I had two people for a good part of the 5 hours and the owner of the company as well at the end. They were nice, professional full of great ideas, and not afraid to tackle the challenging task. They moved the outlet and vent, cut through tile without making a mess, installed the hood and chimney (including the crown at angle), retile, installed toe kicks that were not completed by the cabinet company and a counter top brace. Fifteen minutes later she called and said the owner said we needed to have the pool polished and they couldn't do that for 3 months and that would be too hot to drain the pool. Why I had to wait 2 and a half hours to find out they couldn't even service my pool was amazing. I had other questions, but Dawn couldn't answer them and eventually said have a nice day and hung up. If the owner makes someone wait 2 hours with no phone call then tells the receptionist to tell me they can't even service me, then I'd hate to see how bad the actual service is. 4/12/17-The owner called and was very nice. Not the owner that didn't make the two hour window, but at least I received a phone call from someone. He tried to offer discounts and help, but I don't review to get discounts or freebies. So I said thank you, but based on the none call I just wouldn't use your company. I moved my review to 3 stars for his effort and hope this was just a one time thing for the sake of his company.

Daniel called me back to inform me t hat he is sending a crew out shortly. The original crew called in sick. Shortly after the call the painter text me to tell me that he would be here about noon. Painter (Julian) showed up at about 12:30 and ask what we were doing. I was shocked.... I told him the entire house was to painted, walls ceilings, trim, doors, closets, etc. He ask me if I had the paint. My response was "are you kidding me! The amount of money that I am paying, I better not be supplying the paint." I had to give him the paint samples that I purchased for him to go order the paint. Keep in mind that I gave all this information to Jesse Chavez on 3/31/2021. Julian was leaving to going order paint and get supplies and I ask him why you would be back, he said he didn't know how long it would take to get the paint so he would be back tomorrow. When asked, Julian told me he would be here at 9AM tomorrow morning. My understanding from Jesse that the most time consuming part of painting is the prep so I am confused as to why they couldn't order the paint and come back to start prep. Jesse finally called my back about 5pm and I informed him of what happened. He agreed that this was not right and very unprofessional. Ask me to contact him in the morning if Julian did not show up by 9AM. Day 2: I got a text from Julian @7:49 that he is at the paint store and they are making the paint and would let me know when he was on his way. Made the call to Jesse and informed him that this is very unacceptable. Al he could do is agree with me. I ask him to explain how this happened and he had no answers. The only reason i have not pulled out from this job at this point is that everything in my house had been removed and if i started over again, it would mean us moving everything back in and out again in a few weeks when another painter could get to the job. Really wish I had done that now! I gave Jesse a not so nice piece of my mine. At this point I am extremely upset. Its after 10 and still no work being done. I told Jesse that if he could not give me an answer the all my questions to have the owner of the company call me to explain why this happened. Jesse told me he would have Daniel call and talk to he. Need less to say, Daniel has yet to call me. He is a man with no balls and very unprofessional. When Julian completed the job i ask him if Daniel or Jesse was to come out and inspect the work he said no that he was to collect the check for the balance owed. I informed his that he would not be taking the check with him. Julian did an ok job but I don't think the job was worth the money. They are not very consistent. They removed all the outlet and switch plates but left the blank plates and 3 of the 4 coax cable plates and painted over them. Also had a wooden coat hanger with hooks in the closet that they painted over. Found many areas that I will have to touch up and they left a very big mess in my front yard where they took the covering out and dropped paint from them. He also left a big mess where he cleaned the paint in the from yard in my rocks and many drops of paint in my entry way/porch. I simply would think twice before hiring this company to paint anything! I would rate them a no stars if it was an option. Extremely unprofessional!!!

However, we upgraded some items to address our tastes, and Daniel just adjusted all the costs. Daniel was excellent at communicating throughout the process. He addressed my abundant questions both before, during and after the project. His construction team did an awesome job taking care of the property and cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. In conversations with the team, they really appeared to not want to cut any corners and do the job right the first time. Prior to the end of the master bath project, I was pleased enough with the quality and fairness of the work, that I engaged Legacy Construction to do the 2nd bathroom and cabinets in our hallway as well starting in December 2024. Again, a full tear-out including converting a bathtub to a shower. Once again, the job was done as understood and met all my expectations. Additionally, they didn't properly support the subfloor, leading to significant unevenness and shifting over time. I had a bad feeling when the tile crew arrived--their workmanship was sloppy and unprofessional from the start. Because of these "cut corners," I am now forced to pay for a complete tear-out and redo of the entire bathroom to fix the structural and water damage.

After waiting 72 hours I'm able to write a review which will not come across as slamming this…read morecompany online. An acquaintance of ours recently had tile floors installed in their home over the summer. The pictures looked great and this company was recommended. We contacted the owner and set up or consultation for the plans we had for our home. We agreed and placed a deposit. It took one week, and our main floor and guest bath were all tiled. We were happy and excited to have the other parts of the house, bedrooms and master bath tiled. We saved our money and called for part two. The one item we added was tiling of our master bath- to include removal of the vanity and adding tile for a feature wall behind the vanity. We paid 50% in December and scheduled install for spring break in March. After verifying workers would show on Monday the week before, we moved all 4 bedrooms into the garage and began camping in the living room. Monday morning arrives and the workers do not show. They cancel for the day because they behind on another project. Day two goes great and we are excited at the progress. Day 3- the bathroom tile installer called in for the day. Day 4 all the floors are done and are being grouted. They dug holes in our brand new installed landscaping in our front yard. After addressing them to not so this, new plastic barriers and new landscaping that's less than a month old, they literally dug a second hole in our front yard breaking the plastic again. Day 4 also-The bathroom has very little progress.... Day 5- the installer comes with their child. We tell the owner we can not take anymore time off work and can not be there Monday to finish up as we can see it will not be finished. Day 6- kid is back on site working with installer cutting tile and installing fyi... we are communicating with owner that the full feature wall needs to be done- what we paid for- and the installer did not want to do. He felt the new vanity would cover it. IT DOES NOT MATTER!! if I want to change my design to two pedestal sinks the tile should be installed professionally and we PAID for it! But sadly, the worker left that day, saying he was done. Grouted over newly laid tile with no spacers and begrudgingly... and it looks horrible. We paid our contract but refused to have them back in our house. We hoped they would do the right thing... an unfinished, unprofessional job.... They did not, they actually blew our phones up to get the check cashed and verified at our bank the next day... We sent photos, we communicated, we weren't bad customers... we we're screwed over and exploited for not being "those" customers
