I was with a small group of mates and had a bomb time playing doggeball with one of your employees his name was like Alex or Alice either way i hate all your employees that were working that day and all my mates agree only reason I'm giving this a 5 star is because of that asain kid. We were at this location during toddler time. I paid for me and daughter tickets. We were on the trampolines to jump together, we were told it's against policy. We then went to foam pits, again were told can be in the pit together. They won't allow you to be in the same jumping pad but have to be separate ones Why do parents pay their fares when there's such strict rules. What's next from skyzone? Talk about not worth the money. A party of 15 kids with a reserved dodgeball area with 1 person watching them and no one tending to refreshments. And by refreshments I mean a canister of something with dirty cups all around it. Had to ask someone to find clean cups. We ordered 4 pizzas (at $15/ea) at 12pm, it's now 1:49pm and they just got here. We had to distract the kids with presents to keep them away from the cake. So the cake. They spelled my Nephew's name wrong AND left out a giant sharp knife next to it, unattended. They've offered to refund the cake, but they should be offering a lot more. I will NEVER be back. Trashy looking place with employees who can't tell right from left and look fresh out of high school. Both of my kids came home sick sniffling. They lost my kids jackets and shoes because they were put on the wrong cart and we had to interrupt someone else's birthday party to get them. Bathrooms were disgusting and out of toilet paper in every stall. Vending machines were out of half the product. Spoons at the food place were set out in a bin with crumbs in the bottom of the bin. This place is beyond GROSS! You walk in and are immediately hit was the smell of FEET and sweat. I came here to help my friend keep an eye on her 3 year old son while he jumped. We jumped along with him and while it was fun......the rules are beyond Nazi Germany. The entire time I was hassled. No sitting on the "resting"place No cell phones, No standing, No being near your kid, No helping your kid, no, no, no, no!!!!! Thats all I heard. Paid for two hours but stayed probably about 25 minutes. I understand I went on a Saturday and obviously that is prime time and Rules are needed in order to avoid chaos....BUT give the parents a break dammit we want to take photos of our kids, we want to help the little ones, we are OLD we need to sit for a minute on the side. The line for other activities was really long though. The kids had fun jumping all around. The staff did a good job of keeping little kids separate from bigger kids. I went with my 2 kids and wasn't informed of any rules but I'm not the reckless type either. I joined my kids and at the time the place was pretty empty with maybe 3 kids jumping. I was no where near the other kids but wanted to be near my kids. I was told to move away from the kids and I couldn't jump in the same area like I was a child. I'm a 30 year old man and didn't appreciate a 14 year old kid constantly talking to me like a child. I just decided not to jump any more and basically gave them my money. 10 minutes in and an urban camp comes in with about 30 kids and 10 adults. They were jumping anywhere and everywhere all over each other and nothing was said. Kids semi enjoyed it but I rather take them to a bounce u or something similar to that. read more

I went to Sky Zone in Moorestown on Sunday, 07/01/18 with my husband and 2 young children for toddler time. The place was clean and the facilities appeared fine. My complaint is about the staff. I hurt my knee while jumping on a trampoline. I find out later that I had torn my ACL, so not a minor injury. I literally could not walk. I had to scoot across the trampoline floor and then could not move. My husband basically had to carry me to the car. The entire process took over 30 minutes. During this, NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER ASKED IF I WAS OK OR NEEDED HELP. I had signed a thousand waivers, so this is not a liability issue. This is a human decency issue. Finally, as I am waiting outside for my husband to pull the car up and I am leaning on the door handle for support, one of the employees swings open the door I am leaning on to ask if they can get me some ice. I told them to go away. I don't blame this place for my getting hurt. Not at all. But I do have an issue with how they reacted towards it. read more

My kids have a blast when the come here this location is extremely busy so if your going to just jump it's great but if your going for the other stuff like Dodge ball or rock climbing you'd spend alot of your time waiting in line so a hr probly won't be worth it. The staff does a solid job keeping the lines moving for the other stuff like the slam dunk and the jump into the foam pit ! Every time we come they never have dodgeball open absolutely ridiculous for the money you pay to come here everything should be open. They said there is not enough kids here by my count I just counted 45 kids. Hmmmm seems like it's just lazy to me or they just want your Money! -10/10 would not do again. This place is okay for younger kids but as and older person there no room to jump. I was told several times that I could only jump in one section which was FULL! When I asked the employees why this was their response was "I can't help, ask the front desk." The workers in the front of the complex were very nice compared to ALL the floor workers. I was planning on jumping for an hour but ended up only jumping for about thirty five minutes due to having to wait for a trampoline and arguing with the staff. Fun time and exercise is an understatement I felt like I was going to die in the first three minutes! They separate kids and adults (probably so you don't squish one). You can buy timed intervals and if you haven't jumped before, don't over extend yourself champ-stick with 30 minutes . This review is for adults going to sky zone on their own, and... This place really isn't for adults. The staff swore there were plenty of adults, but that was not the case. In fact as I was leaving a guy said to me "Have fun Mom?" I said I'm not a mom. "Aunt? Friend? You mean you just came with your adult brother?!" Overall, the place is very clean and has lots of helpful staff. The general trampolines were very fun and there was lots of space with no waits. The other activities though had waits and way too many rules. (ie: the foam pit was great but you had to wait in line, jump one at a time, and wait for each person to get out before the next can go. I get it, safety, but not fun.) Forty-five minutes was a perfect amount of time. I'd come back with a bigger group for a party, etc... and make sure to go during the week. And if I lived closer I'm sure the fitness classes would be really fun. read more

I really like this location (clean, friendly staff, open, + lots of attraction options); it's great for an indoor kid activity. However the lack of rules for adults jumping near kids is awful. Kids like to run and jump, adults that want to do their acro tricks on the public trampoline in my opinion shouldn't - but since I don't run the place I'd suggest having a rule to keep adults doing tricks in corners/on parameters. My son was jumping yesterday, miss-stepped on a gentleman's trampoline square and got thrown by and adult trying to "get big air" - which this guy did not apologize at all (if I ever find this man again he will get yelled at again). It's ridiculous my 4 year old got bounced off because of an adult trying to show off and referees not paying attention. I as a parent I was screaming and running over as fast as possible, however with the lack of rules - this will just happen again. Sky Zone - Please put some more strict rules in place for adult jumpers to continue to have this be a fun place to go to. read more

Went here as a spur of the moment type of thing w my bf. It was so fun! There's a foam pit thing, dodgeball, basketball courts and a bunch of trampolines. You can purchase an hour or 30 minutes. We did 30 minutes because the hour didn't seem like a smart thing to do, and good thing we did because we were sweaty and my legs were sore lol. Had a birthday party today for my little brother at SkyZone. Well organized in the sense that they had a bin for shoes, jackets, gifts, etc. Our party host was very good with the kids and went above and beyond. I liked that the party itself had our own court to jump on. I just didn't like how they just let the kids switch from our own court, to the foam pit, and the basketball nets. They could basically just freely roam and go back and fourth. I feel like maybe there should be someone with them at all times or set aside time for everyone to go as a group to each event. (This could also be because I am a nervous Nelly) I also think that once they go to the party room there should be two party hosts just for the fact that the kids got their pizza and had to wait for drinks. Before they got their drinks they were already done with their pizza and wanted another slice and still no drinks. Same with cake she served the cake and she didn't give out the forks, it would be a bit easier if two people were in the party room. Other then that the party host was awesome and very accommodating. For example, my one niece has a food allergy and couldn't eat the pizza at SkyZone so we made our own. She made sure her pizza was warmed up and she got the right dessert. I would certainly be taking my brother, nieces, and nephew back!!! read more

Just recently took my boys for their second visit in the past month. One and a half hours of fun and exercise! My boys are 5 and 9 and they really love going to Sky Zone. They separate the jumpers by age so they don't have adults or older teens jumping with little kids. It's a good system and seems to keep accidents to a minimum. There are several different activities from "free" jumping, to Basketball, to Dodge Ball and a big foam pit. All areas are covered in trampolines. You can jump for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. I recommend that you and your family give it a try. BTW, the smell is only slight and you only really notice it when you first get there. Bounce on folks! read more

I've been here twice. Both times were for kids parties and I will say that the kids do have a blast! They are EXHAUSTED when they get home so, thank you for that. I do have a small knock on the place but, it could be that I was there for two kid parties and both on weekends so take it with a grain of salt. The place is huge and their were kids everywhere! it is very loud in there. If you want good quiet place to workout or have fun on a date night don't go on a weekend. I've gone for the open jump time and the skyrobics classes and I love this place! You get such a great workout just jumping around. The classes kick your butt and are still fun. You feel like a kid again when you're jumping around on trampolines. It's great! The staff are nice and helpful and the trainers are great. Going back tomorrow! read more

Highly recommend for a kids birthday party! We just had our son's 4th Bday here and not only did I not have to lift a finger (they literally handled everything) but the kids had the BEST time. Nice clean trampoline park. But beware the rules. A law degree would be helpful to sign the waiver. And the staff/concentration camp guards hover over you citing you for each ridiculous infraction. Parents can't jump with kids. No running, no laying down, don't take your camera out, big kids can't play dodge ball with little kids, gotta buy special socks, rides suddenly close down, the list goes on. Only three stars for me because of my disappointment at sky fit class today!! I work all the time so squeezing in a good work out is important to me. I try to make it to class at least twice a week. I fell in love with the low impact awesome workout routine. They usually mix up the work out with yoga, obstacles, pilates, it's usually a nonstop heart racing awesome workout with about three to four water breaks, I really enjoy getting all that in one hour! Today was a new instructor "manager" worst class I ever went to in my life! What a waste of my time! She was a nice girl but seemed like teaching the class was a hard workout for her. She wanted to take breaks every five min. At one point the instructor called for a water break no one got up, A first timer in the class came up to me on a "water break" to ask me if there's always this many breaks!!!! There wasn't an organized routine set for us. There was no energy We literally sat waited for her to read off her paper what we were going to do next! It was so annoying! People in the class were trying to keep moving on there own while the instructor was figuring out the next step. I quit the class when she decided to play dodge ball!! Are you serious! She said it was for fun! I told her I'm not there for fun I'm there to work out! She rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders ! I left on that note!! Such a disappointment! You really should make people aware when they sign in there's a beginner instructor on. I maybe would have been more patient if I new I was getting half a workout going into it. If this was the first time I went there I would never go back! I really want to love it there. I love the workout and the super young staff are very nice. Please Please get it together!!! read more
