I had what I thought was a major problem with my EGO lawn mower. It actually was a minor issue and most likely user error. Darryl diagnosed it quickly and got it back to being fully functional. A stupid error on my part, but he never made me feel foolish and he was extremely helpful. Darryl looked at the EGO site and determined that my battery was out of warranty and provided valuable information for future issues, He did not have to do that for a simple user problem. WOW. Dustin and Darrell are the best! I'm pretty sure they service all sorts of things but they are the only authorized repair shop for Ego lawnmowers. Whenever your Ego needs a tuneup or any work whatsoever you should take it to these guys. Their prices are more than fair and they treat you like family. Believe me. Worst company out there to have your tools fixed. They disassemble them, then tell you they can't get the parts, and then charge you $100 to return your disassembled item. I would give them -100 stars if I could. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, for anything. I've been coming to Runge Tool for all my tools and supplies since I started working in the pipe industry. I remember when Chick was working there he was my go to guy. For a few years when they switched management had some bad experiences there so quit going. When I heard they had rehired one of their original mechanics and changed management again I thought I would try them out again. I've been nothing but pleased with my experience there. The guys are great they know what their talking about have great advice and the prices are some of the fairest I've seen in awhile. These guys know how to work miracles! Came in with an issue and aluminum pipe that technically couldn't be threaded and they were able to make it happen.. This company said they fixed my sewer scope and did not, I started going back to AIS after that, they also could not fix my cleaning equipment. Ever since the other company left this place has been a mess. Cam was doing trade ins with equipment with us because the equipment was no good. There were credits being applied towards brand new equipment. Now these guy's are trying to collect on equipment that we think was already paid for. At this point they are failing to come up with or even talk to me about any and all receipts they have. Their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend them at all!
