The entire team at ACE Radon is absolutely outstanding!…read more We received high results from our home inspection (28pCi/L) and were really worried about mitigation. Our account manager Jennifer got a technician out within 48 hours to do a proper inspection in order to start a plan for mitigation and allow us to feel better about moving forward with the property. Her plan included a thorough and detailed approach, and from start to finish she was available via email and phone to answer all of our questions. She took full accountability when there was a scheduling hiccup and worked to ensure that the re-schedule happened the next day. Can't ask for better customer service than that. Andrew, our technician, was extremely knowledgable, capable, and thorough with how he installed the mitigation system. He went above and beyond and educated us on the different components and why he made the choices he made. He sealed all of the cracks in an entire basement and to be honest, it looks much better than it did before. The work was impeccable. Finally, Brian was prompt to drop off and pick up the post-mitigation tests. We decided to do 3 tests throughout the house - and they all came back less than 1pCi/L!!! I will repeat that last part - less than one!!! I received a prompt call from Jennifer to discuss the great news and follow up on next steps to ensure the numbers continue to stay low. I would highly recommend working with ACE Radon - they stand by their work and put their customers first.

We are selling our home and I had to get a radon fan motor replaced before inspection which was three days away. They bent over backwards to get someone here and replace the motor the next day. After the inspection the new owners wanted the motor relocated into the attic. Again, the team at Reliant Radon Solutions came through for us and had the motor moved within a couple of days. The work done each time was meticulous, neat, fairly priced and met all building codes. If I ever have the need for radon services again I will only use them.

Five visits--yes, FIVE--to get my radon levels down after paying over $4,000…read more Were the employees nice? Yes. Did their work give me confidence in their competence? No. Each visit came with another explanation: the blower was too small or too weak, a stronger fan would fix it, the valves weren't adjusted properly, and then the plastic ground cover hadn't been glued and sealed as it should have been. Every time, I was reassured that the problem would be resolved. One employee even mentioned that the company has high staff turnover, which did nothing to reassure me about the consistency or quality of their work. After the fifth visit, my radon readings are finally coming down below the recommended action level. I appreciate that they kept returning, but it should not have taken five visits and repeated corrections to get the job done properly. Friendly employees do not make up for this much frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We wanted one of them converted to a hinged guard for emergency exit from a garden level room. I got estimates from three companies. Shield Iron Works offered the best price, but the prompt and detailed communications with Jordan at Shield were another factor in me choosing them. We ended up having Jordan sandblast and powdercoat all three guards (which were 48 years old with a scaling and rusting black finish). Jordan was able to match the hammer-finish dark silver-brown powdercoat of our newer security door, and all three guards came out looking great. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordan from start to finish, and I'm very pleased with the quality and value of the work.

The owner called me as soon as he received our message on his answering machine, told me how to do the needed measurements, made the grates, and got them to me with no trouble, and all for a very reasonable price. And from two states away! The local business that I found to do this , had quoted me $350.00 per grate, ($700.00 for my two) when we first moved in to the home, six years ago. This company made them for less than $180.00 per grate. Even though they're in CO and I live in MT, they will get all of my future business for metal work. Definitely worth paying the postage. I found this mobile service and decided to give it a try -- and I'm really glad I did. He responded quickly, asked a few smart questions about what the mower was doing, and was able to schedule me within a couple of days. He showed up on time, was professional and easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. Within a short time he diagnosed the issue (carburetor and old fuel problems), explained everything in plain English, and gave me a fair price before starting the repair. The convenience alone was worth it. No hauling equipment across Denver traffic, no waiting weeks during peak season, and no surprise fees. He also checked the blade, filter, and spark plug while he was there and made sure everything was tuned properly. What really stood out was the honesty. He didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary -- just fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure it was running strong before he left. The mower starts on the first pull now. If you're in the Denver area and need lawn mower, snow blower, generator, or other small engine repair, I highly recommend using this mobile service. Reliable, fair pricing, and extremely convenient. Will definitely be calling again next season.
