Booking was easy and came with 2 pizza's and 10 capri sun's or water for up to 10 children. We added on 3 additional pizza's, chicken tenders, honey BBQ wings, which were more like boneless nuggets that were flat but delicious, and 4 four liter sodas. The food was really good. I'm not sure exactly where it came from as they told us they are contracted with multiple vendors but it was good. They charge $100 to bring in outside food so if you're in between and do the math, it's worth it to just purchase through them! My baby thoroughly enjoyed his party and the adults enjoyed as well! The bubbles in the middle of the floor were a major hit while playing the Gracie's Corner "Happy Birthday"! My only critique is that the light floor was broken, which my child loves. Huge bummer! We had a great time, though! I was very happy with everything! All we had to bring was our cake, candles, and a lighter. The facility took care of everything else.

However, our daughter was not tall enough to do the ropes course (kids have to be at least 52 inches tall), so that was a bummer. Their website doesn't clearly note that so if you book tickets purely for the ropes course like we did, be warned. Despite the ropes course hiccup, we had a blast. There are lots of trampolines for jumping, basketball, dodgeball, and more. There's a ninja course, a parkour course, rock climbing, and other equipment. There are lockers for rent or free cubby holes for shoes. Hand sanitizer stations are throughout and a "Parents Zone" on the upper floor. There's a small store with snacks and a strategically placed ice cream freezer at the end of the Ninja course. The parking lot outside if large and free.

I only brought cupcakes and party favors and everything else was taken care of. They provided pizza, decorations, juice/water, and all the plates and eating-ware. I also didn't have to lift a finger when serving kids. The party host just took care of everything! No clean up, no fussing over pizza delivery, no nothing. Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. All the parents just got to keep a distant eye and relax. Even if you're not going for a birthday, this indoor playground is an absolute blast for the kids.
