This Christmas marks my one-year anniversary with Slay Me Nails, and this is my honest one-year review. Over the past year, I've received eyebrow waxing, luminary gel fills, and classic pedicures, and the quality has been consistently excellent. The place is always clean, elegant, and well-maintained. Every tech I've encountered has been kind, professional, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. I love the atmosphere -- music and music videos on a big screen give it a fun, relaxing vibe. And now they even offer complimentary cocktails, which is such a nice touch! This is a new amenity, and I'm truly enjoying it The pricing is exactly what you'd expect for top-tier service. As my husband always says, "If you're gonna do it, then just DO IT!" And honestly, it pays to have the best. There's even a tech by the name of Amea... If you know, you know. I've included a photo of last year's Christmas tree, because it perfectly captures the festive, elegant feel of the space during the holidays. After a full year of great experiences, I can confidently say I highly recommend Slay Me Nails. Amy and Christy are both incredible nail techs.Amy is fantastic with pedicures and luminary gel -- I honestly fell in love with this spot because of her Christy is phenomenal with gel nails -- fast, efficient, and always delivers beautiful results. I'm sad I don't recall his name, but the tech with the magnificent pinky nail , he is top-tier with pedicures. His work speaks for itself. And let's not forget the front desk guy, aka "Mr. Cocktail" , he is the sweetest His smile is welcoming and really elevates the experience. Overall, no matter who you get, you'll be pleased with your service. The talent, professionalism, and vibe here are unmatched.
My nails always come out PERFECT when I get them done here. Kristy is the best nail artist and is always willing to put up with my wild nail ideas, would definitely recommend!
I am conflicted. I only recommend this place because for once, most of the people in there are actually good with nails and can do design. A couple of them are really talented... However, they are expensive!! I asked how much these nails would be (picture) and they quoted me $170!! Lmao. That's why your salons are hardly ever full. It used to be that you walk into a nail salon and it's packed with back to back appts and you had to wait for walk-ins. Now, I only see 2 or 3 people every time I go. Gone are the days when techs were good with nails because it's their job and that was the standard and they didn't price gouge every step of the way. There is no standard with all of these nail salons. Will do a crap job and just take your money but when you go somewhere that's actually good and can do what they're supposed to do, the prices are astronomical. So if you can't do your own nails and you want to splurge then this is the place to go to. It's a shame they think they're better off charging SO MUCH for nails when they would be getting way more customers and way more money if their prices were fair. Thank god I can do my own nails because it's getting ridiculous. And I get it, it costs a more for the extravagant designs and XL nails but not hundreds of dollars. Especially when people do their nails every 2-3 weeks. My guy, you're not saving lives here. You're also not Picasso. You're just painting the tips of my fingers. Also they need to fix their sewer problem. I went in there and I could barely tolerate the smell it was so bad and they're acting like they don't smell anything. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty salon and I'm glad to finally win the lottery-- I mean, find a place where they do a good job and the people seem nice but with these prices I won't be able to get my nails done on the regular anymore. And I was a weekly kind of girl too. And I'm sorry but if you think it's ok for prices to be this high, you are part of the problem. Charging a little more because product pricing has gone up is one thing but price gouging is another. Designs and fun stuff was always an extra 20-30 bucks. Not 75-100+!! Oh yes, and charging a lot for a pedicure that they still rush through and do a mediocre job with, just as they have always done. GREAT. 3 1/2 stars.
Absolutely love my nails every time! Kristy is super professional, detail-oriented, and always makes me feel comfortable. My sets last so well and I always leave obsessed. Highly recommend!
Love my Halloween nails! Kristy read the assignment! I fly all the way from Kentucky just to see Kristy and she never disappoints!
Slay Me Nails is the best!!! They are ALWAYS on time with their appointments and their SERVICE is fantastic! Kristy is such a professional and she does fantastic nails and pedicures! ¡Slay Me Nails es lo mejor!!! ¡SIEMPRE son puntuales con sus citas y su SERVICIO es fantástico! ¡Kristy es toda una profesional y hace uñas y pedicuras increíbles!
Slay Me Nails never disappoints! We went in today to get ready for our 4th of July party and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Winter did my husband's pedicure and, as always, did a fantastic job -- they're clean, detailed, and exactly what he wanted. Amy took care of my mani/pedi and absolutely nailed it (pun intended). The stars, stripes, and bold colors are perfect for the holiday. Both Winter and Amy are incredibly talented, professional, and so fun to work with. Highly recommend Slay Me Nails if you want creative, flawless nails every single time!
if I could give zero stars, I would I already reviewed on Google because I don't think anybody should be going here if you want good nails my nails are three days old and they're chipping. The layers of gel are coming apart and I've never had that happen to me? They are a horrible shape. I asked for stiletto and they're pretty much round. It was $100 for the most basic design ever and it took 2 1/2 hours for me to get out of there their customer service was rude. It was an overall horrible experience and I left a very disappointed and upset.
They usually do a good job. Lots of price gouging though & one time they cut me pretty badly. They apologized but that's all.
Good quality nails. Cham is really detailed when it comes to custom designs. She took me in late afternoon and stayed to finish this beautiful set. Thank you Cham I appreciate you.

Had my nails and toes done yesterday during my lunch break and after work and very upset seeing them this morning. Spent $66 for my nails $30 for my feet and tipped $20. That's $116 for this type of quality. I don't live in Riverside and I was there for a training and I'm upset, not the quality I was expecting, nor was this worth the price. read more

Absolutely loved it !!! Kristy definitely killed it with my nails. I loved how she took her time on them and made the nails look so much better than the inspo photo !! And the atmosphere in there was so relaxing and the even a bit therapeutic. I also got a regular pedicure by a young man with glasses and he also did and an amazing job on my toes. And the massage was super great and not rough at all like some nail salons I've been at. He also took his time on them and the nail polish was spot on. No blemishes, no unevenness, and I left with my toes and feet feeling super soft. The place and workers were all nice as well, 10/10 nail salon. Although I do admit it was pretty pricey for the nail set and regular pedicure, it was definitely worth it and I'll be sure to come back again . (when I'm not in a budget ;)) read more

The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail was impressive, from the precise shaping to the flawless application of polish. My nails look stunning and have held up beautifully. I'm not sure what I loved more - the videos of farmers harvesting crops in mesmerizing fashion, Muzak covers of hits like Wonderwall, or the fastidious, perfect glitter ombré gel manicure that Amy gave me. Honestly this was the best manicure I've gotten in years. I loved that Amy applied the polish and glitter to one nail to show me and get my approval before moving onto the other fingers. This ensured that I got the optimal dusting of glitter on my nails. She also used a combination of Bubble Bath and another color as the base which was so perfect for my skin tone, because just bubble bath looks too pink with my fair skin. I highly recommend Slay Me Nails and Amy. read more

oh Kristy did her big oneeee. This was my first time getting a full set here and I had read many reviews on Kristy specifically doing a really nice job on her clients nails/ being a fan favorite so of course I booked with her on the website and i'm glad i did because she's very good at what she does she made sure she understood my inspo photo and made sure i got exactly what i wanted. Total came out to $92 which is a little pricey but also kinda fair considering it's in a downtown city. read more

This salon is the best! They just opened so everything inside is very clean and up to date which is awesome. If you need a recommendation on a nail tech, please ask for MK. He does such a great job and is super gentle with your nails. I have been going to him for almost two years and he has never disappointed. My nails are always beautiful and I love them every time. Don't post many reviews but definitely had to take a moment for this one! I am beyond satisfied. It was my first time here. I recently moved and definitely did my research on nail salons because I am very particular especially for it being a "luxury" for me. Read many reviews that Kristy and MK are very good so I went without an appointment (of course) lol they were busy so Carol assisted me. Let me tell you! She is great! She is so detailed, takes her time, definitely knows how to SLAY!!!! Thank you so much Carol! She also did my pedicure and did great in cutting everything that shouldn't be on my feet and gave a great massage! Told her she's my girl now! read more

I have gone to this place 3 times now and I'm very satisfied. Each time I've gotten Gel X serviced, 1 of them done by whose name I did not get - unfortunately I was not a fan of this particular technicians work - but 2 times I've gotten them done by Carol and she did absolutely amazing. She's done both my sets in under an hour and a half and the nail shapes and designs look great. Every single time I come in, there's an easy check-in process, it's very clean inside, and aesthetically pleasing. I will continue to get my nails done here. read more
