Much better than buying trinkets she did not need. There were lots of families sitting around watching their kids too. But maybe not enough chairs for all as it was a busy holiday off from school. I was able to grab one though as my husband walked around the visitor areas to watch their charges. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities. She would still be willing to go again in the next few visits until she is truly a tween.

My daughter had so much fun & the price is reasonable. There are about 5 tables in the center. "Little Land" is a toddler area for ages 4 and under. There's also a candy shop and snack bar. The restrooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly. In the largest stall, there's a baby changing station, diaper pail, and even a kid sized toilet! We loved our experience here and will definitely return. Tips: bring grip socks (if you have them); they're required for the little ones. Sign the waiver online before you arrive to save time. You can purchase your ticket online; the website shows how many tickets are sold at designated time frames. This helps you get a better idea of how crowded it may be!

Both indoors and outdoors (giant sandbox). They also have coffee service for adults and snacks for the kids if needed. I would think this is an ideal location for one parent with a couple of children since it's well contained. The only downside is that it's not inexpensive.

We were told by the manager, you're welcome to come in anytime and sit and bring your outside food. However at the time my baby wasn't crawling yet so I made the decision to go back today, now that he is old enough to enjoy it. What a huge mistake. We were having a lovely afternoon but that changed very quickly after explaining that we wished to only "play" for an hour. The manager was very unkind and not accommodating... But instead insisted (repeatedly) that if we ever come back with lunch again that we will indeed have to pay the full play rate. To which I had already acknowledged the first time she said it. Beautiful space but as a business that offers classes for new moms you'd think the employees would be a little kinder and understanding. If you're looking for that, go elsewhere.

Best Birthday Party Experience Ever -- for Kids and Adults…read more We hosted Stella's 4th birthday party at Bounce Empire, and it was hands down one of the coolest places we've ever had a party. What truly sets Bounce Empire apart is that it's not just for kids -- it actually considers the adults too. So many kids' birthday venues forget about the parents, but not here. There's a full bar, massage pods, a movie theater room with recliners to watch sports, chess tables, and a beautiful outdoor patio with mountain views. It felt more like a resort than a kids' party venue. And the bounce houses? Definitely not just for kids. All the adults had an absolute blast too. They even have DJs! We were there for an 11 a.m. party so we didn't get to experience the DJ that day, but I've been here before for a late-night adult girls' party and it's just as fun for adults as it is for kids. Now I have to talk about the event planner, Ariann -- because she truly made this experience unforgettable. As a mom of two, getting somewhere early to set up balloons, cups, decorations, food, cupcakes, candles... it's usually stressful and exhausting. This time? I didn't lift a single finger. Ariann handled everything. Setup, food, cupcakes, candles, décor, and even cleanup. I was able to just be present and actually enjoy my child's birthday party -- which honestly almost made me cry. That kind of care and support is priceless. We never felt rushed, the party flowed perfectly, and it was by far the most laid-back, fun, and stress-free birthday party we've ever had -- for our kid. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely. I would recommend Bounce Empire to anyone looking for a birthday party that truly caters to everyone -- kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Your kids will have an absolute blast. If you have toddlers, this is not the place for them yet. They'll have a tough time negotiating all of the bounce houses and obstacle courses, and the slides will be a little too fast for them. One day, they'll love it, but not yet. If you're a parent or just going as an adult, prepare for a lot of STEEP slides, fun obstacles, and a fun few hours to be a kid again. It's an active, high energy place, and as long as you are ready to unleash your inner kid, you'll have a great time. The inflatables are incredible. The live DJ makes it feel special. Overall, it's so much better than you'd ever expect.

Obsessed!! This place is amazing! Cleaner than I expected and so well organized and thought out…read more You can buy one hour or a day pass. One hour was enough to try it out and have a blast. My two year old was beside himself and we were too, honestly. Such a great family day. Love that they have a full food restaurant inside too! Wish they had lockable cubbies for our stuff I had to keep running over to make sure our stuff was okay, but next time I'll prolly just wear a small cross should bag or backpack and leave everything else in the car. Rookie mistake.

I paid over $350 for a party reservation, and in reality I barely received an hour of actual room time. Our reservation was from 2:00-5:00 PM, but when I arrived they told me and my guests the room still needed to be prepared. We were standing around until 3:23 PM before we could even enter the room, and then they told us we had to be completely out by 4:00 PM. That is completely unacceptable when you've reserved and paid in advance. Communication with the business is also very difficult. If you try to call to ask questions about your reservation, it's impossible to speak to someone directly. Most communication is handled through text messages, which makes it frustrating to get clarification on important details. They advertise a "party assistant," but in reality that person is helping multiple parties at once, so there really isn't any meaningful assistance. I also brought balloons for my son's themed party, but because we had to wait so long for the room to be ready, I did not have time to decorate. The food service was also disappointing. Our pizzas took about 20-25 minutes to come out. When I politely asked about them, I was met with attitude and told "we're really busy, someone will take it once it's ready." If you have a reserved party, food should be prepared and prioritized so it doesn't cut into the limited party time. Also, the pizza portions are misleading. I received two medium pizzas that they label as "large." Also I previously added more pizzas to our party that were not brought out. So of course all my kiddos ate but the adults didn't. Another issue was the guest list and charges. I had already accounted for the kids on my guest list, but they re-added some of those same kids and tried to charge me additional fees. Make sure to triple-check your guest list and final bill at the end of your "hour" party. They even charged for my pregnant guests, which is ridiculous considering they obviously weren't using the play equipment. Overall, the entire experience felt like a huge rip-off. Between the high price, the delayed room access, rushed party time, lack of real assistance, slow food service, added charges, and difficulty communicating with staff, it was extremely disappointing. For a kids birthday party venue and indoor playground that charges hundreds of dollars for a birthday party package, families should expect much better organization and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not reflect the value of what I paid.

A Parent's Dream Spot!…read more Mama Bear Play Café is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The play area is spotless, safe, and packed with creative activities that keep kids entertained for hours. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at home. My kiddos leaves happy (and ready for a nap!) every time. If you're looking for a clean, fun, and relaxing place for kids to play while you recharge, Mama Bears Play Café is it. We're already planning our next visit!

I explained that I had recently moved to the area and that my ID was still from out of state, but she made me feel as if I were lying or trying to cheat the system. What hurt the most was seeing another person come in right after me with the exact same pass--yet they weren't asked to show any ID or questioned at all. As a Hispanic parent, I couldn't help but feel that I was being singled out and treated differently because of how I look. This wasn't just rude--it felt discriminatory. I came to enjoy time with my child and instead left feeling embarrassed, judged, and completely unwelcome. A place meant for children and families should be inclusive and respectful to everyone, and that was absolutely not my experience here.
