If you're looking for a place that does fantastic nail designs then this is the place for you. Found a new nail shop closer to home. I have been here twice. The first time I scheduled an appointment and was seen right away. I came in with long natural nails and I told the tech I wanted to keep them. I just wanted to add gel and maybe tips for the 3 nails that had broken. When I tried to communicate this to the intake person he said that he doesn't know he doesn't do nails . I should have left right then but I was on a time crunch. I also told him that I wanted a pedicure and I was carrying sandals in a bag. The nail tech I got immediately started drilling .He would work on one nail and then tap my hand to indicate putting it under the light. It was painful every time I put my hand under the light. I was later told that my nails were filed too thin, that's why I could feel it. Communicating the color was also a problem . The tech next to mine overheard me trying to explain what I wanted and told my tech. One of the nail tips wasn't put on correctly anything got under it. I went to a different place the next day and they evened up the nails without a word. They just saw it needed to be done and changed the color . I'm glad that the tech did not remember the pedicure . read more

I'm not sure what I loved more - the videos of farmers harvesting crops in mesmerizing fashion, Muzak covers of hits like Wonderwall, or the fastidious, perfect glitter ombré gel manicure that Amy gave me. Honestly this was the best manicure I've gotten in years. I loved that Amy applied the polish and glitter to one nail to show me and get my approval before moving onto the other fingers. This ensured that I got the optimal dusting of glitter on my nails. She also used a combination of Bubble Bath and another color as the base which was so perfect for my skin tone, because just bubble bath looks too pink with my fair skin. Each time I've gotten Gel X serviced, 1 of them done by whose name I did not get - unfortunately I was not a fan of this particular technicians work - but 2 times I've gotten them done by Carol and she did absolutely amazing. Salon was very clean and had many employees working. I was looking around for a nail salon to do my fill because I needed my nails to be done the same day and couldn't make it to my regular salon. I got no design or didn't cut my nails, just regular color and got charged 85 dollars for a fill. That's how much I pay for a new set with design. And the atmosphere in there was so relaxing and the even a bit therapeutic. I also got a regular pedicure by a young man with glasses and he also did and an amazing job on my toes. And the massage was super great and not rough at all like some nail salons I've been at. He also took his time on them and the nail polish was spot on. No blemishes, no unevenness, and I left with my toes and feet feeling super soft. The place and workers were all nice as well, 10/10 nail salon.
