Both pizzas were cooked perfectly with generous amounts of cheese. The margarita pie had just the right amount of basil. But the star of the show for us was the sausage/broccoli pie! We had never had broccoli rabe on a pie before. The broccoli rabe was tender, well seasoned, and had a floral note to it, the crust was chewy with just the right amount of char and the sauce added just the right acidity. The only thing we felt was lacking (slightly) was the sausage. It was so mild that you almost couldn't taste it.
