I only brought cupcakes and party favors and everything else was taken care of. They provided pizza, decorations, juice/water, and all the plates and eating-ware. I also didn't have to lift a finger when serving kids. The party host just took care of everything! No clean up, no fussing over pizza delivery, no nothing. Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. All the parents just got to keep a distant eye and relax. Even if you're not going for a birthday, this indoor playground is an absolute blast for the kids. It can get crowded when the weather isn't nice as it is cheaper indoor fun for hours. Always worth the trip and always a good time.

They have little "cubbies" to place your shoes in, you must wear socks while being inside the facility. They have restrooms and changing tables for little ones. They also have training potties for those that are potty training. There is an area that they do birthday parties and I've read about the different events they do as well. Such a fun indoor playground with so many "hands on" things for kids to do!!! It's so nice to see that this area, Hanover, has a facility like this!!!! You can bring your own items for snacking/drinking, but they also sell items there and even have a coffee bar for adults. There is plenty of parking! He is learning how to play well with others and follow multi-step directions. I highly recommend the classes. My 21 month old son absolutely loves The Playroom! So much so that he tries to go in without paying. (Facepalm) They offer birthday parties and a variety of classes for littles! The staff is so friendly! The Playroom is definitely one of our favorite ways to burn off all that toddler energy!

Booking was easy and came with 2 pizza's and 10 capri sun's or water for up to 10 children. We added on 3 additional pizza's, chicken tenders, honey BBQ wings, which were more like boneless nuggets that were flat but delicious, and 4 four liter sodas. The food was really good. I'm not sure exactly where it came from as they told us they are contracted with multiple vendors but it was good. They charge $100 to bring in outside food so if you're in between and do the math, it's worth it to just purchase through them! My baby thoroughly enjoyed his party and the adults enjoyed as well! The bubbles in the middle of the floor were a major hit while playing the Gracie's Corner "Happy Birthday"! My only critique is that the light floor was broken, which my child loves. Huge bummer! We had a great time, though! I was very happy with everything! All we had to bring was our cake, candles, and a lighter. The facility took care of everything else.

There was a great balance of fine and gross motor skill toys, a trampoline, a zip line, tons of sensory swings, a calm room, things to climb on and exercise, pretend play (kitchen, vet), blocks, crafts, a calm room, blocks, a place to do duplos on a vertical base, and so much more.
