Once I explained I was there to look at a mattress that was said to be in store, I was pointed to the general area of where it was, and off I went searching. I had to pull the mattress off the shelf myself, and test it out. Non existent customer service, if you ask me. But nonetheless, I was determined to try out what I was about to order online. So after I made sure I was content, I put the mattress back on the shelf and left. Of course one of the associates tries to stop me on the way out like "did you find" .. yep. I got what I needed, with the bare minimum from you. Disappointing would be a compliment.

I had a problem with my delivery, and I was very upset. Fortunately, Rachelle, the store manager, worked diligently to make things right. I gave four stars because of the headache of the delivery challenge; however, I highly recommend the store at the Owings Mills location.

The only downside, which was not her fault, involved an incorrect price tag on the coffee table I wanted to purchase. When Skyland went to ring it up, she realized the tag on the table was incorrect. She brought this to the attention of the manager, Cartier, who offered a small discount. However, I felt the store should have honored the displayed price, especially since the incorrect tag was placed on the table and I had already spent quite a bit of time pairing it with the sofa I had recently purchased. Overall, Skyland's excellent customer service stood out and made the experience much better.

He was so helpful in finding me the best deals possible and ultimately got the mattress, box spring and delivery all done within my budget. When it came time for the mattress to be delivered, the day before I received an automated call with my delivery time between 10:15 and 12:15. Imagine my surprise when at 8:30 I get a call saying they'll be there in ten. In trying to call them back, I did have some difficulty getting through to a representative as the store was not yet open. Finally after rushing home, I found the delivery men had waited. They were extremely helpful and carried the mattress up all the way to the third floor! Unfortunately the box spring did not fit up the narrow staircase so I declined delivery. I called up Mike and he was able to offer me a split box spring which I could pick up that same day. He even offered to drive it to me on his truck. I ended up going back to the store and we tied it to the roof of my car. No extra charge for the change up! I will recommend this mattress firm to anyone and everyone I know buying a mattress. Thank you so much Mike!! It's no surprise he's the top salesman with such excellent service!
