They had two pools - one was literally 18 inches deep and maybe 6-8 feet round the other was bigger but full of green water. This place is run by a family and they blame the kids for their lack of professionalism and competence. $500 for my daughter to not swim, learn almost no gymnastics, and watch TV - this is a fraud. This shows on the mat at every meet but it also when the kids eventually move on in life. They have established a work ethic and culture that does not exist in every gym. I felt dismissed, spoken to in a condescending manner, and there was little empathy or professionalism when I raised a concern. It was clear that respectful communication with parents was not a priority. Another concern was seeing counselors on their cell phones during pickup instead of actively supervising the children. As a parent, it was unsettling to see staff distracted rather than focused on the kids in their care. Good customer service and child supervision should be fundamental expectations for any camp. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disrespected and without confidence in the level of care being provided. I hope the center takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and staff professionalism.

I enrolled my 6 year-old daughter in the spring break dance & gymnastics camp- only did 2 days so far and I've already decided we won't be back. For starters, there was no communication. When I still hadn't heard anything 1 day prior to camp start about what to bring or pack with regards to snacks/lunch, what to wear, how pickup/dropoff works, etc., I finally just emailed them to ask (and got a marginally helpful- and not very friendly- response in return like I was inconveniencing them by asking). The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly in person either. Also the "coaches" (or whatever you call them) just seemed like a bunch of tired, uninterested teenagers there for a seasonal job. Lots of piercings and tats-- not the picture of professionalism. Not sure who has the expertise here, but this certainly wasn't on display in spring break camp, so not sure why I would pay money to enroll my daughter here on a regular basis during the year. I didn't get the sense that my daughter was doing anything structured here outside of "free play", and the place just seems to be lacking structure/organization in general. We'll find somewhere else.
