The moment we arrived at the airfield we were greeted by a salute from the pilot of the plane and escort from the parking lot to the hangar. Upon all paperwork being completed we were fitted and matched up with our flight instructors. Ian, Squealy, Nick, and Kai. Hella cool and laid back, yet extremely professional. You could tell that they are a very tight knit group. Very thorough explanation for what to expect during our flight time, and good vibes with other people awaiting flights. It was our last experience to top off our two week road trip exploring Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Wasatch National forest, Arches and Canyonlands before returning home. Had a fantastic time. At first they couldn't find our reservation in their system. Eventually they found it and we were good to go. The staff was really friendly and fun. They gave us a thorough briefing on safety and the equipment. We opted for the longer jump (13,000 feet). We also went with the photo and video package. The ascension in the plane was smooth, and the view was spectacular. Terrifying at first jumping out of plane, But once we we're clear of the plane I relaxed. The freefall and landing were one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Remember those dreams when you're flying and you feel free? Closest thing in reality I have ever experienced to that. .I would do it in again in a heartbeat! When I returned to Moab I will definitely go again. I had such a great time! The vibe was so cheerful and friendly while we checked in and got situated in our harnesses. They played great music, had snacks for sale, shirts and hats for sale, free water and comfy seating. My jump guide (aka the nice dude I was strapped to) made me feel comfortable and at ease. Such a cool place. Casual atmosphere with a cool earthy vibe. Instructors make you feel real comfortable prior to jump. My first time, did a tandem with Kyle at 14,000 feet. Crazy high. I jumped with 2 others, shout out to Garrett and Mandi. Instructors very professional and safety was a priority. Camera guy came in for a close up and instructor called him off due to altitude. I saw that later watching the video. Made me think wow , Kyle was totally aware of all that was happening and my safety came first. From the moment my party and I were welcomed to the hangar to the moment we departed, we were treated as if we were family by the entire team! For my birthday weekend, I decided to take myself on a trip to Moab, and face my life long fear of heights. What better way than to jump from an airplane at 13,500 feet?! This company was AWESOME. From the moment I called to schedule, they took me under their wing (no pun intended...well, maybe XD). Everyone was professional, energetic, and honest about what the experience would be like. They answered every question as though they hadn't already had to answer it a thousand times that day. Matt was my jump instructor, and was incredible. He made it fun and exciting, and I felt confident and comfortable for the entire jump. That free fall is INTENSE! It's a remarkable adrenaline rush! Redfoot was an amazing videographer. I highly recommend buying the photo and video package. The pilot, Adam, I think, was awesome, as well as Keith, the company owner, who made it a point to talk to each jumper personally. Such a great first skydiving experience! You can't beat the location and it was incredible to see it from the air. Sensei Aleks was a great jumper & was funny and professional. It was a little windy but we were completely fine! The whole process takes a while, so I wish we would've booked earlier in the morning so we could've had more time in the parks in the afternoon. Was at this place yesterday and witnessed a customer get crashed into the ground by the trainer due to malfunction error. I have never seen anything like it and somehow the gentleman got up. Man was definitely very injured and I hope it is nothing too severe. Trainers at this place don't seem too qualified and given the waivers I signed and the reaction of the business it seems that this happens regularly Thankfully I had already jumped before witnessing this. An epic adventure with great guides, personable service, well trained and educated staff- we had a minor snafu where we got lost in the shuffle and didn't get put on the board for our turn and the staff went out of their way to make up for the glitch and get us back on track.
