I decided to look it up so my girlfriend, her sister, and I can go and check it outwhen. Lord behold it's in Berkeley! Ok, not a big deal, but we all kept thinking that they should fix the location across social media videos. We get there and parking isn't easy to find. You have to park in or around the other warehouses in the area or a couple of blocks away. After we found parking we made our way over and oh it was a huge disappointment to behold. I think we only stayed for a few minutes before we called it a bust and a waste of time. Do not, I repeat, do not believe the videos that these social media influencers are feeding your algorithm. There was so much trash, broken products, and some of the furniture that could be salvaged had ridiculous price tags on them. Some sets were incomplete, coffee mugs were cracked, tools rusted, and when asked about certain electronics working conditions they either didn't know or refused to check. Needless to say we were unimpressed and never coming back.

He stopped the work he was doing and walked out in the rain to show me where their corner warehouse is. The guys at the corner warehouse were also friendly. They got my order cut to size and loaded it into my trunk. One of them helped me with a refund on items I didn't need. This is the best experience I've ever had at a hardware store. Even the warehouse employee who helped me select the wood was surprised by this. I asked for alternative recommendations, but the options were all too thin for a shower bench. The disconnect between what I was told on the phone and what I experienced in store was genuinely frustrating, and the drive across the bridge ended up being a huge waste of my time. MacBeath seems like a great resource if you have your own tools and equipment at home, but if you're a smaller customer who needs milling services, I'd call ahead and get very specific confirmation on exactly what they can and can't do before making the drive.

They were able to install the Neolith in one piece so the countertop extends from the sink and cabinet counter into the window floor without a step or seam which we wanted. I talked with them by phone and in person and they said they would try to give me a "dealer discount" (10%), a pitance considering the the extra work and materials needed to raise the narrower tiles to the other height. The store never got back to me, no compensation, no apology. I would not recommend them but, if you purchase, be extra aware for bait and switch.

You were clearly on your phone...not "unloading levels and measuring equipment." You were also blocking the driveway. My wife's request that you not block the driveway was reasonable. Your response to that request feels like an overreaction. Regardless, I agree that your company is clearly not the one I should work with. I'm sure other potential customers would feel the same. Your actions and words do not support your statement that you "treat every customer equally." I don't feel treated equally. I feel discriminated against.
