So basic reason we came here is to watch the game since the name was slam dunk I thought no brainer they must be playing the playoff game.. well kind of...ordering was awkward there was a booth when you walk in no-one was the we waited and waited some more until one of the many workers standing around pointed at the bar and said you order there... I waited at the bar finally having to ask where do you order? I ordered I asked to watch the game the Warriors game pretty typical request for the area we are in lol..the girl hands me the remote and says you can do it yourself. I tried and tried wasn't familiar with it told them I wasn't sure how to work it.no help...wth.. had to move to a table where they were playing it by the bar.plus side pizza was good salad bar excellent. Will order to go next time I do not recommend eating inside..a lot of workers standing around making it feel awkward and uncomfortable. I was visiting California, and me and my travel buddy stopped in a place called Ukiah. Tired and hungry from being on the road for so long, we really wanted something to eat. The trouble is, it was "late" at night. Most places seemed to close at 9pm or earlier, and many did not deliver. We decided to just go with something simple and ordered pizza to the hotel- a large, thin crust (I don't know that they make anything else) with pepperoni on it from Slam Dunk. Over the phone they told me it would be 30-45 minutes. They showed up exactly 30 minutes later and the driver was super friendly. I had forgotten to give a room number, so I met him in the lobby. He gave me the pizza, a lot of extra plates and napkins, and some packets of peppers in case we wanted to add them on. The smell of the pizza was heavenly alone, whether that's because I hadn't eaten a real meal in a while or something, I don't know. I got it back to the room and flipped open the top. The pizza was loaded with pepperoni to the point that you almost could not see the cheese, yet it wasn't drowning in grease. The pepperoni was borderline crispy, which is a huge win in my book, and it tasted great. The only thing me and my buddy thought was odd was that it was cut into triangles, not the squares we are accustomed to when eating thin crust pizza. The first time I went to this establishment, service was poor at best. 45 minutes into waiting for a pizza, we decided to go elswhere for lunch. Since then however, we have been taking advantage of the all you can eat buffet, which has been enjoyable. Great Bar and fresh pizza being brought out often. Pizza is alright and the pricing is ok, but the place does not run smoothly, the servers are rude and do not aim to please, and delivery is an absolute trainwreck. There is nearly always something wrong and it can take hours to actually get your order. The most recent time I ordered a pizza and they told me i had to wait for two hours for delivery... After waiting for three hours(seriously) I called to ask about my pizza's status and discovered the order had not been sent to the kitchen yet, at which point they told me that my pizza would take another hour and a half. All of this and the lady just laughed at me and put the blame on the new guy. Honestly they dont care if you are satisfied or not, and that is enough to send you to Round Table... Went in with my wife and son to check the place out. First thing you notice is the wonky layout but thats not the issue here. The staff comprised of young adults that, by my estimates, have not been in the work force very long. The entire place is coated with greasy fingerprints from the front door to the juke box. The counter tops where the pizzas are made was disgusting food and grease everywhere. Customer service skills are absent but for the most part they're polite but obviously overwhelmed. It took close to an hour to get the pizza we ordered and they brought us someone else's first. Our reciept showed something entirely different from what we ordered because there point if sale systems are not working right. The sodas were really flat and several other customers made comments about this but they just kept giving refills of flat soda lol. There were dirty tables everywhere and bus buckets full of dishes on almost every flat surface they could place one. I had to ask 2x to get our salad bowls because I kept getting shuffled off to another employee who was busy with someone else. Pizza was decent, definitely not on par with most chains though. They have an arcade but literally half the machines were malfunctioning or falling apart in one way or another. When we were done we asked for a box and the one we got had a a bunch of flour and old parmigian cheese in it lol. Overall, don't do it. Even if you can tolerate the poor service it's just not a place I can recommend or frequent again. read more

The pizza and service is fantastic! I called at 5:30 on a Friday night for an x-large pizza and fried pickles (which are absolutely fantastic too) to be DELIVERED!!. I was told it was going to be an hour which was fine but 25 minutes later, they were knocking on the door with steaming hot pizza! LOVE this place!! read more

Three strikes and you're out. Have been to this pizza place three times (trying to give them a shot at getting it right). 1st time the pizza crust was burnt, and pizza very greasy. 2nd time ordered a pizza with chicken, and chicken tasted old, and the 3rd time the crust was burnt again. Good food, crappy service. Ordered food for delivery, order arrived incomplete. Driver said he forgot it, and drove back to get it. Up to this point, that is fine, and mistakes happen. No prob. It sucks, but it's not worth even trying to figure out methods online to share an experience that could happen to anybody. We would still eat their food often because it is tasty! Here is where the experience of a business transaction becomes yelp-worthy. We had already placed the order about an hour prior. After a 1/2 hour goes by, we had to call to get an update, as to why it still was not here, considering it takes about 10 minutes max to get to our house, and was told, "Oh yeah, sorry. He dropped it". Then we had to wait even LONGER. When he finally showed back up, he handed me the food and said "sorry, here", jammed the container in my hand, and left. No offer to ask if anything else was needed, no little order of bread or complimentary breath mint, extra napkin, or side of the ranch they charge you a dollar for. There was no spork involved. They didn't even give us a coupon, and certainly, no reason was provided for lying or giving us a reason that indicated they WERENT lying about why the food was missing! Simply mumbling "sorry" at customers, or finding it amusing on the phone, with a half assed breathless laugh, "oh yeah, he dropped it", is not an apology. Keeping your customer updated as to why an order they placed 2 hours ago is still not in their mouth being chewed right now is probably a good idea. Doing something, anything, to give your customer a reason to want to assist in the financial gain of your business in the future, is where this scenario is an appropriate example. Since we don't practice the art of rudeness in our home, everyone else had to wait to eat their meal which was, by now, cold and congealing grease at the bottom of a soggy box. The fact that the story as to WHY our meal was not complete had 2 seperate excuses, indicating that 1 of 2 employees working at this business have some honesty issues. Yeah, I put a bad review... A very nice and pleasant staff when I ordered I the taco pizza. The delivery time was good. However, they forgot the Pico de Gallo and the Sour Cream toppings. The delivery driver apologized and said she would be right back. I waited for 10 min before calling to make sure they didn't forget (as the pizza place was 1 mile away) and the person on the phone said it was on the way. They brought back the missing items after 20 minutes from the delivery time. The taco pizza was now cold. this was an Air Ball, not a 'slam Dunk! read more

Went to lunch on my hour long lunch break with some co-workers, ordered a burger and fries. it was around $20.00 and it took over 45 minutes to get to me. i was told by 2 different employees that it would be 3-4 minutes until my food was ready and then after sitting for 40 minutes i was asked how i wanted it cooked. everyone else in my group was already done eating and ready to go and i had not even gotten my food yet. Then, after i finally got my burger the bun was burnt black, the lettuce was wilted and they had put tomatoes on it even though i have told them i did not want them. now if the place had been super busy, or they were short staffed i could see it taking a few extra minutes, but neither was the case. I for one will never go back and will be spreading the word about this to all that i can. i was not offered a discount, or a refund, i was simply told to have a nice day.....Not acceptable!!!! read more
