We travel full-time in our 5th wheel and stopped in a couple of different times to have our propane tanks filled, and both times was impressed with the demeanor and attitude of the employees. In this age of declining service, it was refreshing! They clearly know who their customers are and treat them with utmost respect. Been a customer for years. Customer service here has gone downhill big time. Manager blames Covid and unemployment. IDC really. I spent a lot of money having my equipment serviced only to get it back & it not be serviced. They were nice enough to pick it up. I received a phone call from someone who was obviously very put out by having service my mower. They said "ok," every fourth word on phone conversation. Still get my equipment back to have someone else finish preparing us for this season. It's a shame. We have been customers for years. We will be seeking other options for the remainder of 2021 & in the future. read more

Communication was good. I rented their camera snake 3 separate times. Each pick up was fast. They loaded it onto my car for me. Good touch. This shop is run well with solid employees. If you want it they have it for rent from medical kneeling scooters to dining room trays to Decore items I was amazed at the tremendous versatility this location houses. In addition to this the staff is friendly and prices are overall reasonable. They also offer a myriad of services such as sharpening lawnmower blades and the like. I used to go here all the time for propane refills and equipment rental. But, last summer, I left work a little early, fought traffic for almost an hour to get here before they closed, so I could get a propane refill for the weekend. The guy told me that I could not show up 10 minutes before closing and ask for propane; they had already closed everything up. I get that they were leaving for the evening, too, but I wasn't asking for anything big, just a propane refill. It usually takes them about five minutes. Now I drive about ten minutes farther to get propane, but the people there are much nicer. read more

Excellent experience. First visit in the store, the people were friendly & knowledgeable. They delivered as expected, there were no problems with the Bobcat, they helped us get the best deal on the rental price so while the original contract was extended (due to roll-off delays), they still helped us save a little money changing the contract from weekly to monthly. I came here to rent a trencher and spent at least an hour with the staff, especially Brandon, as he tried to find a way for me to get the thing home with my small pickup. The staff was amazing and no less than 4 people tried to help me. I wasn't even able to contract business with them but they tried their hardest and were an excellent example of great customer service. They even helped me find another rental place that was able to make it work for me. A note to management: invest a little in that front customer reception area so it doesn't look so, well, run-down and crappy. It might help anyone with doubts when they walk through the door. Not everyone has my patience. Wouldn't hurt to give Brandon a raise either. That dude works hard for you. read more

Twice I have been called names and sworn at - all for wanting a couple of propane tanks filled. When the tanks were not completely empty I was cussed at and told to "Get the F___ out!" I went back thinking i was a bad day for the owner - it was even worse ... this time it was a barage of cussing, yelling. I will never return and unless you like being treated in such a maner, may I suggest you find elsewhere to do business. I've rented from all season in the past, not hard to mess up chair rentals, This weekend I had a saw go down so i rented a 10 inch circle saw and hammer drill from this location. when they brought the saw up i question the life of the blade, I'm cutting counter tops, no room for error! I was told the blade was good, after my driver home and six inches into my initial cut the blade started smoking and and the saw was pulling , meaning its a dead blade. I called the Seasons and and explained my situation, they told me they have no other blade for the unit and if i wanted to purchase one they'd reimburse me! I then ventured to home depot purchase a blade and replaced the blade I made my five cuts then called it a evening. The next morning when returning the unit the counter clerk did not want to reimburse and they treated me like crook, the clerk hesitated paying me out and only paid the replacement blades cost, no taxes.. All Season is a rip off and has no idea what customer service is!! I hope they keep hiring employees that drive there customers away !!! read more

As long as you don't have any problem with the equipment this business is perfectly fine. If you do have a problem with the equipment and have the unfortunate timing of encountering the owner, prepare to be threatened. This volatile individual refused to address an issue I had with a tiller and simply stated that "some people are just complainers". I find his statement ironic after listening to him complain about his lazy staff while I was picking up the unit. I had done business with this place for over 10 years. During my final moment doing business with All Season Rent All, the elderly owner became hostile to the point of physical violence. Ironically this was after I had paid the bill and mentioned the unit needed attention. So to state it again, as long as there is not a problem with the equipment you are fine. There are other options within a mile and I would avoid dealing with such a jerk. read more
