you could ever hope for. The cocktails were carefully crafted. Great value in the Happy Hour drinks and the Six Islands Sazerac was a rum-tacular take on a New Orleans classic. Plus it's a generously-timed Happy Hour from 4 to 5:30--a bonus 30 minutes for scrumptious offerings. I thoroughly loved the slider (so delicious and tender) and the pork belly skewer--oh that pork! Another bonus in that each came with side salads that were different, interestingly flavored and very delicious. Enough so that I would have been happy with "just a salad." And the guys are great mixologists! My cocktails can only be non-alcohol right now. Each made up a fabulous drink for me on the spur. My favorite from Isaac was largely lime and grapefruit-based with some orgeat syrup. It was elegant and complex. (I hope they put it on the menu! I suggested they call it the Elegant Isaac.)
