They have an amazing "interview" process with the dogs where they give a free day of daycare while your dogs are introduced to their surroundings, the other dogs, and the staff. They have an app you can download to watch video surveillance of your dogs. The only downside to this location is that they don't have an outdoor area, so the dogs urinate and defecate in the concrete play yard. While this isn't typically a problem with house trained/older dogs, it's not ideal for puppies. My 7yr dog did fantastic, my 11month old dog came home confused and started urinating on the floor. She seemed to have lost some of her house training while she was boarded for 4 or so nights. This is not a negative review for the facility, just an FYI for owners of young dogs. The staff were all amazing, and the clients that I interacted with all seemed very happy. They give out super cute photo milestones of your dogs too

Sophie seemed to relax the moment she met the people there. I felt okay (and that is saying A LOT) leaving her there. She was happy (not nervous, not scared, not bolting) when we came to pick her up. She had not lost weight or hair while we were gone. She was perfectly happy, how cool is that? Did I mention they bathed and groomed Sophie (a German Sheppard)? Anders completely disregarded all of these instructions. He purposely let both of our dogs loose together in the living room. He also lied to us and charged us for one hour of dog walking, 20 minutes for each dog. Instead he walked both dogs together, we had specifically told him he needs to walk both dogs separately, and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Do not trust these people with your pets. They clearly do not care about their safety and will not follow your care instructions.
