    Play place

Something that really set me off is that they wouldn't let kids at a certain height go into the play course but at a different location they let all ages and heights in and the arcade games are crazy priced, your telling me I have to play $1.50 just to get one little small piece of candy plus the place Isint exactly clean and the bathrooms are fairly small.

While on a trip to Maryland in July we connected with family and took all the kids to Sky Zone. There were 4 kids in our group (4 year old, two 7 year old's, & a 9 year old). It was a Saturday before noon and it was not too crowded. If this is your first time going there you will have to fill out a waiver. I would recommend that you do that online before you arrive as they only had a few registration kiosks and it's a lengthy process. Inside there are a lot of places for the kids to play that involve either trampolines, foam ball pits or American Ninja style activities. There is an open trampoline area, rock climbing wall, balance ladder, basketball, dodgeball, and a wipeout zone (with operator controlled spinning arms). The American Ninja climbing area was great for older kids but younger kids may not be able to navigate all the courses as some required lots of reaching and upper body strength. There was staff there to make sure that everyone was acting responsibly and following the rules. As with a lot of places like this they do require you to buy their socks. There are lockers and an area to place your shoes and other items you don't want to carry around at the entrance to the right. There was enough there to keep the kids busy for 1.5 hours. Overall the kids had a great time!

Recently visited SZ. The place is cool. We visited on a Sunday. We got there at 11 there was hardly any other groups there. But by 12:30 I swear they place was becoming a zoo. It was getting crowed. Granted you have a time slot to JUMP on the trampolines. That's how they try and move people around the building so that it's not too crowed. If you want to jump after your alotted time, you pay for more time. The kids had fun. Even my baby (1yr) had a great time in the "free zone" section. Our host were tons of fun. They had our party room ready, pizza, drinks. They played musical chairs, and had a dance off (sorta) with the kids. Fun times.

We signed waivers to get them into the system and bought their special socks and paid for an hour jump.

This was my first time here for both my daughter and I. This place is huge and very very busy with multiple attractions. You will definitely will lose your child here if you don't keep up with them. My eight-year-old daughter and I stopped by on our way to Baltimore from D.C. Here's our experience. 1) Admission: Check in was smooth and the waiver stations are easy to navigate. We paid just over $75 for the two of us to do all the activities via the platinum tickets. It's pricey, but since it wasn't busy at first, they didn't enforce the two-hour limit. We stayed for five. 2) Space: The photos online look better than in real life. Some of the areas are run down like the warrior courses, ball pit, and the trampolines. The laser tag is small and needs a renovation. 80% of the arcade games were broken. So was the air hockey table. 3) Activities: Most of it was underwhelming. Again, it all looks cool, but the experience was lacking. My daughter enjoyed the rope course for a second. She did enjoy the warrior course. If you to the zip line thing, it hurts! It yanks you back and worth as you fly across the air and it's painful.

Went here for a birthday party and brought my nieces with me. I saw a review on TikTok before I went and it actually looked way bigger, more stuff, and nicer than when you're actually there. Half the games weren't working, when taking the kids to get on rides it didn't seem like the people operating the rides cared much, as I had to make sure the girls were properly in the ride and fastened in tightly. Some of the ride seats belts and straps were broken, worn out, half way tearing. That's a huge safety hazard if the kids aren't strapped in tight, and after I secured them in there, they don't even come around to ensure they're in there right. It's like am I working here too, of course I care more about my child's safety. They have a height threshold for rides but kids under the height were still able to get on. It's just kids working there, one person working two rides. I constantly used sanitizing wipes to wipe the girl's hands because I felt it's so many germs around that place. Finally, had to take my niece to the bathroom, I asked her is she could hold it because the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and it was only two stalls which makes no sense for a place that size with that many people. Very underwhelming and interesting fun place. Would not recommend.

This is THEE hub. Because of the egregious amount of people, expect to park far as hell from the complex. Even better, use your phone flashlight to illuminate your walkway because there only a few street lamps. Perhaps this is why, even in the crosswalk, you too can have an invigorating rush as your life flashes before your eyes in the stark headlights of a metro bus who never heard of a brake! Finally, enjoy the amenities in the aquatic center two informational desks down in a basement where lockers require $1.00 in coins. Quarters to be exact! Because why not! You've paid for a membership and/or a class, why not pay for the nostalgia of loose change! Who needs the year 2026?! Extroverts, this is the spot. Introverts, you will feel overwhelmed and wonder what fresh hell did you step in, probably try to power through until the pesky locker thwarts all defenses. You'll throw your hands up and peace tf out and say to yourself, yep I shall stick to the aquatic centers only. More manageable.
