We had a party recently here and upon arrival they hadn't informed us that the arcade cards we purchased (abt 100$) in our couple hundred dollar (6-800$ party pack) package were invalid due to it being a third party. They somehow couldn't get it to work. The food we ordered was also not available such as an all meat pizza and Cherry pepsi. The food we did receive was cold and the whole staff were teenagers barely holding anything together and barely knew much of anything probably due to poor leadership and seemingly no management anywhere to be found. Broken soap dispensers in both bathrooms, graffiti, broken water fountain, broken glass on the floor, and a very poor party host service AT LEAST for the price we paid. We received a 150$ refund for reasons appreciated after a good 20 mins of figuring stuff out but giving this place 3 stars is generous enough. We have been to skyzone before and loved it. We found this one and the website said it had a bunch of stuff like a wipeout zone, skyladder, slide and some other things that our usual one did not have so we drove 30 minutes away to come to the Arvada one and it had trampolines, a small ninja course, and a zip line. smaller then the one we normally go to and way less fun. I recommend going to the Thornton one over this one. This one is definitely not worth the money we spent. read more

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves this place. There are so many stations to choose from that go from easy to challenging...keeping my daughter interested and interested and interested. Love it. Wish it was just a bit less costly though, we'd come way more often. read more

They don't seem to have any limit on capacity, so at times we'll go and there's barely room to move let alone enjoy yourself jumping. I have emailed Skyzone on 2 separate occasions to see if we could resolve 2 membership fees for children that are not mine. I never received any response back from them and I feel like even if they weren't going to reimburse me, a response would be very much appreciated. If you get talked into purchasing memberships, make sure you ask them about their cancellation policy or you will find out the hard way like we did. I feel like this should be discussed at the time of purchase. Not when you actually go to cancel the membership. Because I didn't cancel the memberships 72hrs before the billing period, I was charged for 3 memberships- 2 of those memberships I will never use again because it was for our daughter's birthday party. I wish I could give a better review because there are some fun activities here which I appreciate as a retired PE teacher. However, the facility is sorely lacking in supervision. Yes, you sign a waiver and are responsible for your own children, but there should be at least one adult walking the floor seeing that rules are followed. At this facility, all the help was behind the front counter. Some things I observed: 1.Children monopolizing an activity and not letting others have a turn 2. Children staying in the pit under the climbing wall and throwing the foam cubes around without exiting the area 3. An injured child's parent asked for ice. The front desk had him wait for a few minutes while she completed a transaction. Safety should come first. Just because you require waivers, doesn't mean you should blow off all supervision. We have been to other indoor play areas that do a much better job, e.g. Ninja Nation. Also, some type of age limit should apply or there should be a toddler area. I saw 1 and 2 year olds in crowded trampoline areas. The day we went, there were 2 daycare buses there and the place was packed. Use at your own risk. read more

I really like this place. Our first time at this location, but we practically lived at the one in Ventura CA. My son loves the dodge ball and this location has jousting, that was new. They have great specials, today being one of them, where he and his friend got to jump for two hours for under $30. Snack bar offers quite a few items and doesn't over inflate the prices since you can't bring in your own drinks. I sit upstairs, rarely anyone is up there, plug in my laptop, ear buds, and watch tv or get work done. win-win!! Staff is friendly and helpful which is always a plus. This place is DISGUSTING, the workers don't care about their jobs, I don't think management cares either. All staff I counted 5 people at one time literally sitting on the check in desk, when guests would come up to the desk after doing the waiver, one would get up seeming bothered that they had to help someone and take a payment. One of the staffers had the colored arm bands all stuck together and stuck to his shirt walking around the building with them all the way to the floor. The entire place was incredibly dirty looks like it hasn't been swept or vacuumed in weeks. There was used socks all over the floor, not one clean table in the place and only 2 tables were being actively sat in by parents. They only had the smallest size of youth socks or adult XL. But it's required to buy them, even though they don't fit and do NO good too small or slipping off the entire time. The food court was out of nearly everything. No corn dogs, no pizzas at all, no nacho cheese. Had 3 of the icee flavors working out of 8 selection. The "padded" floor in the arcade area and the warped wall were a trip hazard, carpet was torn up and attempted to be taped down, yet it was pulled loose at the base of the wall. There was a very loud beep/alarm that played nearly the entire time we were there. The arcade area power was on when we got there but went off at 6:45 pm and never came back on. An employee "playing basketball " knocked open the light above the basketball court (fluorescent bulbs now exposed) said "oh shit" in front of children then walked off. HUGE safety hazard. I think the owner of this franchise or whoever really needs to evaluate the business, people working for them, people they have running the show. It's a disaster and embarrassment honestly. $60 I wish i would have never spent, we will be going to another jump place in the future. The employee told me and my friends that if he signed us up for the membership it would be cheaper than just paying for one day. He told us this after we had signed the waiver to jump and put our email, name , and birthday into the system. He then assured us he would cancel the membership promptly after signing us up. He never did, so me and two friends were each charged around 30 dollars for the next month. I emailed their membership team and told them what happened. They said that I signed a document that said I agreed to the recurring charges of the membership. However, I never signed that. There is no signature anywhere that says I did. They used my name, email, and birthday from the waiver to say I signed off. So clearly the employee signed it for me using the information from the waiver. Now they refuse to give me my money back after I was lied to by an employee. They're using my information from another document to prove their case as well. Super shady! Do not go here!!! read more

The purpose of this review is to inform people of what they're walking in to. I believe Sky Zone is under new management as of 2024. Not sure of the exact date. Before the change in management, we loved it. For the most part, it was clean and well run. There were lots of young employees, but it was obvious they were trained well. Fast forward to now and it's a complete disaster. First off, it cost me and my son $50+ to jump for 90 minutes. I don't know what the temp was inside, but I didn't feel one wave of air conditioning the entire time we were there. It was hot and very uncomfortable. Unnecessarily, they have added a bunch of massage chairs and a small arcade on the floor. That's to bring in more money I'm sure, but a complete waste in my opinion. This should be a place for exercise. The young employees under this new management are awful. Constantly on their phones and really not doing anything. There is no longer an attendant assisting kids with the zip line and it's only a matter of time before a child falls off that platform due to the reach being too far. Not to mention the excess rope that could become wrapped around a kid's foot and pull them off. The dodgeball area had 5 tattered, random balls that looked like they had been played with for 20 years. They were different sizes and had tears in them. There was small debris over all the floors. Looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a long time. If you attended this place a few years ago and came back today, you would be shocked. We have held our son's birthday here a couple times, but they won't be seeing any more business from us. It is so clear that they are only focused on one thing, and that's money. I was disappointed that this place charges the same for a child of any age. A less than two-year-old was the same $24 rate as an adult. Though they do not have a designated toddler zone. A child that cannot do much more than toddle around is charged at the same rate as an adult is crazy. I would not suggest this location for children under the age of four or five as they are limited in what they can do. There is much fun to be had for older children but as we have both it would be very expensive for a child that has no designated zone for their age. read more

If you're going to take your kids to an indoor activity place I highly recommend Sky Zone in Arvada. Always properly staffed that cares and looks out for the kids. I got stuck, and this JACK-OFF sorry excuse of a decent employee, instead of helping me, critisized my hole I dug to escape, and old me to make sure I filled it in when I got out. I've been to this location twice with three of my daughters between the ages of 6-10. The first time I was outraged by pricing (around $65 for 1.5 hours for 3 kids) and socks so I only paid for my daughters to play. It was a weekend and obviously busy but that didn't hinder entertainment. The check in process was quick and easy but again, just shocked by prices and extortion for shocks. Considering my kids are older than toddlers they had fun with all the activities but definitely watch out for big kids barreling by your littles. The rules are strict at each location too. Not much enjoyment when you can't jump with your kids or buddies in the same square. I understand it's for safety but if you are going to allow me to "fly" in the air towards a basketball hoop 10 feet in the air, why can't I jump with my kid in a square? The second time I went with all three kids and there was a deal going on. 2 hours for price of 1 and it was a Thursday between 2-4pm. 4 of us got in at $65 this time and I decided to jump. I now understand the sock reason. Those socks with little rubber grips help immensely with not slipping when you are getting some good momentum going. Especially the tramps that are positioned along the wall at an angle. I would always slip around on the tramp with normal socks. Even though I didn't want to purchase the socks I'm glad I had to. Overall, the price is really expensive compared to other trampoline parks. It is nicer and cleaner but the restrictive rules make it aggravating to a point I'm more worried about breaking a rule than having fun. I visited sky zone with 4 kids today after staying away throughout the pandemic. I felt comfortable enough to go this time after JeffCo announced a mask mandate that would include all who are vaccine-eligible, including children over 5. Well, less than 20% of the folks there were masked including the majority of the workers. Another mom and I inquired and were given many inaccurate and changing excuses by the manager. This place sucks. It was $100 for 4 adults and 2 children to jump for an hour. They also make you buy their special jumping socks. The "main" jumping area is divided into about 7x4 jumping squares and you're not allowed to jump with anyone else in their square. The girl running the area today was kind of hateful to the "rule breakers" and that was something I didn't appreciate as a mom. The foam pit was fun except the person working that area didn't enforce ANY of the rules and it was kind of a free for all. The jousting area looked fun but both our kids were too young to participate. The slam dunk and dodgeball areas were also too grown up for our kids. We couldn't access the toddler area because that is an additional cost per child. Overall this place is probably ok for older kids, but we definitely won't be back. read more

Nobody else has the nerve to do this. I asked if you can re-use them, they said yes, but they have to be near new condition.
