When I got there, the warehouse staff were friendly and helped me choose wood, but when I went to purchase and arrange the milling, I was told they don't mill exotic woods. Even the warehouse employee who helped me select the wood was surprised by this. I asked for alternative recommendations, but the options were all too thin for a shower bench. The disconnect between what I was told on the phone and what I experienced in store was genuinely frustrating, and the drive across the bridge ended up being a huge waste of my time. MacBeath seems like a great resource if you have your own tools and equipment at home, but if you're a smaller customer who needs milling services, I'd call ahead and get very specific confirmation on exactly what they can and can't do before making the drive.

He connected us with FM Distributing. They are truly masters in their measurements, fabrication and installation. We have a garden window that extends out beyond the kitchen sink. They were able to install the Neolith in one piece so the countertop extends from the sink and cabinet counter into the window floor without a step or seam which we wanted. All joints and edges are smooth and the backsplash patterns match up with the countertop patterns beautifully. We are so pleased with Adam and the team at FM.
