The instructors seem to truly care, but our last two lacked discipline and classes can sometimes get rowdy. Quieter children, like mine, are in the shadow of louder kids who do a lot of whatever they want. Many guardians hang out in the lobby, but unlike other dance studios, there is no attempt to make a community of parents. The lobby in this location could also use a good deep clean. Songs and routines are fun and the kids are in to them. This is the good stuff. The location is also killer if you live in Lawrenceville. The recitals here are mixed. In some ways they are very fun. The first one we had at TCNJ went off without a hitch. The last two haven't been as smooth, and the practice for this last recital was a joke. They were incredibly disorganized, there was nothing for young kids to do backstage, and my wife waited for a while for a parent to show up. None did so she just hung out backstage for pretty much the whole rehearsal. At the end of the day, this is a decent dance studio. If you're not taking things too seriously and you're looking for a convenient location, you probably won't go wrong here. That said, we've had experience with a number of places, and this one wasn't exactly on the top of our list. As convenient as it was, we ultimately decided not to come back. This may or may not end up working for you.

The adult classes are expertly taught and challenging both physically and mentally. Times of classes vary. 6am Jiu Jitsu and Striking in the evening twice a week. The ages of the adult members range from high school aged to guys in their 40's. The best thing about this gym is the character of the place. My kids and I very quickly felt like family because of the personalities of Coaches Mike, Ed, and Rob and the other members are quick to welcome in new people. It is a true team atmosphere and perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and become a member of a positive community.

I looked into several rock climbing spots near us and even asked friends for recommendations. One name kept coming up: The Gravity Vault, an indoor rock gym. We met a lovely person at the front desk who explained everything in detail. For walk‑ins, they provide all the necessary equipment along with an instructor for two climbs. They also have a bouldering wall, which you climb without a harness. No need to worry about falling as they have sturdy mats to cushion your landing. Another option is staff belayed climbing, where you get a full hour of top rope climbing with an instructor. You be climbing on their impressively tall wall. Look up... or down! Personally, I've never climbed anything that high. You do need to book that one in advance. It looks very challenging and we're definitely game. During the orientation, we learned about their membership options: one‑month, three‑month, or annual passes, with different pricing for adults and youth. You can save quite a bit with a family membership. If you're unsure about committing, they also offer day passes or a 10‑visit pass, with or without equipment included. They have a neat row of cubbies for your jacket, shoes, and other belongings, plus snacks, drinks, and clothing available for purchase. There's even a small gym near the front where you can lift weights or do some light cardio. I inquired if that's extra and the person stated it's included with the membership.
