I would give it a 0.5 if I could because the food was okay...scrambled egg was dry. I ordered Fern…read morespecial with 1 egg(maybe should order more to kkep it moist)and links. I do not usually post, but if it's bad experience then I don't want anyone else to endure it. We were here to help support the local community business in Tillamook since I just live in Portland. We stayed one night at the Tillimook Inn. We were here for the Rockaway Beach Kite festival with all my family. First, we arrived for breakfast to put my name at the counter. They said it would be long wait. OK, tell me how long or do I just guess how long and how to run your operations to understand the wait period. So I had to ask, 15, 30 minutes an hour then I finally get a response. OK, no buzzer or phone number to collect for when table is ready so I told them...I'LL BE IN YOUR CAFE WAITING. 30 minutes go by, 45 minutes go by then I went back to find my name had been ERASED from their prehistoric white board they use to take down names. I asked what happened when I saw tons of groups being sat before me when I'm pretty sure I was there first. Some nasty woman with tye dye(all the same uniform) said YOU CAN TAKE A SEAT AND WAIT OR LEAVE AND YOU CAN STOP YELLING AT ME. What a terrible thing to say for Tillamoon hospitality. I just asked why my name was erased and how longer for a table to be ready. Believe me, I'm 55 years old, if I was yelling....you'd know and I'd be making a scene. We finally get table 10 minutes later. Ordered...then another 30 minutes for subpar food. I didn't post any photos since I forgot with calming my kids and family since.they were so hungry. The host and nasty woman should be counseled and disciplined, not terminated since I'm sure she's not fit for any other small town jobs. We're on our way to Rockaway hoping for a better coast experience.

Get the VIP tour its worth it, hands down! You try some amazing flavors, they send you home with tons of goodies and the staff members were PHENOMINAL! Im looking at you Duncan and Emi!! Duncan and his assistant made the whole VIP aspect of the tour amazing! Duncan sang Happy Birthday to another member of the group but sang it in Hawaiian, his native tongue! It was just such a blast! When you go inside for the self guided cheese tour, they give lots of cheese samples!! So yummy! They also have a huge gift shop! It was so much fun to shop in. They also have LOTS of food options in the dining areas! This place was so much fun!

We had tried to contact the creamery multiple times before we had even arrived to Oregon , before going to the creamery as well as the day of with no responses back via phone or email. Incredibly frustrating. Once we arrived late the Customer service employee wanted us to join the tour late at which we would've missed all the taking and only caught the tail end of the experience. I had to argue to have it moved which shouldn't have even occurred it should have been proposed. There were no apologies or anything for not responding. The taste buds tour was definitely worth it and Sebastian and Emiliano did amazing. Emiliano also did a great job on the cheese tour itself. We really enjoyed learning about their process and tasting the ice cream. The gift shop is one of the best I've seen. We of course had to try all their food and the ice cream is not only delicious but serving generous portions. Overall if customer service answered the phone and would've better assisted our experience would've been 5 stars .

Really great tacos, really okay service…read more I stopped by after visiting the Tillamook factory and ordered a few tacos. They were street taco size, so not super filling. Flavor wise, they were so fresh and delicious. The salsas were all really great (shoutout out to the habanero salsa- SO good), but the service was just meh. Plenty of outdoor seating, which was appreciated.

Adabada was a step above the carne asada. Now the sides were not good. One single radish for 4 tacos, and my wife got 4 tacos with NO radish, I don't know why. Grilled onions were great and limes were juicy. Now here comes the service. So the service was abismal. I first ordered 5 tacos in line, no one behind me and one person in front of me. I ordered and the lady repeated it back to me and I said correct, so I get to the window and she pulls up saying "you had the ten tacos, correct?" And on the fly I just said yes because I didn't want to be cause a problem or have them throw them away but not happy I had to spend another 15 bucks. Also, I came the day before and tried to get tacos and the lady gave me a chicken quesadilla. So clearly the workers are not organized or care to make sure the customers order is right. So just go with caution that you might not get what you ordered, or just open your order before leaving like you do when you go to most fast food restaurants. I wanted to give this place a better score like a 4
