I had what I thought was a major problem with my EGO lawn mower. It actually was a minor issue and most likely user error. Darryl diagnosed it quickly and got it back to being fully functional. A stupid error on my part, but he never made me feel foolish and he was extremely helpful. Darryl looked at the EGO site and determined that my battery was out of warranty and provided valuable information for future issues, He did not have to do that for a simple user problem. WOW. He went way above and beyond. I only hope I can give more business to Runge. Why are not more business as customer focused as Darryl and Runge? read more

Customer service sucks you drop off cutters for warranty work. 2 months later I get three wheels replaced for on 3 three cutters for which are not on warranty. Which is not a warranty item. $79 each which I could have replaced. The last one $159 to fix spring and screw. I told them to keep them. But they didn't not fix the two large one's from crawling. At that point I said just keep them. They could have said it would be better to buy new we charge a lot to repair. Or a lot by hour. They suck! read more

Dustin and Darrell are the best! I'm pretty sure they service all sorts of things but they are the only authorized repair shop for Ego lawnmowers. Whenever your Ego needs a tuneup or any work whatsoever you should take it to these guys. Their prices are more than fair and they treat you like family. Believe me. I will use them for any repair work that I need done. It is so refreshing to find a great, honest company that will never take advantage of you and do what you ask them to do. read more

Worst company out there to have your tools fixed. They disassemble them, then tell you they can't get the parts, and then charge you $100 to return your disassembled item. I would give them -100 stars if I could. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, for anything. Customer service sucks and you should take your money to a small business that will appreciate your business. read more

Top rate service!! My mower needed repairs and they turned around the service within 1 business day. They also assisted me in getting warranty coverage. I will recommend this company to all of my friends. read more

Brought in a weed trimmer that had an issue feeding string. Darrell looked it over and had it fixed in less than five minutes saving me time and return trip. Great service ! read more

Ryan Edwards fixed my Ego battery operated lawnmower. He did a terrific job, and I was able to pick up my mower in three business days. When I asked for an explanation of the problem and the fix, he was very willing to explain what he did, why it was necessary, and what the parts were that he had to replace. He was accommodating and professional. The mower now works perfectly, I am happy to say. read more

Dustin took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to save a drive back to the store!

I've been coming to Runge Tool for all my tools and supplies since I started working in the pipe industry. I remember when Chick was working there he was my go to guy. For a few years when they switched management had some bad experiences there so quit going. When I heard they had rehired one of their original mechanics and changed management again I thought I would try them out again. I've been nothing but pleased with my experience there. The guys are great they know what their talking about have great advice and the prices are some of the fairest I've seen in awhile. My Ridgid 1224 threader was in the shop for less than a week and been running great since. Thank you Runge Tool for the many great years of service hope to see you around for many more. These guys know how to work miracles! Came in with an issue and aluminum pipe that technically couldn't be threaded and they were able to make it happen.. Was prepared to expect for this to not be possible however they made it work. To top it all off they were willing to help me even though I pulled up right as they were closing! read more

This company said they fixed my sewer scope and did not, I started going back to AIS after that, they also could not fix my cleaning equipment. Ever since the other company left this place has been a mess. Cam was doing trade ins with equipment with us because the equipment was no good. There were credits being applied towards brand new equipment. Now these guy's are trying to collect on equipment that we think was already paid for. At this point they are failing to come up with or even talk to me about any and all receipts they have. Their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend them at all! Go some where else and avoid the head aches. read more
