Only downside in my opinion is that they charge the same price for adults and kids whether or not the adult is playing. I really appreciate that adults can play on all the equipment with their kids, but it seems odd to make adults play when they aren't using the equipment. Would love to see an option for folks who are there keeping an eye on the kids that is a little more budget friendly- we'd definitely be visiting more.

For example, the number of hosts was reduced from two to one and suddenly the craft we selected was an additional cost. Despite asking her three times for a list of crafts included in the quoted price, she never provided one. When I addressed the discrepancies between what we were originally promised and her new pricing, she accused me of being abrasive. She also claimed that the email we received was the same as everyone else's, even though we had already discussed specific details and chosen our services. Ultimately, she suggested that it might not be a good fit for her team and recommended we cancel. This happened after over a month of trying to communicate and book the event. She was unresponsive to phone calls and texts and even yelled at my boss, using inappropriate language, before agreeing to refund our deposit. It seemed like she was trying to increase her profits and didn't appreciate that we wouldn't accept the new terms. We will not be doing business with her, nor would we recommend her services to others.

Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding. We look forward to using them in the future when the weather cooperates!
