OK, just for the name.....ingenious. lol. I love the store, though the most comfy "lovesac" at the mall was this store was located, was about $1,100. I do not care how comfy it is, way overpriced. The store is fun, and the staff was helpful. However, staff.... I would recommend waiting until we walk away before fluffing the "lovesac" we just flopped on. Buyer be ware, you might as well buy this online. Why go to the store when they refuse to help in store and say we will call you and handle this Over the phone. "Neve got a call" I went to the mall to the store with intentions of buying a couch. I was happy throughout the whole interaction in the store and purchase while there. The minute I left the store everything went downhill. Couldn't be guaranteed a delivery date from FedEx, then was told I would need to pay five dollars per package to have a specific delivery date for my $5000+ couch so it wouldn't sit on my front porch while I wasn't home. Then once I got putting it together I start to realize things aren't lining up. So after trying to put my couch together several different ways in a standard L-shaped pattern, to no avail could I get it to work properly. Realizing I was sold standard seating backs instead of deep seating backs. I went to the store to try to get some answers, but the manager was too busy on phone calls in the back to come out and talk to me. I'm then told I need to send in/ return half of the couch on top of time waiting for them to send out replacements, so until then I only live with half a couch. Only for them to tell me in the store that they will call me and handle it over the phone. To never receive a phone call. That's the reason for this review. It should be a one star review. When you buy the most expensive couch on the market you would think customer service would be stellar, at least I thought it would be. So I wait. I guess it's time for another trip to Towson, which isn't close to my house. This couch is so comfortable, I wish customer service was in existence. PLEASE HELP!!! read more

I purchased 2 Lovesac beanbag chairs for my children w my "covid-19 hero reward" as I am a Frontline medical provider. The one arrived okay... Green duffle w some dirt from transport. 2 boxes w 2 black Velvet covers in great shape. My second sac arrived a day late in a "damaged by FedEx box", no duffle, fully inflated and COVERED in dirt. I phoned CS and got a call back about 4 hours later. I emailed customer service giving pictures of the damage. 5 days later I finally get a response stating they need more proof of damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. $1600 worth of bean bag chairs and one is damaged in route. Thanks so much for my hero "reward". I guess the jokes on me. Honest & straight up review here... My husband & I had been researching & eyeing up these couches for months until we finally decided to invest in one. We got the M lounger with two sets of covers & absolutely love it! The quality is wonderful & we call these couches "adult Legos" since you can set them up pretty much any way you'd like. Neil Nelson was our go-to guy every time we stopped by & he helped us in every sense of the word. He gave us extremely honest feedback & opinions & helped us pick the two best covers for our family (small child & dog) since some covers are better than others for families like ours. The only situation we had was the $200 fee we paid to have the furniture set up for us (so we could see how to do it) & the guys who came didn't know how to set it up at all. HOWEVER, they were very friendly & honest as well & we called Neil at the store to tell him about it & he took charge of the whole situation & got us a full refund on the set up fee, as well as a free gift apologizing for the inconvenience (a $150 blanket/throw) in our choice of color. We weren't angry by any means but the fact that he stayed in contact with us throughout the time it took to resolve the situation was wonderful. He GENUINELY cared to help us out & was by far one of the best sales people we've ever dealt with. Being in the service industry myself, this speaks volumes. He was extremely friendly, talkative, yet got right down to business as well. He went above and beyond to satisfy our needs & there aren't enough people like him in the industry. I hope corporate sees this review & gives this man a big raise &/or management position because if he was that great with us over the course of a couple months, I can only imagine what else he can offer to others & the company in general at a higher position. Took the money out of a direct pay from bank , I contacted them immediately to inform them of the "bait and switch" they just pulled on me and was told my money would be refunded. It has not 5 weeks later please SAVE YPUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Oh and the ONLY contact they'll engage in is text messaging. Avoid like the plague read more

We purchased a new sectional in late Nov, we received it early Dec and decided we didn't like it as much once we got it. we started the return process early Jan well within the 60 return period. the product was picked up from our home and received by Lovesac on Jan 24th as of today Feb 24th we have still not received a refund. I have called the 800 number multiple times and be told every time that I would get it by the end of the week or next week. I also spoke to Rhonda the manager and was told she would look into it and call me back. so far I have not heard back form Rhonda it has been 2 weeks since I spoke to her last and now cant reach her, I believe my calls are being dodged. The 800 number has given me nothing but "sorry for the delay you will receive it next week". I am now paying for a 5000$ product that I no longer have. I have a RMA showing it was approved and I did get on of the reps to email stating that I was owed a refund but alas no refund. I am afraid I will need to take legal action to get my money back. I highly recommend no one ever buy from this company the customer service when there is a problem is atrocious. read more

If I could give zero I would we were excited about a Lovesac and the offered sale price of $750 made us very happy until checkout became almost $1000 with no proffered explanation. Finally the salesclerk admitted the sale was no longer valid after having blamed the increase in taxes, BEWARE bait and switch and deplorable sales tactics. I use to love going into the store. Such a friendly atmosphere, but as of lately...not so much. Don't get me wrong...I love the products. I have since sold one of my sacs but still have (2) pillow sacs, at least 12foot sacs (adult and kids), my favorite robot fur large and throw blankets and 8 floor pillows that they no longer make. Not including the 20 or so sac puffs. I am so sad that the atmosphere has changed and I don't feel inclined to just go in say hi and hang out. Also...I use to get a call every couple of weeks to just say hi, touch base and to let me know if anything new or to see if I needed anything. Being a small business owner and also being a client manager at my day job...I know how important it is for customer relations and it has definitely gone down here. read more

We went to the Towson location to expand our couch and I have to say that the team at this location goes above and beyond for you! We're really happy with the result.
