Battle Zone was absolutely perfect for My son's 10th Birthday party. It's on the pricey side but I found it totally worth it. We got the glow in the dark package which is such fun, especially since the kids are older. There was loud music and glow in the dark etc. and it was fabulous, all the kids were super impressed and they played hard! All the arrangements were also so easy and stress free it was a real blessing for me, it worked out just as we wanted it to. BZ could be a little more communicative in the early stages of booking to instill confidence and reassurance but otherwise I highly rate them! read more

He was prepared at set-up, managed the activity/chaos during our event, and facilitated a fun and safe environment for about 25 first graders. I had a great time with Battle Zone. The sign up and schedule was easy and they took online payments. Dominick was our host and he was prompt, even early for the inflatables to be set up correctly, and he entertained the kids for the whole time! I hardly had to do anything. My son's birthday was for 7 yo's and the kids showed up 1/2 before the start time for Nerf. They entertained themselves on the park equipment and the battle started right on time. For the next hour I was free to socialize with any parents who stayed and did not have to do anything! After the battle, the kids stayed another 30 minutes or so and ate cake. All in all it was the easiest birthday party I have ever had and I would recommend to anyone. Much better than the indoor alternative where I have had parties before for my other children. read more

Booked a party almost two months in advance. Filled out waiver and paid the deposit. Received confirmation emails. Two hours before my son's party they called to say they had cancelled. Two hours before they were supposed to be at a child's party!!!! Clearly they should not be in business. To do this to a child is disgusting. Do not use this company. They aren't professional and you risk the chance of them not showing up. Not worth it. read more

We used battle zone for my son's 6th birthday and they were great! Duane was very responsive to all my questions and we were able to book last minute when we had to change locations due to bad weather. We knew we would be playing in the snow and the kids had so much fun the cold didn't bother them. Definitely would recommend Battle Zone! read more

Well there is no option for negative stars. I booked a party with these people two months in advance, they are impossible to get in contact with. After FINALLY getting everything finalized and booked. 2 hours before the party the decided to finally return all the messages only to cancel the party, they then told me they could reschedule, this was an 11 year olds big party that he had been looking forward to for weeks. Not one apology was offered nor did they seem to care. The employees are rude and absolutely no concern for their customers or the children the party's are being booked for. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! read more

PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOUR CHILD'S BIRTHDAY by trusting this company. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP. We paid our deposit months in advance and received confirmation. My son was counting down the days for his party. I received a phone call from Duane one minute before they were scheduled to arrive telling me they would be thirty minutes late. When 45 minutes came and went without an update, I texted, but received no reply. I called and he didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone. I'm hoping to spare any other children or families from experiencing this heartbreaking disappointment. read more
