Not sure how I never reviewed! Went in April, part of an extended weekend trip to include Base Jumping, Rope Swing, and hiking. First, their computers went down when we were first there, and they handled it like a pro. You sign waivers, show id, pick out a cup, pick out a helmet, watch a video. Large group of us- always made sure we knew what was happening next, slowed down enough to enjoy the views (and take pics), watch the skilled locals navigate some areas, but also keeping it exciting on our own adventure. You first drive in a line to the course (Hells Revenge- and get some history), complete a practice course, then drive into the real deal. Wasn't sure what to expect, this is something you should not miss. Super fun, and a great use of trip time. And the views...spectacular. Great service, great experience, lots of laughs. read more

He allowed the group to have enough space between vehicles to not have eat dust the whole way. Dusty is very knowledgeable about the area and shared many of his experiences. The tour with Roni was hands-down the highlight of our stay in Moab. She is such a fun, caring, and knowledgeable guide that you honestly have no choice but to have a fantastic time! Update: 8/1/25 We are so happy that Moab Touring Company (MTC) responded to our review-- We fully expected their response to be unapologetic and callous: as to seeing their other responses from other customers of less than 5 stars. As we mentioned, we were following the directions from the MTC 8-minute safety video provided and from the prompt Jess gave us. On the road, we tried to stay as close as possible (one ATV length between each vehicle). Going through cross traffic, stoplights, and intersections, we all were cautions of traffic. There were gaps at points driving through town. Trying to keep up and getting acclimated to the ATV driving. Also as mentioned- When Jess called out to the group over the walkie talkies, no one knew who she was specifically calling out to. Nor was there any corrective information given as to what she was seeing anyone do from, we presume, her rearview mirrors. When we got to the park entrance and Jess pulled us all over to publicly scold us for something that we didn't even know we were doing, is clearly the epitome of how customers are treated not only with Jess, but how MTC management reacts to online reviews. A message to Jess- Instead of lashing out to customers who were legitimately trying to do the right thing, teach them what you want them to do. Explain what you saw from your rearview mirror and take corrective actions. This is called a "teachable moment." You're lucky enough to do what you do as a career. We are all learning. We rented three self-drive vehicles for six people and three of us rode with the guide, Lisa. She was incredibly thorough in describing what she expected of the vehicle drivers that were following her lead. She also described specifically what we were going to do, i.e. go through a simpler (Ha) orientation route first to get acclimated and smooth out the anxieties before tackling the tougher route. She was a seasoned instructor and new how to ease people's concerns. She coached us through each new challenge and commended us when we did well. Then we hit the devil's revenge. Where to start? Parking was a little tricky to find but that may be because I'm a dummy. Checking in and getting ready was simple enough. We got a nice run down of what was expected of us and how to operate our UTVs. Our guide was Lisa and honestly there's just so much good I could say about Lisa that I don't even know where to start. She was confident, resourceful, super friendly, on the ball and ready to go. You really couldn't ask for a better guide. She inspired confidence, and didn't overload us with coaching/chatter. She cared about safety but not to the point of totally killing the mood. Straightforward, responsible and super personable. If you get Lisa as your guide you're really in for a great time. Also give Lisa a raise. Give Lisa two raises. Oh also, tip enthusiastically. These folks work hard! read more

Wow! Just wow! We rented an OHV Polaris Razor from Moab Tour company and had absolutely the best time ever until we tipped it on its side. We will always remember this trip because of the accident and because of the quality of trails. I was terrified that we would never see the deposit again. These guys are great. People in the office really nice and know what they're doing. My brother and I went when it was a bit rainy so we got a private tour - two guides, John Fate and Will in a buggy in front of us, and my brother and I taking turns driving a buggy following. We were so glad we decided to do a tour instead of just renting the buggy. There's no way we would have known the buggy could do what it could if we weren't following them. I mean it felt like we were going straight up and straight down sometimes. Anyway highly recommended, it was so much fun. Super great time on the UTV! Having many options in Moab for a ride, we stopped by here without any research. We signed up for the sunset 2.5 hour ride and had one of the most amazing times I have ever had in my life. If you are thinking about going, just go.
