We've hosted birthday parties, attended birthday parties, and just popped in for a few hours at this Sky Zone. We've never had any issues and my kids have left each visit having had a great time. Highlights here include a climbing wall, a zip line, a ninja course, basketball court, dodge ball area, dunking space, and a foam pit. And, of course, lots and lots of trampolines. Birthday parties include jumping time, pizza and a party room with a host. Everything was super easy, from booking to checking in to hosting, and streamlined. The kids who attended left excited and tired from their experience. There always seems to be ample employees working to cover the amount of kids present. They are helpful when it comes to answering questions and/or enforcing rules. Anyways, love this place, great spot for kids to spend a few hours and get energy out especially when it is too hot (or too cold) outside. read more

We went there today and there was a monitor named Alvin and he was awesome. I had an overall really fun time. I highly recommend this place.

I've decided to give it a five star because my kid loves Sky Zone, but I'm disgusted by the fact that I've watched for years how the Sky Zone in Columbia MD went from fun, safe and kids friendly to now having armed security guards with everything that prompted it which forced me come to Sky Zone Timonium. My kid and I thought we could come to Sky Zone in Timonium MD for safety, we realized they had a live DJ which was nice, but dude was playing the most provocative trap/hip-hop songs nonstop ranging from: she make it clap by soldier boy and nasty by bandit gang marco and etc. granted he played the clean version of those songs but the songs made many parents uncomfortable including me. When consulted the manager on duty she said Sky Zone is now considered a place for everyone of every age group, and they play TikTok influenced music. I'll be traveling to a different county in the future to ensure my kid gets the appropriate experience. My fear is they'll do to Sky Zone in Columbia and Timonium what they did to the one in Pulaski Hwy. smh I'll just stay out the way - Thank you! read more

Never again ! We went for a glow birthday party and we're told by security at the door that our kids wouldn't be able to jump because tickets were sold out . WRONG. It took 30 minutes and 8 employees who were all teenagers to check us in and I only had 1 child an almost 2 year old with me . There were kids fighting , being trampled , no adults running the place and over all chaos . Had a horrible experience at the Timonium location last night. While checking in at the waiver station, my phone was stolen off the counter by a child. The kid was probably 13 and had a huge backpack with him. I knew he did it, confronted him, he denied it. He was there with no parent so I wasn't going to deal with him directly but he made the mistake of telling his friends and I made sure they heard the police were being called as the phone could be tracked. While I worked with the employees, who were very helpful and offered to pull the camera footage, the same kid brings my phone over saying he found it in the foam pit. I never even got past the waiver station to check my kid in so I again knew he was lying. The very kind worker came back and said the cameras aren't on which was very disappointing to hear. I explained the kid returned my phone but feel there absolutely should be cameras on at all times in this type environment. It was chaotic, no lights on since it was glow night, too many kids dropped off and it smelled like pot. I was not letting my kid jump after all this and I honestly will never go back. We've come periodically since they opened and have always had a good experience. We love that they have changed it up! The warrior course is pretty cool and the joust is fun to watch even when not involved. The staff has a good handle on all the chaos and the separation for different ages is reassuring when bringing younger kids. It's often loud and crowded but still a good time. If you haven't been in a while come see the new stuff. We picked up a deal for season passes and it's a great way to get the kids out of the house. read more

The party we were promised and paid for was far from what the written description or the verbal conversation offered. The party host assigned to our party did not tell our group what we were supposed to do. We were standing in the party check-in area and he told the kids to put their jump socks on and meet at the staircase to hear the safety rules (never happened). The kids change into their glow shirts and socks and they leave to go jump. As the adults are left standing there not knowing where the "party room" is located. When I asked about our reserved room the host said "oh? I didn't know you haven't been shown your room yet" He takes us to a room ( pictures attached) the room was used as a storage room! We are well into an hour of our jump time party and still no drinks...when we paid for unlimited pitchers of 3 types of drink!!! We were told the pizza would show up around 9pm....When I ask to talk to a manager another associate said she could help me.... only offered me 30.00 off the $500.00 the party cost. She simply handed me a business card for the district manager and walked away. You will see in the pictures I post the difference in our so called party room and the other party rooms. UNACCEPTABLE! Love this place! We visit semi annually and today was another fantastic customer service experience by Kemuna (front staff) and Jordan (assistant manager). They are always busy as expected w a trampoline park but the staff is always youthful, professional & bursting w great personalities. The facility is the perfect size to accommodate any party as well as those waiting to jump and those actually jumping. I love how although it's a trampoline park they have many themes from basketball, dodge ball, pitfall, mommy and me to glow night. Pizza night, etc. The concept of this place is right on time for what today's youth... & adults enjoy!! read more

This review is solely for their Toddler Time on Sunday mornings. They open up the majority of the place an hour or so before it opens to the public for little ones 4 and under. This is the perfect opportunity to let your babies enjoy themselves without the heart-attack inducing, stressful scenario of them getting trampled by big kids during open jump time. They play Disney music, the staff is very nice, and it's sure to result in nice long naps not long after you wrap up. The cost is $10 per child (an additional $3 per kid if you need to buy the socks) and parents get a complimentary pass to "jump" with them. So maybe 9am on a weekend is early, but let's be honest, you're already up if you have toddlers. So maybe as an adult you can't fully take advantage of all the areas, but you can still jump your heart out with your giggling babies. Overall, this is a great kid-friendly activity. read more

This is a really nice trampoline park. I am only reviewing the little leapers program. My older son is almost two and had a fun time. It was his first time here so he was a little apprehensive at first then became excited on he got the idea of things. It was affordable and it was a nice place to take a toddler. The only thing I would change is the volume of the music during little leapers. It was definitely a little loud for little kids. The only other thing that could be improved is that I saw a few parents with children probably less than one who let their kids crawl around without the skyzone socks and the parents chasing behind them without the skyzone socks. That should probably be enforced a little better to avoid serious injuries for those people and the people flowing the files. read more

My son and his best friend were attacked by a group of 4 children btwn the age of 7-14. It was my sons 10th birthday!!!! These children were cussing at them because my son's best friend was jumping and landed in the same square as another child. This child was the oldest of the group of children. He punched my son, knocking him down on his face, and  him and all his friends continued to punch him on his back. When his friend tried to stop it, they pushed him down. The wirker did nothing to break it up or stop my son from getting  hurt. My son is trained  in Krav Maga  and could have hurt these children, but he has discipline.  Lucky for those kids Sadly, my son doesnt understand why any children would hurt or act that way. I was in the bathroom and when I returned my son was crying (he never cries). This broke my heart. The manager watched the video and saw it all,, she told me the same thing the boys told me grappled, minus the cussing  as she couldn't hear. And, the worse part of this establishment was the manager did not make the kids, group, and mother who tried to run her mouth to me, like I was in the wrong leave the place. The whole time I was standing with the manager the youngest child kept walking up to me saying "white b*%@#" and running off. None of the above should have been allowed. Since I have a toddler I usually go later in the afternoon/evenings to avoid the crowds. We walked in at 7 and bought the last ticket of the day before Glo knowing that my son and I would have 60 minutes to jump instead of 90 which was fine. However, they cleared all of the people out at 7:50 for the Glo people to come in even though our ticket ended at 8. Also, having been to other locations, there is no dedicated toddler zone at this location or if there was one they were allowing big kids to jump in with the toddlers. Otherwise, the place is fairly clean, the lockers are broken and the snack bar is a disaster. They were out of regular Icee cups so I had to pay $8 for a souvenir cup. I do recommend buying your own jump pass instead of watching from the side if you have a little one as it is much easier to keep an eye on them and in general the bigger kids will stay away. read more

Sky zone is always fun. This location was like a well oiled machine. We arrived for a birthday party, registered and at 3:30 sharp everyone was ready to jump. The employees kept things inline and by 4:30 sharp we were moving on to the party room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It can get a little crazy with the amount of people so if that's not your thing I would recommend going at an off peak time. Finally, the pizza they provide for the party was soooo good. Bomb dot com to be exact. It's from Dominick's Pizza :-) All in all great spot for a birthday party or just some family fun. Be prepared to drop some coins though either way. read more

Went to SkyZone with my daughter to celebrate a friend's birthday. I have been to the Columbia location but the Timonium location is more convenient. We choose the 60 minute block and that was plenty of time, trust me! It was fun and boy oh boy a great work out! Kids of all ages were bouncing. My 4 year old daughter really enjoyed herself especially at the basketball bounce area. However I was exhausted after jumping! Parents can easily monitor their children without having to participate. Didn't buy any food/drinks because I spent enough on the admission ($15 in addition to $2 for the socks per person). SkyZone is a guaranteed way to tire out the kids and get them ready for nap!!!! I would come again. FYI The parking lot does not have the greatest layout and is borderline dangerous. They offer a free valet so you may want to use this service rather than navigate the narrow area. read more

Went here on a Sunday morning for "Toddler Time" with two friends and their two-and-a-half year-old son. Their policy is that only one person can jump on each trampoline square at a time, in the interest of safety. However, they also enforce this policy during "Toddler Time," which means that parents buy tickets expecting to jump with their kids, only to be told that they aren't allowed to do so (but not until after they've paid, of course). So, my friends bought tickets and started to jump with their son -- bouncing but not leaving the ground, just to show him how to jump on a trampoline (which he had never done before). An employee came over and told them they had to either bounce on a different square (separated from their son) or not jump at all (which they had already paid to do). Obviously, neither of these is a good solution. The whole point of coming to "Toddler Time" was for them to share this experience with their toddler, and they were justifiably upset for being told that they couldn't. The teenage employees who were supervising "Toddler Time" were clearly in over their heads, and I could see parents being resentful of teenagers telling them how to behave with their own kids. If this policy is going to continue, it needs to be clearly explained upfront (i.e., before parents buy tickets). read more

Not happy with today's visit. My saving grace in this place is the "Comfort Zone." This is a room that I was told was for adults to escape the craziness of the trampoline park. This location offers a Friday night glow session for two hours of trampoline fun. There are two glow sessions; 7-9 and 9-11. We arrived around 8:50 and I assumed all the kids I saw running around were there for the 9 0'clock session, however, as soon as the clock struck 9PM the lights came up and all the small kids I saw were preparing to leave. I say this to say, if you want to bring your young child to a glow session, opt for the 7-9 session. The later session had a slightly more mature crowd (late teen/young adult). My overall impression was the glow session is definitely for a younger audience. The floor employees who worked the evening I was there bark safety orders, "don't do this.." "don't do that" etc. I'm certain it's for the greater good of all involved, but imo not the way to communicate to adults. I counted roughly eight areas to bounce/jump and test your agility. They alternate opening/closing the age restricted dodge ball areas. I not sure if this is routine or was done because they were short on staff. The glow session offered a DJ, which added to the overall high energy experience. If you are considering some active fun I would highly recommend trying Sky Zone. They have multiple party rooms for bday parties and other kid themed events. There is a quiet zone, additional seating and massage chairs in the back for adults who are not actively jumping with their child. I am interested in learning more about the adult themed work out sessions they offer, however, I doubt I would return to a glow session. read more

There are only three sections for a kid under 5 to play in and they have one of them closed off due to a party. No discount for that. Also how do they not have lower prices for younger kids? Or even kids? Every one pays the same 17 for 1 hour 19 for 90 min and 23 for 2 hours They do have a toddler time. At 10 am Thursday Friday and Sunday which they fail to advertise. Hmmmm. Where to start. Attended my nephews birthday party. This past weekend. First.. the parking situation is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS especially if you are here during any of the prime times which seems to Friday evening - Sunday. The parking lot is not set up for as many people that the building holds. Then you end up parking across the street or at the parking lot next door or on the street. The problem is some many cars, so many kids and people in very close quarters especially in the dark just doesn't mix. Not great lighting I saw many people darting across the street with their kids trying to get back to their car. You come out either door and you a basically in the stream of moving cars. Not a lot of space to kind of get your self together especially with sooooo many in and out of this place. You come out and turn around there are like 10 more ppl behind you with 10 coming in. Since this was my nephews party I didn't really have a hand in the planning or dealing with the "event coordinator" but from my perspective it seems like utter chaos. After we waited about 30 minutes ( the party was scheduled 5:30-7:15 and they say arrive 30 minutes early for checkin and and signing of the waiver which took all of 8 minutes) Came gave the jump socks.. gave us 2.3 seconds to get the kids coats, shoes and sock off. Trying to rush us off to give us a tour.. he was shouting and pointing out things. but there were so many other people there waiting to start there jump time or parties it was pointless. We get to the trampolines and he says ok you guys are going to jump over there, vaguely pointing at various sections. We were confused for about 30 seconds . Over there.. or over there... orrr over there, or does it matter?? He says over there again. We all stared at each other and just picked a place. He said that he would be back. Never saw him again until the very end when were in the room. Now as an adult i probably have a unique perspective on this part. I did enjoy the jumping. I didn't really veer of to much from trampoline area. Just kinda hanging out in the corner observing and jumping ... this is obviously a place where kids of ALLLL ages are running rampant. I saw some many young 5 and under just running through while folks are jumping. I had a tiny one out of know where come jumping on my trampoline. I literally almost fell on him. The 5 and unders are supposed to stay one on side of the place. There are skyzone employees there to regulates this but they are kids them selves ... teenagers. If you are going and taking little ones under they age make sure you are back there to regulate your own kids. I know they have a foam pit but the line was continuously long but 10 y.o. did say it moves pretty quickly. They also have a basketball area, try to make a shot while jumping on the trampoline. The food part was rushed... the party before ran over. So we were rushed. Not extremely fair right. Pizza.. drinks for kids with out lids ( kids that have been jumping around for an hour) = a freeking mess. really. Skyzone. no lids. eat cake annnnnnddddd get out. 3 stars because its almost expected when you have a bday on the weekend at a place like that. ...Chucky Cheese, any of the bounce houses, where ever you know its going to be mass chaos. But also 3 stars because you hope for better. You hope for the teenagery staff to actually regulate the little kids, you hope that the parking wont be such a cluster eff, you hope the place will have lids for the cups. I've been here quite a few times with my niece. She refers to it as, "The Bouncy Place." Every time she spends the night with me, she asks about if we can go here. The staff I've encountered have all been friendly and helpful, and attempt to address any issues with other jumpers immediately. As a suggestion, keep the socks that you must purchase in order to jump, in your trunk. That way, you'll never have to try and hunt them down. read more

I recently visited another local sky zone location after being a regular in Timonium with my step daughter and was highly disappointed by the low quality. We held my son's 6th birthday party here. Kelly our party coordinator was GREAT. Very positive and helpful, and he ensured that our group got time on the dodge ball courts which the kids really wanted. He was very attentive to our group's needs, and after jumping, he cut the cake, filled drinks, and helped serve the guests in the party room. The kids had a great time! One small complaint: the cups, napkins and paper goods Skyzone provides aren't the best quality and there weren't enough to go around, so you may want to bring your own. Also, definitely make use of the valet parking. It made unloading and loading the cake, presents, etc super easy. read more

Don't bother visiting if you're looking for family fun! I took my two kiddos today - they are 4 and 7, and I understood going in that their age difference would place them in different jump zones. They both really wanted me to jump with them - I paid for a ticket and asked the cashier if I would be allowed to jump in the aisle between them so we could all be together. I specifically mentioned that I wanted to jump with my kids. She said that would be fine, so we moved forward. Five minutes into our jump time, I was told that my presence in the aisle was not acceptable and asked to move to the other side of the room. Fine if that's their policy, but I directly asked and was given inaccurate information - which ended up really disappointing my kiddos.
