They also have kid-friendly restrooms, a mother's room for pumping or nursing, and a quiet area for kids who are over stimulated. It really feels like they've thought of everything. Pricing is reasonable and they have subscription packages available. They are also very allergy friendly if you need a safe space for a child with life-threatening allergies.

There aren't a ton of things to do with kids on New Year's Eve so I was thrilled when I saw that this place was open. My family drove over from Philly and were so happy seeing the size of this place when we arrived. There are so many awesome things for kids to enjoy. Swings, trampoline, kid's roller coaster, zip line, a quiet room, and a ton of different types of toys. We spent about 2 hours here and both of my kids were busy the entire time. Win win! As a BUSINESS, these people have A LOT of room for improvement. We just had our daughters 4th birthday here, and let me count the ways in which things could have been so much better. First, THEY. DO. NOT. PICK. UP. THE. PHONE. And don't bother leaving a message, they won't call you back. I literally must have called them about 15 times, and they answered ONCE, and called me back ONCE. They are a NIGHTMARE to communicate with. Secondly, if you DO get a hold of them, prepare to be nickel and dimed to death; or more accurately, 50 dollar to 100 dollared to death, as this place is EXPENSIVE. You want to bring your own decor? $10 bucks. Put stuff on the walls with tacky putty only? $5 Want them to drop balloons? $50. Fill up balloons? $5 a balloon. There is absolutely no outside food allowed, (except your own cake, confusingly), but you can bring your own food, for a $75 dollar fee. About their food; you get 2 kid cut slices of pizza per kid, and 2 pitchers of juice or soda. Oh, you want water because your kids don't drink sugary drinks? Too bad. They refused to give us TAP. WATER. They straight up said "no." They said we could buy water for the kids, $1 a bottle. A CASE of 48 bottles is $4; you want to charge me 3x more for 1/3 as much?! (Also, you can't bring in a case of water.) Is your kid diabetic? Celiacs disease? Sensory issues? Kosher? Tough crap. You eat their food, or pay the $75 to bring yours. We ordered a hoagie tray from them for the adults, and it was SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS, for 3 wawa-esque hoagies. I've never felt more ripped off in my life. THEN, they automatically add 18% gratuity, (and a $40 photo package), but they will take it off, if in front of the entire staff and all of your guests, you state that you want it off. (They settle the bill in the main room as everyone is leaving.) The place is fine, if a little hard to find, and a little rough around the edges, but having a party here is something I'm glad that I'll never have to do again. Our bill was almost EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. That's for 2 hours. It's a great racket for them. I recommend for open jump, but unless your pockets are deep, and you don't mind wrapping everything up in one phone call, then don't have a party here.

My daughter didn't even have a second to enjoy a slice of her birthday cake because the host was moving on to something else literally a minute after handing out cake. THEN, they had the audacity to add a 18% grat onto the bill. lol. So, that host kid who did terrible and kind of wasn't needed deserves over $100 for 2 hours of "work"? Yeah, no. Also $30 for "photo package"? The camera they used was from like 2005 and the pictures were all terrible. Why wouldn't anyone want that and pay that much? They add that onto your bill. you have to ask them to remove it. Over all, this place is WAY too expensive for what you get. What you get is next to nothing. Should be less than half that price. Would completely skip if you were interested and see this review. Much better options out there where you'll get to spend more time, have more fun and spend less money.

I love the idea of Star Park! There aren't too many indoor-play parks for open-play at a reasonable price where the majority of the park feels like it's geared towards younger toddlers. Our girl really enjoyed herself! This kid friendly spot had a space theme to it. She especially loved sitting inside the space ship areas and dancing to whatever kids program was playing at the time. She did go down the slide of the younger toddler area, but she's still too young to fully enjoy that section. She also loved "climbing" the rock wall aka dada just lifting her up high. The one thing that REALLY freaked me out about this place: there's a room that is supposed to give off the vibe of a sandbox, substitute the sand for some sort of pellet. I don't know what the pellet was, but I saw a handful of kids, EATING whatever this box was filled with. If you can imagine mom anxiety I had, waiting for my child to want to join in and eat this mystery pellet. Luckily, we did a good enough job keeping her away from the area, since I wasn't all that jazzed about the potential outcome. Overall, I just found the place to be a little dirty. Additionally, the location in the mall is eh. That being said, as a first-time Mom visiting this type of space, I have nothing to compare it to! I just have a cleanliness standard that Star Park did not meet. I don't think we will be returning unless our daughter is invited to a party there.

Our party room was meant for 10 children and 10 adults, but it was very tight and several of the adults didn't feel comfortable coming in as it felt too cramped. For the price they charge, they should definitely allow kids to continue to play after the 2 hour party slot. They expect another $22 per child after your $500 2-hr party... on top of that, the area remains open to the public and it gets way too crowded, especially when you have little ones. It costs about 2k to reserve the entire space. We were fortunate that it wasn't too busy at the time we had our party but I wouldn't bank on that being typical experience for this place. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful, the space was fun for small children, but definitely way too small and priced high.

However, we discovered Go Playland!, which seems to be a new inside playpark that just opened two days ago. This place is fantastic and exactly what Dover needed for young children. We often travel to visit family and have struggled to find good entertainment options for the kids, but Go Playland has solved that problem. The facility was clean, bright, and featured an expansive jungle gym. My kids had an amazing time running around, climbing, and playing in the ball pits. The owners were very visible and helpful, providing clear explanations of the waivers and answering all my questions. They also have a party room, which would be perfect for kids' birthday parties. The cost was only $20 per child for all-day play, with a stamp allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Additionally, there were plenty of tables and chairs for adults to relax while the kids played.

Private Birthday Party for my 5-year old was a great success!…read more We rented the entire facility out for my son's birthday a few weeks ago (highly recommended for a large group and the ability to bring your own food & drink in) and Danielle the owner, and her team, did a great job and were on top of everything. We had many specific requests, they made everything a breeze, the facility felt cleaned and turned over prior to our event, and everything was set up as requested. My son and the kids (as well as adults) had a great time, they helped us package everything on departure (leftover food, drink, gifts, etc.) and they did it all with a smile and great attitude. If only other businesses would take the same pride Jumpers does! The staff, the mgmt team, the facility, all top notch and perfect for what we needed it to be. We will continue to be loyal customers and highly recommend them whether it's to bring your child for a few hours, or throw a private/semi-private event.
