A hidden gem in Cherry Hill off of Route 70 & Frontage Road…read more My friend rented the private party room for her daughter's 9th birthday, which oversaw the whole awesome gym below. (she had pizza delivered plus had 'snicky snacks' of fresh fruit, Doritos, Goldfish crackers & Hershey Kisses on hand). There was a ton a great equipment (foam block pit, Bounce House, trampolines, etc) for the kids to enjoy - especially the zip line and one largest trampoline, where the kids took turns being strapped in and hoisted way up high (all the way up to the specatating parents in the party room - so cool!). The young employees were really fun, energetic and into their jobs. They were totally on top of giving equipment instructions, safety and keeping lines in order. I was impressed. They also were mindful of the party's timeframe and well organized. My guys are teetering on being "too old" (12 1/2 & pushing 14!) for this great facility but had fun anyway. I'd highly reccommend 'Gynnastics & Cheerleading Academy' for kids from ages 5 - 11. Great and memorable party. (They have summer camp as well).

She explained that he had been distracted, talking about his personal life with another coach instead of paying attention to the students. When she and her friend, who had just signed up for classes, began playing, he removed them from the class. What concerned me most was that both girls said he used inappropriate language, telling them, "You think it's 'F' cutesy what you're doing." This is completely unacceptable when speaking to children. When I spoke with him directly, he confirmed what happened and apologized. The manager also offered to move my daughter to a different schedule. While I appreciate the apology and attempt to resolve the situation, the damage was already done. I no longer feel comfortable trusting this facility with my child. Supervision, professionalism, and respectful communication are the bare minimum when working with kids, and this experience did not meet those standards. The only reason I am giving 1 star is that Ms. Porcha, who coached my daughter for nearly four years, was wonderful and consistently provided a safe, positive environment.

Typically people provide generic decorations. But their decorations were individualized to my party. I merely provided accents! The day of it was all hands on deck! The entire gym pitched in on set up and took the kids through a variety of ninja stations. Mikayla was like the commander in chief and flawlessly delegated tasks to all employees to fit my needs. There were also 2 kids their on the autism spectrum and they were able to cater to their unique needs during activities. The kids had an amazing time and I will be signing both boys up for classes soon. I also like that you can bring your own food and that parents can watch from a comfortable overlook area!

Extremely disappointing experience at the Newark location. I would strongly encourage parents to…read morethink carefully before enrolling their children here for ninja class and any gymnastics program. My children (ages 4, 6, and 8) missed ONE class during a 10-week session. Their written policy states that students are allowed one makeup class or open gym, yet the gym refused to honor it despite weeks of calls, emails, messages, and even an in-person visit trying to resolve the issue respectfully. What made this situation especially frustrating was the constant shifting of explanations as to why my children were being denied a makeup class. First, I was told that "makeups are not guaranteed per our policies (which are listed online)." I thoroughly reviewed their entire online policy page multiple times, and nowhere does it state that makeups are automatically denied under these circumstances or that end-of-session makeups are prohibited. Second, their policy also does not explain how families are supposed to schedule a makeup when the missed class happens at the very end of a session. Once I pointed out that obvious gap in the policy, the explanation then changed to: the session had ended, so the kids could no longer make up the class. Then the explanation changed yet again to claiming I "never contacted them" to arrange a makeup. That statement is completely contradicted by documented calls, emails, voicemails, and follow-ups over several weeks. I even contacted the gym 2 weeks PRIOR to missing the class to ask how the makeup process worked and was told the absence first had to occur before scheduling could happen. Afterward, I repeatedly attempted to coordinate the makeup and received no meaningful communication in return. The responses I did receive were extremely short, dismissive, and defensive. At one point I was even told my attempts to resolve the issue were "excessive," despite the fact that the only reason I kept reaching out was because nobody would provide a clear answer or reasonable resolution. I also came to the gym in person hoping to speak with someone face to face. I spoke with a supposed manager and still got nowhere. I requested a direct phone call or face-to-face meeting with the owners to discuss the issue professionally, and those requests were denied as well. The amount of effort this gym put into gatekeeping a single open gym makeup for three young children was honestly unbelievable. The Newark location feels poorly managed and lacking accountability. The impression I was left with is that customer concerns are ignored, policies are interpreted differently depending on the situation, and families are dismissed the moment they ask questions or point out inconsistencies. This entire issue could have been resolved with one reasonable conversation and basic customer service. Instead, it became weeks of avoidance, contradictory explanations, and dismissive treatment over one missed class. Parents absolutely deserve to know how concerns are handled here before committing their time and money.

All five of my kids have been going here for several years. They LOVE it!!!! My youngest went…read morethrough Mommy & Me and is now in the 3.5-4.5 class with Miss Jan again. She ADORES Miss Jan! Keeping Ms. Jan as a teacher is the only way I could convince her to transition to the next class. I saw s/o wrote something negative about Ms. Jan not teaching their child cartwheels and handstands in a few months' time. That is insane! First, Ms. Jan works with the very little ones, and it is ridiculous to expect that after a few months, every 2, 3, or 4-year-old is going to be doing handstands and cartwheels!! And some kids are just not cut out to be doing cartwheels or handstands in only a few months' time, regardless of their age. Ms. Jan is not "elderly", either, as he had written. She just chose not to dye her hair as it started to turn. But that woman is a Powerhouse and the kids Love her--not some frail old woman--Ridiculous!!! That reviewer obviously had other issues and unloaded on her. Crazy!! My other four kids have taken both gymnastics and trampolines at Jets. They have advanced at different levels. The reason is that every child is different. Some are naturally better skilled than others, and for the child's safety, they don't move a child up before s/he's ready. I have one daughter who has really excelled. She has applied herself and has come MILES. She is an excellent gymnast, has learned to do all sorts of flips and turns, and is currently in Advanced. Jets has done wonders for her self-confidence, too. Meanwhile my older daughter is definitely not an athlete, and is still a beginner. Not a problem at all as I realize all kids are different and this is where she "fits". She has a larger frame, has a very cautious personality type, does not participate in any other sports, and hates gym class. So I am very grateful she has Jets to give her that push with some much-needed physical exercise that she otherwise would never get! It's actually the only "sport" she enjoys participating in! My boys have taken Trampolines from Mr. Tony and have learned so much. They are naturally more high-energy, and this has been an awesome outlet for them that they have loved! Everyone at the front has always been super nice and friendly. They are willing to switch classes around for me when we have a problem getting to one. They always answer my messages and have been nothing but accommodating. The prices at Jets are the best, too. They don't charge a "registration fee" and give many opportunities for make-ups when we miss a class. I have nothing but praise and thanks for Jets Gymnastics and all it has done for every single one of my kids. They all love it, are thriving, and are moving along at the appropriate rate for their who they are, as individuals. I really cannot say enough!!!

My sister-in-law actually went here when she was younger and did state that this is one of the best places to go in the area. Some of the coaches are still there from 10+ years ago. What a change from her other gym to this gym! They have those girls running drills like boot camp. Just what my daughter needed to keep focused and get my $$$ worth. It's amazing how much she improved with just a simple "look forward and not at your hands" can do. The classes fill up quickly here. We just started here and wanted to get her into more classes but there is a wait list. Her coach is great and I couldn't be happier with the move.

Their drills for "toddlers" are ridiculous, throwing a bean bag, walking across a mat, it's very childish and for babies. They have very young girls teaching the classes and they seem to just be focused on making a profit. When I inquired about moving my daughter up bc she was bored, they refused to even offer to test her and then ignored my email completely and rejected her entrance to the older team, when she can do multiple tricks and is close to completing a back hand-spring. She wasn't even allowed to do cart wheels in the "toddler" group. Everything is solely based on birthdate and not skill. We switched to Synergy and they immediately tested her and advanced her to the higher group.
