What a joke of a place. Sure it is really nice and is an impressive place, but come on have some integrity and don't try and gouge people. $10 for 30 mins is more than any other place. This price got you a lot long at the prior business. Now the part that should piss everyone off. They MAKE you buy a pair of socks. The cheapest things possible and at the insane rate of $2. Nobody else has the nerve to do this. I asked if you can re-use them, they said yes, but they have to be near new condition. Then the food prices, just one step below movie prices and the pizza is awful. I mean really $3 for water. Typical employees, they are there and don't really care. Take another 25 mins to drive up to the place near 104th and Wadsworth and go to Federal/84th to the original place, Big Time. Be happy you can wear your own socks. Expensive, they don't tell you on the website that you can't jump in your own socks and you have to buy theirs, which are not included in the admission. If a birthday party is there, no one other than that group can be in dodge ball areas. The mats are small, not the long ones at other places, and no obstacles to jump on. Overall very disappointed. I brought my 3 year old son here yesterday as they opened. Not only did they open early cause they saw us waiting outside, but they gave me 1/2 off because the toddler zone wasn't going to be open for a while, so while we waited, we had a great time doing free jump, basketball, foam pits (and just moving when the big kids wanted to come play.) After a while, the manager (I forgot his name :() came to find us to give us 2 free passes because it turned out they could not open the toddler zone because the amount of employees. Not only did I not do my research on what time they opened, but I also did not know that there are specific times for toddlers to be there, so I did not deserve half off OR 2 free passes. He could have easily been rude to me and told me to come back when they schedule enough employees for the toddler zone to be open but he was the complete opposite and we can't wait to go back! read more

Cool place BUT... we specifically chose it because they have a toddler zone. When we arrived we were told they didn't have enough staff to open it. Meanwhile I counted at least 6 different staff standing around chatting, playing basketball, etc. and many zones were "staffed" when no one was in them. And yet they "couldn't" open the toddler zone-- a zone customers actually wanted (and needed, for safety) to use. read more

I decided to come here for a fun activity to pass time while visiting family. Overall it was a pretty good experience. More expensive than I would like and the sock thing was Annoying. I think they should just include it in the already expensive price. There was a lot of rules. Felt like an adult being yelled at by kids for anything I tried to do but it's their rules I respect that. My biggest problem is a day or so after I went here I started breaking out in these nasty ITCHY BLISTERS all over my body! This was the only place I had been where I could have picked up something like this. My guess is in the foam pit because that's impossible to clean but could have been anywhere there. Looking for something for the boys to do over Christmas break, I was wanting something different,not just trampolines, and I preferred it to be clean and have good reviews. This was my first time in any type of trampoline park, and I was pleasantly surprised! First it was $25 for two boys for 2 hrs, that seemed like a very good price. Second, it was jam packed, but was nicely staffed and I did not see one incident that concerned me! There were staff constantly sweeping, taking out trash and cleaning the sitting area. I ordered a snack from the snack bar, it took a little longer than expected (they had forgotten my pretzel) so they refunded my money. I was very pleased with our experience here and we will be back for sure. The reviews on the other places were bad and this place has so much more for the kids to do! read more

The staff here is really friendly and pays attention to all the kids to make sure everyone is safe. It's nice and spread out and always clean when we go. The check in process takes quite a long and it's quite pricey for the amount of time you get to spend on the trampolines. We always have fun when we go though. I think they should issue bracelets or stamps for some sort of kid security similar to a Chucky Cheese. It would be nice if they had more cubbies to put all of your personal belongings too. read more

I used to love taking my daughter here during the toddler time. However they changed their rules and won't let parents jump with their kids because "we haven't paid." I drove 30 minutes to get there and want my daughter to have fun, so it kind of took all the fun out of the experience to have to stand aside as she asked me to play with her. I have not returned since. I'm hoping they'll rethink this rule. read more

Our experience at Skyzone was unfortunate. Due to "being short staffed,"we weren't allowed to use the toddler area, even though we were charged for our toddler. Our 6 year old wasn't able to play dodgeball (the reason we came) due to the older kids allowed to play at the same time (13-16 year olds, three of them were employees) who were using inappropriate language and playing way too rough for the little people. This lasted over an hour until we left. Next time I'll take my child elsewhere. read more

Disaster of a birthday party for my kids. Never again. Where do I start? They stagger the parties so that you just leave your party stuff on a cart near the door, you don't have access to the room to decorate, leave jackets, etc until after the kids jump. Nowhere for the adults in your group to sit or the kids to go to for water, etc, etc, etc. So our decorations, cake, gifts, etc were piled on a tiny cart near the registration table (I'm shocked nothing was stolen). During the "fun time" multiple kids in our group got hurt (including needing ice and having to sit out for a long time) by teenagers (old enough to have legit beards, etc) who were chucking dodge balls full force while little kids were playing too-- without any staff telling them to stop. The staff aren't interested in preventing injuries or keeping the rules, just offering ice after the fact. When they're actually attending to the activities vs clustering by the front desk for a group chat.... Once our jump time of 90 minutes was over the party room we were supposed to have was still occupied by a prior party who should have vacated 30 min earlier. I notified the staff who said they'd tell the other guests to leave (and then they went to the bathroom before doing so-- and I can't say they were short staffed-- at least 5 of them were chatting behind the counter when I had approached). Meanwhile our responsible party kids who knew jump time was over at 3:30 are waiting patiently outside the room. Curiously, they didn't offer the other three empty rooms, just cleaned around the kids. There is no non-stair accessible way to the party rooms (hello ADA) so we had to carry everything from our tiny cart up to the room. Obviously at this point the decorations I was told we could bring and hang were a lost cause so we didn't bother. But I guess I could have decorated because I quickly realized they had not only forgotten to change the room over but had completely forgotten our party existed as they rushed to make pizzas for us. The pizzas came up staggered, the second one arriving when we had only 15 minutes left of our 40 min time. We kept having to go ask for things (forks for the cake, serving utensils for the pizza), while still applying ice to injured kids and trying to manage 10 exhausted and hungry 9 year olds. Finally, as we headed out our "sky zone room host" stopped us and said "oh you need grab bags" which only had half of the items that had been promised when we reserved the party. Not going back. Could be fun and great but after multiple injuries, and being locked in a room of wild kids while we waited for pizza to be made was no fun at all. We've done parties at bounce/ adventure places before and this was easily the worst. A waste of money, two legitimately injured kids (beyond the normal stuff at these places), sore feet from nowhere to sit while the kids played, and two hours of ringing eat drums later, we won't be back. If it's not obvious, I don't reccomend this location for your kids birthday party. read more

New place, but they are way too strict to the point that it's not fun. Things we got nagged at for that are just ridiculous - no sitting on the side outside the trampoline to supervise my toddler while he jumps - no lifting my 2 year old so he can throw the ball in the hoop, but they don't provide smaller hoops for the younger kids - no building a wall with the foam blocks - no toddlers allowed in the dodge ball area, even though no one was utilizing it Since he wasn't allowed to do much in the bigger area I asked if they would open the toddler area and they said no even though there was plenty of employees standing around. Won't be coming back. Prefer jump city since they are more reasonable. read more

I really want to love this place but after several visits I just feel average about it. The facility itself is nice (and new) which is a plus. I feel like the staff is not properly trained however in that literally every time I have been there (at least 4 times if not more) we have been charged something different, or I call ahead to find out about a certain jumping time and then get there and the info is different. As another reviewer posted about misinformation with the "toddler time" I too have have several issues with this. I have been charged different rates and told different "rules" about toddler time on each visit. I just want consistency! I have also tried the Sky Fit class myself. The instructor was great and the workout was as well but again a problem with the actual staff. I attended a Saturday morning class. Class time was suppose to start at 8:30am however the employee didn't arrive until 8:30 am then had to turn on computers, lights, music etc all BEFORE anyone there to take the class could be checked in. the class didn't start until 8:45 (at no fault of the instructor who was there prior to 8:30 but wasn't able to open the facility). Then the wi-fi of the building was not working, the instructor wanted to use the wifi to have their own music during the class. Upon the instructor asking the employee for assistance with the wifi, the employee simply stated it was down and had been for quite some time. That's it, there seemed to be not sense of urgency to get it fixed. My guess is that all the problems with staff communication is a result of lack of training and/or communication with upper management to the staff. I didn't review initially because we did first go during their opening week. I was hoping that some of the opening "kinks" would work themselves out as time went on but honestly it seems to be worse now. read more

We took my grandson (10yrs) and he stayed for 1 hour. We thought the sock idea was a bit much, but okay. It was pricey and very crowded. I took my 2 year old daughter to Sky Zone for the first time and we had a great experience! 1 hour was perfect for us, gave us enough time to wear her out ;) the facility was way cleaner than I expected it to be. The staff was super friendly and attentive. My daughter mostly played in the "toddler zone" - it was great because only little ones were aloud in there. The space was huge and lots of fun toys/areas/activities for her so she never got board. Again, I was surprised how clean it was! A lot of times, especially in toddler places, surfaces are sticky and dirty -- this was not!!! Probably helps that everyone where's the same socks too. The socks are nice for cleanliness and they help from slipping. But remember to bring them back with you because you can jump without them. read more

I went here for my granddaughters 5th birthday party and our hostess Kennedy was fantastic. She was very attentive of our parties needs and went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Music is way too loud today -- can't hear instructions from team leader. 12/10/2017: Why does the music have to be so loud?? I'd much rather hear the laughter of the kids. We have been twice this week because my nephew enjoyed it so much. Yes, they do make you purchase the socks for $2 however, they did give us a $1 discount because we brought the socks back for day two. They had specials both days we went jumping which I appreciated. Lexi was exceptional at customer service today and so was the other young man at the counter (no name tag on him or I would mention him by name). The place was clean and the staff was attentive. I did not see any kids running around or doing anything they were not supposed to be. I witnessed a lot of smiles and laughter from the kids. It was really fun for my nephew who was jumping and me who was watching. We will be back. read more

I went to sky zone for the first time about a month back. It was a very clean environment and they had lots of supervision everywhere to make sure no one got stuck in the foam pit. I'm glad to see this attention to detail since there's been many incidents with other foam pits around Colorado in recent years. I actually had a used popsicle stuck to my back at one of the other (not sky zone) trampoline parks when getting out of their foam pit. I would have given lower BUT!!!....our first visit on a Monday was great. Staff that allowed what kids were there to have fun and move around. Fast forward to today. I have a 3yr old and a 19m old. We like the toddler zone and the other ones. I appreciate the attention to safety and the staff around to watch the other zones but I was upset how littles aren't allowed in bigger kid zones BUT there were about 7-9, 9-10yr olds running absolutely crazy in the toddler zone playing chase full on punching kicking some real hard fighting. When little kids would be on the few tramps they are allowed on the bigger Non toddler kids would run by knocking them all over. Taking over the foam pit making it a full contact sport zone while the little kids couldn't even get near or in. I get the staff is for the bigger kid dangerous zones but the toddlers have one safe place to play and the bigger kids have the other zones and the toddler zone doesn't seem fair. I am 35 weeks pregnant and after they almost knocked me down while standing against the wall and almost punching and kicking my kids and knocking over a bunch of other little kids including mine I asked them to leave the toddler zone because they were ruining it for the smaller kids. They knew what they were doing was against sky zone rules that's why they were hiding in the Back where the staff doesn't really go or need to go because it's mostly parents and small kids. I get parents can't watch every move and really if every parent followed there older kids around it would be impossible to move. I also get kids will be kids but this was upsetting when we paid for a fun toddler area! Not with 3x older kids taking over the TODDLER AREA! I know I should have told staff before I left but it was a super busy time.... when I went to call after our visit it was closed. read more

I absolutely adore this place! So clean and it is a very happy environment! Workers give off a WOW experience and my children have so much fun! We've been coming here for a years now, and they just added memberships. My husband and I decided to get our four sons (ages 5,8,10,13) the elite plus membership. I bring my kids to Skyzone not only because they love it, but because they are located right next to Costco! Therefore, I am able to get grocery shopping done while they are having a blast! They provide toddler time on Saturdays from 8:30 to 10 I believe and on Tuesdays and Thursdays they have it from 10:30 to 12pm. Which is awesome because I am a stay at home mom; therefore, I can take my 5 year old on those days. They also provide a special event on Saturday evenings which my older sons and their friends love attending! The price is worth the experience. In the end, my experience at Skyzone is always lovely and the workers always make my family feel welcomed! read more

I brought my toddler during winter break. The place was packed! The toddler zone is great for the littles, and the staff did a good job of keeping it strictly for toddlers. My kid had a blast! I gave it 4/5 stars because we went expecting Toddler Time (toddlers have run of the place, according to the website) but found out it doesn't happen during school breaks AFTER we paid. The manager cheerfully gave me a refund though. We'll definitely be back to bounce out some energy. read more
