Too many kids places don't open until way too close to nap time. We got there at opening and had the place to ourselves for a while. My kids are 4 and 1 and they both had a blast. There was a great balance of fine and gross motor skill toys, a trampoline, a zip line, tons of sensory swings, a calm room, things to climb on and exercise, pretend play (kitchen, vet), blocks, crafts, a calm room, blocks, a place to do duplos on a vertical base, and so much more.

Hyper Kidz Baltimore, Owings Mills -- August 31, 2026…read more A very upsetting experience with a manager named Tiffany. Her child was taking toys from other children and fighting, and Tiffany then took a balloon from my four-year-old, causing her to cry hysterically. When I asked to see Tiffany's name tag so I could properly identify her, she hid it under her shirt and threatened to call the police. She then called the police, and we were asked to leave after already paying admission, with no refund provided. I have an audio recording of the interaction. Extremely unprofessional conduct from a manager and not the kind of treatment I would expect at a children's facility.

I only brought cupcakes and party favors and everything else was taken care of. They provided pizza, decorations, juice/water, and all the plates and eating-ware. I also didn't have to lift a finger when serving kids. The party host just took care of everything! No clean up, no fussing over pizza delivery, no nothing. Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. All the parents just got to keep a distant eye and relax. Even if you're not going for a birthday, this indoor playground is an absolute blast for the kids. It can get crowded when the weather isn't nice as it is cheaper indoor fun for hours. Always worth the trip and always a good time.

My daughter had so much fun with the employees and other kiddos! I opted to sit downstairs which is louder, but there is a quiet work/study space upstairs for additional cost. Before we left I also ordered food to go from Shorty's Deluxe. Childcare and food all in one Highly recommend Mulberry Lane for all the parents!

But Mulberry Lane is a notch above bc not only is it a play cafe but there is staff there to watch your lils while you get to go elsewhere within the building whether that's in the lil tables visibly nearby or in one of their neighboring and partnering restaurants. I'd toootally get my kids memberships if we lived nearby. Since we probably would only go weekends for an hour or two, I'm glad there are the options for one time pay or multi hour passes for future use. Since we weren't sure if we'd be back, we gave it a try for one hour. Prices may change but our first time was $18 per child per hour. This may seem high for only one hour, but my kids had fun and my hour without worrying about them or being interrupted was very productive so it was worth it. Staff are friendly. I only wished they had gluten free options for the kiddos to enjoy after their play. Guess we can bring our own next time! :)

I loved that there was a separate area for young kids. It was excellent for my 9 month old and it's labeled to be for kids in diapers. The big kids area was great too. I felt like I could support my toddler safely in it. There were multiple slides, carts to ride down a dolly slide, a soccer field, and all sorts of things. I didn't love the angle on the big pink slide. It seemed dangerous and I saw a young girl hurt herself on it. My son loved taking breaks in the black light space dance room. There are tables and picnic tables and the bathrooms were pretty clean. There were extra things you had to pay even more for like foosball, air hockey, claw machines, motorcycles to ride, and maybe other arcade games. It was $22 which I felt was a little pricey. I think the catch is that you can leave and come back, but I'm never going to spend my whole day at one of these places.
