Our girl really enjoyed herself! This kid friendly spot had a space theme to it. She especially loved sitting inside the space ship areas and dancing to whatever kids program was playing at the time. She did go down the slide of the younger toddler area, but she's still too young to fully enjoy that section. She also loved "climbing" the rock wall aka dada just lifting her up high. The one thing that REALLY freaked me out about this place: there's a room that is supposed to give off the vibe of a sandbox, substitute the sand for some sort of pellet. I don't know what the pellet was, but I saw a handful of kids, EATING whatever this box was filled with. If you can imagine mom anxiety I had, waiting for my child to want to join in and eat this mystery pellet. Luckily, we did a good enough job keeping her away from the area, since I wasn't all that jazzed about the potential outcome. Overall, I just found the place to be a little dirty. Additionally, the location in the mall is eh. That being said, as a first-time Mom visiting this type of space, I have nothing to compare it to! Our party room was meant for 10 children and 10 adults, but it was very tight and several of the adults didn't feel comfortable coming in as it felt too cramped. For the price they charge, they should definitely allow kids to continue to play after the 2 hour party slot. They expect another $22 per child after your $500 2-hr party... on top of that, the area remains open to the public and it gets way too crowded, especially when you have little ones. It costs about 2k to reserve the entire space. We were fortunate that it wasn't too busy at the time we had our party but I wouldn't bank on that being typical experience for this place. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful, the space was fun for small children, but definitely way too small and priced high.

She explained the whole party itinerary to us, showed us a special bin to store our groups' shoes and said they would take care of everything. Shortly before lunchtime, we were approached by Julia who confirmed the pizza order and went off to take care of it. When it was time for pizza and cake, we were taken upstairs to our party room which was nicely set up and waiting for our group. Our party attendant Nicole went out of her way to be kind and helpful to everyone, making sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink, lit the candles and served the cupcakes, handed out all of the party bags, packed up all of the gifts and leftover food and carried them to our car... everything. Everything was taken care of just as they said it would be. While we were leaving, there was a terrible car accident out on West Chester Pike in front of the complex. Emergency personnel arrived in the scene and thankfully it appeared no one was seriously injured, but I saw Paul the owner walk out to the street to check on the situation and to offer bottles of water to the victims and people on the scene. This is the type of people they are-genuinely caring and kind to everyone. We have been to many birthday parties at different kids' venues in the area, but we have never had such a personalized experience as we did at Jumpers. If you are looking to support a local, family owned business with genuinely kind, hardworking people, I cannot recommend Jumpers highly enough. Private Birthday Party for my 5-year old was a great success!…read more We rented the entire facility out for my son's birthday a few weeks ago (highly recommended for a large group and the ability to bring your own food & drink in) and Danielle the owner, and her team, did a great job and were on top of everything. We had many specific requests, they made everything a breeze, the facility felt cleaned and turned over prior to our event, and everything was set up as requested. My son and the kids (as well as adults) had a great time, they helped us package everything on departure (leftover food, drink, gifts, etc.) and they did it all with a smile and great attitude. If only other businesses would take the same pride Jumpers does! The staff, the mgmt team, the facility, all top notch and perfect for what we needed it to be. We will continue to be loyal customers and highly recommend them whether it's to bring your child for a few hours, or throw a private/semi-private event.

All the kids really enjoyed themselves and parents didn't seem like they needed to go home and drink so all around a good day. You want to bring your own decor? $10 bucks. Put stuff on the walls with tacky putty only? $5 Want them to drop balloons? $50. Fill up balloons? $5 a balloon. There is absolutely no outside food allowed, (except your own cake, confusingly), but you can bring your own food, for a $75 dollar fee. About their food; you get 2 kid cut slices of pizza per kid, and 2 pitchers of juice or soda. Oh, you want water because your kids don't drink sugary drinks? Too bad. They refused to give us TAP. WATER. They straight up said "no." They said we could buy water for the kids, $1 a bottle. A CASE of 48 bottles is $4; you want to charge me 3x more for 1/3 as much?! (Also, you can't bring in a case of water.) Is your kid diabetic? Celiacs disease? Sensory issues? Kosher? Tough crap. You eat their food, or pay the $75 to bring yours. We ordered a hoagie tray from them for the adults, and it was SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS, for 3 wawa-esque hoagies. I've never felt more ripped off in my life. THEN, they automatically add 18% gratuity, (and a $40 photo package), but they will take it off, if in front of the entire staff and all of your guests, you state that you want it off. (They settle the bill in the main room as everyone is leaving.) The place is fine, if a little hard to find, and a little rough around the edges, but having a party here is something I'm glad that I'll never have to do again. Our bill was almost EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. That's for 2 hours. It's a great racket for them. There's also a discovery den AKA play area indoors for $1. There's animals/insects outdoors such as turkey vultures, turtles, a butterfly house and a bird observatory (cute on the inside with toys for the kiddos - be sure to read the story about the couple who opened the center). And a natural playscape outdoors. There's also a bunch of fairy houses throughout the property that girl scouts donated. And lots of trails through the forest. They also have Magic Mornings for ages 2-4 Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - but register ahead as they only have a certain amount of spots each day (it's seasonal - they have in fall and spring but not summer - see website). It's an hour class for $10 and includes a snack, craft, nature walk etc. They usually pull out an animal each class. It's great to get some time in nature with other kids. In summer, they have a full week of Magic Mornings in their Itty Bitty Briar Camp. Ms. Heidi teaches it and she is just great. They have a different theme every day such as sun, water, clouds etc and there's an activity each day (visit pond and catch tadpoles, water play, craft pertaining to theme). They have preschool pioneers for ages 4-5 and summer camp for older kids for a week in late June. *Just beware in June that parking is limited due to school field trips and you may not fit in either of the lots; you may have to park out front of the house to the left (which is fine - she just doesn't want buses idling there) They also have field trips to gardens and to the shore, classes for seniors, family nature nights, hot smores nights... Only negative (besides parking, which they can't really control), is the "snacks" for kids at Magic Mornings aren't the healthiest. One was cinnamon sugar graham crackers with whipped cream- regular would have been fine. 2 days were cheddar gold fish. Another day was blue jello with whipped cream. And some red licorice - the kind that whips. Fruit Loops were used for colors. So, if you don't like your child eating sugar, let them know you have a dietary restriction or bring your own snack (snack time is ~10 min and probably not needed but the kids always love snack time!). Some options that would be healthier and just as easy would be pretzel sticks, fruit, crackers, popcorn, veggies, string cheese...but I guess those all cost more besides pretzels/crackers/popcorn.
