And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?! And all of this took an hour, which should have taken less than 5 minutes and completely messed up my whole day of scheduled events.

Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail. When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do. What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today. Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer--I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her. We walked in and was very impressed with the showroom. Basically allowed to roam the warehouse, take pictures of the barcode, and they can create an invoice with info and pricing. Although they only carry slabs (no prefab).. I liked the choices they had. I had seven different slabs and pricing was various $$$$.. Still surprised the prices were lower than I thought. Still need to find a fabricator, and probably one more estimate on slabs. Im really glad they are in town.

We contacted Bedrosians immediately regarding this issue so they could see what was happening. Creative Gardens has an actual retail store in Sparks so you can always find them. We dealt with the owner, CJ, who was very knowledgeable on designing a backyard. He listened to what we wanted and then produced a virtual reality model of it on a large screen right there in the office. He had the ability to make real time changes as we requested them. This is a family operated business with CJ being the 3rd generation owner. His mom is the office manager and his sister runs the retail operations of the store. From the minute we walked in the door, they put us at ease and made us feel very welcome. The fact that they could make real world changes on the computer sold us on going with them. It was that and how well they treated us from the moment we walked into the business. During the build we had multiple changes and additions. The field supervisor, Jeff, is awesome to work with and doesn't know the word "no". He always says "we can do that". Their work crews were also great. Their crew leader, Cruz, can build just about anything and runs a tight ship. We really couldn't be happier with our backyard and the relationships we built with the Creative Garden staff. They have our full support and recommendation for their work. Oh and they are priced very reasonably.
