My son is now in the Ninja class and loves it so much. He is a little anxious about trying new things, and Fernando has always been extremely patient with him and encouraging. My son's confidence has blossomed since we started coming here. We have also had a birthday party for him here. It is so much fun for the kids to run around and priced very reasonably. My only regret about Fusion is that it will be too far away from home we are moving to next month. My husband is still considering almost an hour drive to classes here for my son, because they have been that great for him. I highly recommend Fusion to anyone!

They are gaslighting me trying to make it seem like this was my fault, when they clearly went back on their word. No integrity whatsoever, and a slap in the face to working parents trying to do the best for their kids. I emailed this gym to request a payment extension because I am a single parent with limited income. They informed me that the sign up form outlines when payment is due, which I had accepted and therefore I planned to just find a way to pay because I want my daughter to remain in the class. I'm not a cheapskate nor trying to get out of paying for anything, I just had misread the form and thought I'd try to see if they were willing to work with me. The email said I have by the end of the day the following day to pay. Then, the following day at 9:30 am, I get an email saying that they already suspended my account. So much for giving me til the end of the day to make the payment happen. I find that to be so rude and disheartening, but I guess that's what happens when a company cares more about making money than it's community. Lesson learned.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for part/full time care for their children while they work.

Steer Clear of JUDY she is a very nasty and gruff woman, and from what I have observed of her, should not be working with young children. I will preface this by saying I am not a person that overreacts and if my children are not behaving in a respectful manner they are corrected immediately. Judy seems a little unhinged, she screamed, not even yelled or raised her voice but screamed at my 4 year old son because he reached inside of her lollipop bag (the kids get to choose a lollipop when their lesson is over) before I had a chance to dry him off. She snatched the bag away from his hands and then watched him and my daughter with disdain on her face to make sure they didn't drip water in the bag of lollipops. This is one of those incidents that you kind of have to be present for to understand. Her behavior seemed unhinged. I feel awkward leaving this review because, like I said, I am not a very sensitive person and if my child is doing something wrong I would expect the appropriate measures be taken to correct their behavior. This was so far beyond that, this woman is nasty and mean. She should not be working so closely with young children, she does not have the temperament for it.

Dual location review: Fairmount and Queen Village…read more Philly Art Center has been part of my daughter's life since 4 years old (almost 10 now). I called the Art Center in Fairmount (it was only one location at that point) and spoke to Ms. Jill, explained that my daughter was a new 4 and I was concerned about leaving her. She nicely told me get over it and I would be fine (of course she didn't say that), she reassured me that she would be safe and have fun..after the first class, my daughter was hooked; it doesn't hurt that they get to color on the mirrors in the studio. Throughout the years my daughter has taken numerous classes at the Fairmount and Queen Village Centers, in addition to "Date Night", which you drop your child off for a couple hours and pick them up, I believe around 10pm; they feed them, they go to the gym, and of course do art. Not only are they doing art, the children learn about artists and how and why things are done. I believe the regular classes were about 90 minutes for children. There are general art classes but most of them have a theme or time period that they focus on; one of her favorite classes was pottery. Numerous adult classes and birthday parties are also offered. Recently my daughter started back at the Art Center for drop-in camp. Seeing Ms. Jill for the first time in years was the highlight of our day. While she is the owner, she is fully invested in the children and it shows by how much my daughter loves her! For camp, the campers get creative so it is recommended your child comes in play clothes and sneakers because the do go to the park; before-care and after-care is available. Over the years, due to scheduling conflicts we were unable to attend regularly, but anytime I hear someone talk about their children loving art, I always recommended the Art Center! Ms. Jill and her staff are amazing, now with an addition location in Cherry Hill, NJ! You go girl!!!

My family drove over from Philly and were so happy seeing the size of this place when we arrived. There are so many awesome things for kids to enjoy. Swings, trampoline, kid's roller coaster, zip line, a quiet room, and a ton of different types of toys. We spent about 2 hours here and both of my kids were busy the entire time. Win win! We decided to get a 12 pack for $125 plus tax. Please note that the website prices are not up to date! Still, the price is worth it for what you're getting. We can't wait to come back!

We stood on the deck and got our harnesses on and tightened by an employee. He went over some safety rules and we completed a trial course to ensure we understood the procedures for zip lining. Once he cleared us, we were free to navigate the park on our own! We started with course 2, then we moved on to course 4. After that we completed course 3 and finally course 1. Some of the courses were challenging but all of them were equally fun. It was a gloomy day so it wasn't busy and we felt like we could take our time completing each obstacle.
