What an amazing and unique opportunity. Just a short drive from the ferry pier, this hidden jam is an excellent place to snorkel relax and enjoy a drink. The staff will not rush you and if you bring your own gear, the snorkeling is free. My husband enjoyed a relaxing afternoon here on the lounge chairs in the shade sharing a few drinks and exploring the waves. Highly recommend!

Loved out visit! Food and drinks were good. We made a reservation prior and had no issues. Snorkeling was amazing. The only negative was a guy who was a tour guide who kept trying to correct us. Told us we couldn't use the boogie board even though we paid to rent it. He was annoying but we went early and just relaxed. Highly recommend for some amazing snorkeling.

This was a wonderful and super relax snorkeling visit. We informed the security / entrance person that we'll be ordering food and drinks and they welcomed us in for snorkeling. We stayed for 2-1/2 hours and ordered food and drinks while in the beach lounge chairs and snorkeled their cool reef. We packed our own beach towels & brought our snorkeling gear. I don't think they have towels available -snorkeling gear rental is available and swim floaters / life jackets available for rental for $10/day. Restrooms were kept clean, servers were very nice and friendly and helpful. They have a variety of good food and drinks available in their menu. Try to come by early, it gets packed by after noon. Reef was super fun!! Lots of fishes!!!

$64 for all you can eat all you can drink, four hours you get to choose your start time. It also includes snorkeling package. It includes alcoholic drinks regular drinks, five minute massage. Arrive early so you can get your lounge chairs. They come and serve you on the beach. Or you can sit in the restaurant. They have clean bathrooms. They have showers to rinse off. They have little stores to shop for souvenirs. Staff is professional and very friendly. Yess they speak clear English. The beach is clean the water is clear. The fish are beautiful they're not shy they swim right by you. It's a cool little spot very beautiful very relaxing. The music is great. I love the music here. It's relaxing, but also has a good vacation vibe. Nothing ghetto. Food is sooooo freaking good! I'm not even hungry and I'm about to order my 3rd order of fish ceviche because it's so fresh, so tasty and packed with yummy flavor. Hands down the best fish ceviche I've ever had! My kids really enjoyed the quesadilla we added chicken and that was really good as well. Over all it's a lovely day, a great experience. Easy to bring my kids to. We made the right choice. See the picture for $64 package details.

Fish tacos, ceviche, fresh chips in the back and an amazing Margarita to the left.

We arrived early, about 830 or so, and were welcomed by Gaspar. He explained pricing and timing of our stay. By 9 o'clock or so, our waiter, Villi (sp?) was offering us drinks and food , arranging services that we wanted (a massage on the beach), he worked around our lazy schedule of resting, snorkeling, and dining. The fish tacos, ceviche, and chicken fajitas were so fresh, hot, and delicious. I've never had corn tortillas so light and flavorful. This is not a sand beach, but a rock shore with very good snorkeling opportunity... just off the pier. The location was close enough to the port so it was relatively inexpensive to travel to. It was a fun atmosphere with music, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and covered tables for dining. Hallmark of authenticity: there was a party that was attended by locals. That's how you know it's good!

Calamari. Little chewy but sauce was good!

We spent our day here as our excursion in Cozumel on our cruise. It's not a huge place but it's big enough. It is very rocky, so if you're looking for a big open sandy beach area then this isn't what you're looking for. If you're looking for a great spot to snorkel either with a guide or on your own then you will definitely enjoy it. You can walk down their little dock and get right in and snorkel. There is a ton of fish right there. Food was okay and pricing was decent.

This place is fine ... not great ... but worthy of a visit. First, it's not expensive, and it offers extras like snorkeling (which the snorkelers seem to really enjoy). I was just here to lay around and drink a few beers. It was fine for that too. The food here is mediocre. It's served hot and fresh, but we weren't overly impressed. Service? Excellent. The view is a good one, with nice clear water and plenty of sun or shade, whatever your pleasure.

This place was really amazing. First time for me to see colorful fish underwater. Water is very clear. Staff are very friendly. No entrance fee, you just have to buy food or drinks. Food was very good. We ordered ceviche and it was excellent!

We took a taxi and spent most of the day at this beach/restaurant. The staff is very friendly. We arrived after breakfast and easily found lounge chairs, at no cost. We went for the snorkeling and had a great time. Our waiter made us feel comfortable and we didn't worry about our belongings while away from our chairs. We took advantage of the massages. The food was slow but they were pretty busy. We had the shrimp tacos and I didn't realize they would be fried. The guac was good. It was a great day and we were lucky there was a taxi there just as we were ready to leave.

We walked up for brunch timeframe and were told it would be 10-15 minutes, they had plenty of seating to wait BUT it was really only 3-4 minutes which was perfect. They have an open air concept, and we sat in back which was like a little magical garden area with a creek running through it. It was so adorable, and so tropical. Their drink menu was tasty, we got a couple of their mezcal drinks which low key were probably the best in all of Playa. Unique, fresh, and delicious. The food was incredible. My husband got a shrimp dish, it came with some very unique and creamy potatoes and a sauce that was so flavorful. I got a classic Chilaquiles dish that had so much flavor, but all the ingredients tasted so fresh and amazing. And almost a whole avocado on top which was insane. Such a great experience. We weren't rushed, taken care of, fantastic food and drink. I can see why it's highly rated.

For my entrée, I had the skirt steak, and it was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sweet potato with honey and cinnamon was absolutely delicious. My only real complaint is the portion sizes on a couple of items. The salad was very small, and I would have loved a more generous serving. I also ordered an amaretto sour. It was a little weak at first, so I asked for more amaretto, which made it better, but it still wasn't quite as strong as I prefer. The service was phenomenal. The staff was attentive, kind, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire experience. I felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed myself. I would definitely return.

My girlfriend takes food very seriously so it's hard to find good spots and this place really impressed her. We came back two days in a row to try different plates and they all slapped. (Chile Rellenos, quesadillas, salsa wheel, tacos, ceviche). The drinks were amazing as well. (Pina Colada, margarita - they have happy hour 4pm- 6pm) All of the above would be enough in itself but the staff was really friendly and accommodating without doing too much. I.e They don't come across as fake. Anyways, if you are looking for a spot to try in Playa Del Carmen, eat here at least once and see what's up.

They made a platter with our fish cooked three ways. 1. coconut fried, empanizado (pan fried), and sauted with garlic and butter. All three styles were awesome. I liked the coconut style the best. They gave us rice, fried plantains, and veggies for sides. They also brought out tortillas and garlic bread. The garlic bread was so good. You would think we were in an Italian restaurant with the garlic bread but it works with the meal. The service was great and the price was pretty low. I looked over the menu and it looks like they have all kinds of food here including breakfast. I was comletely satisfied with our choice of bringing our fish here.

Our friends strutted in like they had a lifetime membership, and the staff just rolled with it--top-tier hospitality! The vibe? Outdoor dining with fans keeping us cool, colorful tiles that made everything feel festive, and lush plants everywhere--like eating in a tropical postcard. The fresh fish selection was like a seafood beauty pageant, and I got to crown the red snapper as my dinner. Absolute perfection. Then came the endless sides--bread, chips, salsa in every color of the rainbow. At one point, I lost track of what I was eating, but I knew I was happy. And just when we thought we were done, they hit us with tequila shots. Because apparently, the only way to properly end a meal here is slightly wobbly and full of joy. Would 100% come back... if the cruise doesn't leave without me.
